I wanted to give 2 star only because my girlfriend recommended me this spot. I guess her dad goes here? but when I got there with a slow leak they told me 3 different tires would work with 3 different prices.. those 3 tires had slow leaks in them and they didn't give me a discount for waiting there for 30 minutes while they figured it out... they priced me at their $120 tire. We started at $50... Then while I was backing out at angle for a literally less than a second (then straightened out) he asked me if I had a licenses and if I knew how to drive. I ignored him but he repeated him self and mocked me as a woman not knowing how to drive.. I go to lots of re-used tire spots but this is the worst experience I've had. I'm extremely lenient with my Yelp reviews but this one star review is accurate in my eyes... especially as a woman, I recommend you go else where just for the vibes alone. read more

We had the misfortune of a flat tire today. The first place we went to ignored us (they were very busy though), the second place said it would be an hour wait (they were not very busy though), so apparently third time is a charm! Tello tire personnel were friendly, helpful and pretty fast. We were in an out of there in about 1/2 an hour and they even offered to fill up the air in the other three tires! I stopped in on the coldest night of the year just before closing time. My tire had lost air overnight and Jose was able to find the issue, patch the tire and get me on my way quickly. He could have easily said we are closing, but instead waived me in and had me on my way safely as quick as possible for much more economically than a new tire! read more

Got ripped off patching a 17in tire for $40. It's clearly written on the board on the wall at the entrance $15 for plugging and $25 for patching. Ran over something on highway and had 2 tires leaking fast, called and went in, waited one hour with 3 cars in line, while the tire's off the rim he quoted me $20 for plugging and $40 for patching, I told him that usually $25 for patching a tire at other shops he insisted $40, had no choice when you have a flat, obviously I was getting ripped off, asked if he could do both tires for $70, he responded $40 each firmly, clearly taking advantage of me, I asked him just to air up the other tire, he asked me what I'm gonna do with it, I said I'm gonna take it to another shop, paid him $40 and left. Drove 1 mile to Torreon tire shop on Western, took 15 minutes to patch it and charged me $25. $40 for patching a tire? Seriously?! Last time another shop charged me $45 for a used tire installed. read more

This may be the best and fastest customer service I ever received. EVER. Found a screw in my tire, the thing is hissing. I call up, no wait, 5 min later I drive into a veritable hall of tires with a happy birthday sign at the end. A nice whistling gentlemen fixes up my Toyota Highlander tire in 20 min, patched from the inside for 30.00! From the time I found the hissing tire to the time it was fixed - maybe 30 min in the outside?! Was basically the best service I've ever gotten on a vehicle, or, in anything I needed fixed! Is there anything that could make it better, you ask? Only if they served you a cold pint of beer while you waited, but you can't blame them for not being a tire place without a liquor license. Went to get my tire fixed it took 40 minutes due to 2 batteries that were drained and he would charge each battery for a couple minutes to get the tool to work to continue to complete tire repair. Went there with a slow leak that went down to 27 lbs left there git on hgw and my tire instantly went down to 10 lbs. Went back to Jose who was very rude who told me he didn't have time and there is no proof that it was from his repair. How does he know without looking at tire ? He then told me to get my car offhis property and call the police or my husband. He also took $30 in cash but refused to give me a recite. read more

He's open all hours and the guy is a surgeon when it comes to tire repair! Repairs or replaces thoughtfully and carefully after first providing information diagnosing the issue. Just pull up to the garage door and honk!!! Pretty incredible how quickly he works and you will not find a fairer price. Back again to patch a flat with a screw sticking from the tire. Fixed in 15 minutes for $15! Even cheaper and faster than last time. I called Firestone, they said it would take "2-3 hours, or make an appointment for the weekend". I came to Tello and he got it done in 15 minutes! This guy is friendly and honest, won't try to upsell you a new tire if you don't need it. If you have a large truck or SUV the price will likely be a little more, that's how it is everywhere. This place barely has customers so they aren't busy, but I would recommend you avoid this place like the plague. Guy dropped my rim right on its face right in front of me- imagine what they do behind customers backs. When I said something along the lines of "wow, could you please be careful?" He rudely replied that it didn't do any damage and basically to not care that they are damaging my property. After this terse moment it was all finished and I asked how much he wanted to simply remove my tire off it's rim (nothing else)- $15 even though the sign said $10. He made up some story about how that's the price and I should have asked vefore- I'm sorry, I figured the sign was not lying to customers. This guy is extremely rude and probably bitter that he can't charge even more unreasonable fees and be more unpleasant. I paid him his $15 in cash, because of course they didn't take cards that day... As I drove off he agressively followed my car out of the shop and said something which I assume was an insult directed at me in Spanish while slamming his chain link fence gate shut. He gave me a price of 100$ for a used tire. I had a flat so couldn't really go anywhere so I agreed upon the price. When he was done installing the tire, he proceeded to say 120$. THIS IS NOT A REVIEW ON PERFORMANCE, as I never got the chance to work with them. This afternoon I found a bolt in my tire and had to a long break while I was at work to get it fixed. Since I was pressed for time I called before I left work to make sure they were open, but still, when I got there there was a "be back in 20 minutes" sign on the door. Excellent experience. I heard a clicking noise while driving which is how I knew there was something likely lodged in my tire. I found a screw. I checked Yelp and Tello had all positive reviews and is close by, so I paid him a visit. Luckily, he quickly determined there was no actual puncture of the tire, and no leak. SAVED ME MUCHO DINERO! The rear left tire on my Lincoln was practically new when my neighborhood tire shop hacked it up fixing a simple flat. This guy not only succeeded where they failed but also fixed the further damage they caused... I like cars and enjoy working on them... This review is overdue but Jose and his partner basically rescued me haha. My tire had came off the rim and I was at the gas station. He pulled his van around and offered to take the rim/tire back to his shop and come back and install. I was had a very important meeting that morning and he did exactly what he said. My dad came in today to get a tire fixed and the owner of the shop was EXTREMELY RUDE. My dad didn't bring in brought money and we live around the corner so he told him he would be right back to bring in the rest of the money. He proceeded to call my dad cheap and be aggressive With his comments. NOT to mention the over priced service and poor quality customer service they have. So when he came back him and a client were talking shit about my dad saying how he wasted more money going there and back just because he didn't wanna Pay the $15. Called ahead about getting a flat fixed, said there was no wait so I headed over. Got there and there was a sign that said they would be back in an hour. I called again and they said "Sorry we aren't there right now, we will be back in an hour." I said "Okay I'll be here waiting." This was at 4pm on Saturday. Waited an hour, they came back, and promptly closed. It was 5:15pm and their posted hours say they close at 7pm. I tried honking the horn as the sign says to do on the garage door, tried ringing the door bell, and also called again. I got no answer. Also they were going to charge me $40 to fix a run flat, seemed like a good deal. After they stood me up I called Diamanté Tire & Wheel. They said "There are 4 other vehicles in front of you but we can get you in (I called at 5:30 and they close at 7), we charge $15." Go to Diamanté Tire & Wheel. I try to support small businesses but unfortunately some don't understand just like they are small so are the pockets of their potential customers. The prices here are so high it's not worth supporting them. I'm not asking for this shop to be as cheap as other within a mile of them but to be reasonable. $25 for a patch is excessive. Other places in the area charge in some cases as low as $8 or maybe $10. Again not suggesting you go that low but you would build your clientele base so much more if you would be reasonable. read more
