    - delicious egg waffles, outrageous price - I had a REALLY difficult time walking into this place, not because it's always empty but because the price of that egg waffle they are advertising outside.... It is $15.99. For someone who could occasionally get regular egg waffles for around $3 with coupons, it is difficult to justify the price. I was thinking about trying it once for the sake of writing a review though, or at least before it's closes since it really can't survive here. The other day, I passed by here with my husband and we decided to go in to check the price. They actually have a egg waffle with a price that's more reasonable.. around $12. The $15.99 one combines the pineapple bun and the egg custard, whereas the $12 one only has the pineapple bun stuff on top. We chose that and it was ready shortly as they had no business at that time. There were people going in to check it out but most of them left without buying anything. The pineapple bun egg waffle was super crispy and delicious. However, it is a bit overwhelmingly crunchy. If you like crunchy things, this is for you. It is more work to make, but the price point is still too high at $12. We would gladly pay $10 for it, but not $12. The cream that comes with it is salty and sweet.. sort of like the salty creama that you get on top of bubble tea drinks but slightly more solid. Hence it is high calories, and mostly cream cheese. Even though we enjoyed the food, it's hard for me to see them attracting people to become regulars to survive this mall at that price point. They should change to offer regular egg waffles at a much lower price point if they want to survive here long time. But then hey, maybe they are secretly doing well? Who knows xD. In the end, the question comes down to.. is the

Food - got the egg waffles with the pineapple bun topping. you can also get the custard inside which i thought would have been too rich, but regretted not adding later. it waffle comes with a dipping sauce thats kind of like a fluffed whipped cream. Service - takes some time for the waffles to be made, but not too long. Ambiance - no seating in the actual shop, but plenty of seating outside.

I've been to Teews a couple times and I have gotten the HK Pineapple Bun Egg Waffle each time! My experiences were pretty distinct; the first time it took ~25 minutes for them to make the egg waffle. The second time it took ~10 minutes, which was great. I would recommend ordering as soon as you get there so you can just walk around Crossroads while you wait. The salted cheese cream they serve is DELICIOUS. You should try the egg waffle with and without so you can taste the difference.

Small cafe inside of crossroads mall. Got their bubble waffle with the pineapple crisp on top. It's a Hong Kong thing with a new twist. If you want a cross between a Hong Kong style pineapple bun and a bubble waffle, you'll enjoy this.

So glad a new place opened up in Bellevue serving great bubble waffles and HK Lemon Tea after Maichilin closed. Their specialty (Bubble waffle with a pineapple bun topping) is worth waiting for - went with a group and we all enjoyed it. Just bring some cards or something for the wait. It says 15 minutes but I feel like it was shorter than that. Only unfortunate thing is that they were sold out of matcha when I went - saw a lot of people get in line just to get to the kiosk and leave when they saw the matcha was out. Maybe signage before people line up and wait to get to the front to find out it's sold out would be good and avoid frustration. There's tons of seating around the bakery and the inside is very small and a little cramped. Be prepared to stand around outside awkwardly with other people after you order lol. Also, ignore the google maps location - it's wrong right now. Just park at the crossroads mall and walk in the food court and it's next to the live band stage. I thought it was funny that TEEWS is SWEET backwards.

I got the viral Pineapple Bun Bubble Waffle. It tasted great. I would say it was little expensive around $14 but it's very unique. Then I also got a Starwberry Matcha & it was alright. Just your typical matcha. All the employees were really nice & talked to me & my group about their business!

Teews is a new bakery in Cross roads and is really nice. We tried the Mango matcha and it was really tasty and had very little sugar and real mango.

Got a custard waffle was really good but staff was rude and not helpful when ordering i noticed they were super helpful to the asian couple behind me and also told them about the points system. Failed to mention to me i will not be returning. You should treat customers the same regardless of their race

Charge card machine didn't work at the time . Cash is king so we ordered the pineapple bubble waffle. $17 bucks was a bit steep but I have to say it was very good .

The lighting inside is bright enough for all the colors on their cakes and general decor to stand out on their own; in other words, it's cutesy inside and I love it! The front has a ton of chiffon and crepe cakes in a display case, and there's also a bunch of cookies near the front as well. They also serve regular and specialty drinks, and my friend and I wanted to get some here. Staff here was quick with our orders. My friend got their assam boba milk tea, while I - in the best way yet - went overboard and got both their cream brûlée latte and their strawberry chiffon cake. - The creme brûlée latte was put in a cup where I couldn't see the inside of the drink, but it still tasted great despite it being late at night. Coffee is strong, and the crema has a sweet taste that blends well with the coffee itself without making the drink too bitter. - The strawberry chiffon cake was a lot even for the two of us to split but besides that it was not too sweet, and the sponge cake inside wasn't either. Outside filling tastes heavily of cheese, though. This particular cake has the face of Hello Kitty. From reviews and hearsay, I hear they have baking classes here which is really cool. I'm not much a fan of the parking situation around the area especially late at night but I love the concept and would make a trip back to have their other pastries.

It also was very hard to light on fire in order to reveal the gender. We drove an hour round trip to pick it up, and my friend paid $100 for what turned out to be a low-quality, poorly executed cake. The cake itself was dry and lacked flavor. Everyone at the party took one bite and threw the rest away. Overall, the experience felt careless and not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'd also like to note that unlike the other location this location does not carry hot plated food My all time favorite thing to eat here is the sesame croissant and matcha tiramisu. My favorite drink of choice is not on the menu but custom ordered. It's a matcha latte float but instead of a vanilla soft serve I replace it with a matcha soft serve. It costs a dollar more but way cheaper than if you ordered them separately. The service here is always fast and friendly and most of the time pretty clean. Weekday afternoons are best for no line. Weekends should be avoided as the line gets pretty ridiculous and super hard to find a place to sit.

I don't remember these flavors in Singapore. So glad I got to try them. Can't wait to see Nana's in the bay.

First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.

Service is always friendly, timed limited parking, and ambiance welcoming. The popular mini cream cakes feature Asian exotic flavors such as durian to familiar flavors such as strawberry , are all not too sweet, perfectly balanced fluffy chiffon cakes with the whipped chantilly style cream or whipped cream. No complaints of calories here folks! For this visit, I got 2 styles of pistachio raspberry pastries in mini cream cake and Basque cake. For mini cake, it was a beauty with the raspberry compote at bottom, pale green cream, a flower shaped biscuit, sprinklings of pistachios, and fresh berries on top. While it was delish in its own special way, I thought it could be enhanced with more chopped pistachios for texture and more pistachio nut flavoring . The fresh raspberries kinda stole the show. 4.5/5 The Basque cake was creamy, light in texture, light raspberry cream, but lacked a pronounced nut flavor. For my palate, It needed a bit more texture and flavor of pistachios. 4/5 Was able to finally get an almond croissant. It had a lot of almond filling, not too sweet, crunchy and nutty without being dry. 4/5 This little gem is one of my favorite places in Seattle's Eastside to frequently visit and to experience what the talented Chef has to offer for the day or season.
