    The staff is always courteous and professional when I've come in. The new customer service lounge is nice and spacious. Neat coffee machine. Inside is clean and service is fairly quick.

    Battery discharge message

    I purchased an Ioniq5 late April 2025. Price was higher than I wanted to spend but they offered a manufacturer rebate ($9000 on all their cars at the time and $100 in 2 other rebates - military and other car is a Honda) I liked the car enough and couldn't find anything that I liked better so we purchased it. Sale seemed to go through fine, sales rep was nice - possibly training someone when doing the paperwork as there was a second person sitting in. I have run into a few issues with the vehicle (Whole dash lit up like a Christmas tree - every error light! Then battery discharging due to external source message on start up and the overhead light goes on without warning) Service dept is nice and is easy to get along with. They reset the codes to see if that helped, and I haven't had the whole dash issue again but it didn't fix the other issues. The battery discharging message (which is alarming on a fully electric vehicle) and I haven't brought it in for the overhead light as it is most noticeable at night so I forget to call during the day! Fast forward a year and I am filing my taxes. My tax software says I am eligible for the $7500 tax deduction based on my VIN # but I need the info from IRS form 15400 that would have been filed by the dealership within 3 days of the purchase. I go through my papers and see no form. So I contact the dealer. First I was told the car wasn't eligible for that deduction. When I pushed saying that according to my tax software and the VIN decoder online through NHTSA (Gov website) both say otherwise, they changed to "you got that rebate at purchase" - again, I pointed out I did not. Then it was back to - not eligible. I spoke to the manager at this location who actually had the nerve to say this: you don't want to ask for that deduction because just today I had a customer that claimed it come in to complain because he was being audited. (hmm, just today! What are the chances?!) -- Anyway, the way I see it, they didn't file the form and are covering their backs. I am out a large deduction with pretty much no recourse. So expensive car with only about 5000 miles on it and already has some issues and more importantly for me: Shady business practices - I won't deal with them again and you might want to go elsewhere as well.

    I was a Mercedes girl for 10+ years, and then switched to Hyundai for the Santa Fe calligraphy. Pedro was my sales manager. Hyundai has been amazing. I feel much more taken care of with Temecula Hyundai than I ever did with Mercedes all those years. I love my car, it's nicer and more techy than my MB GLE was, and my experience is better too with the company. Happy girl.

I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list.

I will never go back…read more I had some recall work done and then got an email saying that they found an "engine oil leak" which would cost over $4100 to fix. The email included a phone video made by the tech showing what looked like black oil behind the engine. My car was recently inspected by a good independent shop (Auto Club Approved!!) in Temecula and they found nothing leaking. So, was I supposed to just pay the four grand for nothing or were they going to try and get me to trade in on a new vehicle? We will never know because my independent garage said "no leaks" and my garage floor hasn't got a single drop of oil, and I will never go back to this dealership for anything, not even parts.

My husband wanted a specific model in a specific color ("Ether," I think?), so it had to be custom ordered from Japan and shipped to California. He had been working with John Cunningham, who gave him frequent updates about the status of the car from its time in the factory all the way to its delivery to the dealership. Already, it felt like John was putting in a lot of work for us. When it came time to the actual purchase, John was extremely professional and kind, but was also upfront with everything. Then, the transition from sales to finance was extremely smooth with very little wait time. Despite having a lot on his plate, Christiano Valencia from finance was extremely accommodating and also very upfront - he did not try to saddle us with unnecessary add-ons or anything like that. He was authentic and honest, AND he gave us very helpful advice on things to get and what to avoid should we ever have to buy another new car in the future. All in all, we left the dealership with our brand new car and my husband is such a happy camper. Despite us having to drive 100+ miles to this particular dealership, I really felt it was worth it based on our experience. Both John and Christiano are professionals of the highest caliber and I am so grateful to have been able to work with them. 10/10 would recommend.

Phillip was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. Even though I had to wait for the car to be fully ready, he kept me updated throughout the entire day, answered every question I had, and genuinely made me feel more like a friend than just another customer. He even took me to Starbucks while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly says so much about the level of care here. I declined went elsewhere for a second opinion and told it wasn't needed ( what a shocker). It seems they have something always "highly" recommended to be done and my experience is that it's always something different (brakes, new battery, or something else) and I get the second opinion which proves to be not necessary. Yes I get it there is something that will need replacing, repaired or serviced but stop with the implied statement of it's highly recommended right now. Be aware that you will get the same experience when you go.
