These cats at Temecula Motorcycle services has been nothin but good to me... got me up & running in no time! I had a issue wit my 2013 Road glide blowing oil out of the breather. I was all shook up... 2-3 days later i was back on the road... my cam plate was pushing to much oil... Every issue i had, they looked out for me... I will never go to another motorcycle repair facility. Temecula motorcycle service went above and beyond taking care of my needs and it did not break the bank. Rather than just try to charge you for everything they possibly can, they understand the difference between it has to get done and it would be good in the future to get done. They give you options explain thoroughly what they are and you feel confident making a decision before being committed. I love this place and recommend them to everybody. Their Master Mechanic is by far the best I've ever seen. He was able to diagnose the problem with my motorcycle when others had failed. Definitely deserves 5 stars. read more

We called in for our 5,000 mile service on our Harley's the week of 4th of July, very busy time, they still got us in. They were very honest that they were extremely busy and we would get our bikes back directly after the holiday weekend. They delivered! Not only were our bikes well taken care of, but I had questions, lots of them...Chris and Jeff took more than ample time to answer all of my questions. Each one gave special attention to what my needs were as far as customizing my bike with a seat and bars and cables. Approximately an hour later I was more informed than I had anticipated. My husband was so impressed with these guys and how patient and polite they were with me, as many dudes just don't have the time to "deal" with female riders, not the case here. They certainly won my Mr.'s business and absolutely mine. Ample parking for drop off and pick up as we had to use our trailer. Prices were fair, knowledge unsurpassed, and hospitality unbeatable. So I don't own a motorcycle, but my husband does, and I usually meet him @ TMS when he drops his HD off for service. My husband always deals with Jeff @ TMS - for a few years now. I felt I was qualified to write this review, since I've also personally interacted with Jeff. If you're looking for an honest, straightforward, well-priced, and quality HD repair shop, this is the only place you should deal with. Jeff always meets & greets my husband outside on his arrival. He listens to my husband, and truly cares about his customers. And, he's just a downright nice guy. My husband always knows his HD is going to run properly & he is confident in Jeff & the other employees' work. Sadly, we moved out of state. Took my 85 FXWG in and met with Jeff. I've had a few experiences with motorcycle shops in the past and have almost always had to deal with too much macho BS. Not the case here, whether a seasoned rider or beginner, Jeff was a class act. Not just kind, but relaxed and had a way about him that made you feel at ease instantly. After looking my bike over for a few days and knowing what my plans were, he put together a plan and quote for me to hold on to for the future (storing my bike for a few years). He didn't charge a dime and simply told me it wouldn't make sense to do any of the suggested work until I was ready to ride again. That may sound like common sense, however there was more to it than average. The point is that there is integrity here at this shop and they have gained a new client. Thanks Jeff.
