He was the tech who worked on the phone. His work was clean and he was very hospitable! 2. The time was very on par with the estimate. We dropped it off and went to complete some errands and by the time we finished and went to pick it up it was ready. 3. The price and value is extremely worth it. For the glass replacement, labor and all it only costed $149. I was quoted $200-$250 at many other stores. They are just great and nice people! They have so many services they offer! Although Tekdep wasn't the cheapest quote I received, it was still reasonable. Sam also offered me a little bit of a discount if I came in that day which made it closer to the cheapest quote. I ultimately went with this shop because at least one employee was a licensed electrician and I felt that the likelihood of any issues would be low.
