My two stars are because the shop looks really nice..but the lack of stars are because they are very overpriced and you can never get through when u call. I'm not a stingy person..I believe in getting what you pay for..they charge $15 just to clean up your hands and $27 for your feet where other stores charge $5-$7... Just to clean up the cuticles..but why go here when Ivy's down the street off ynez road has over 500+ ...4 1/2 star reviews, john and Gary are amazing nail artists and they are way more reasonable. I have been going to the same nail salon and same person in Murrieta for like 3 years, but this time, I decided to get my nails done last minute and I know my usual place is so busy that without an appointment, I would have to wait a long time. I decided to try Felicie because it had 5 star reviews and it was a little closer to me. I called and made a same day appointment, which was awesome. The man I spoke with on the phone and the receptionist that checked me in were very nice. I believe I got my nails done by the owner, which I think is Lisa. She was really nice too. However, I took away the 2 stars because I asked for square nails, and they were sooo uneven. I had to ask her to straighten them, but they were still crooked. I ended up filing them down myself when I got home. Also, for some odd reason, she didn't buff my nails so the ends were really sharp too. Every nail place I've been to buff the nails, but she didn't. So I had to fix that as well. Also, when I called to make an appointment, the guy said that a fill would be $25, which is cheaper than my usual nail place. My fill ended up being $45, which was a little unexpected. I added a simple design on two fingers, but I didn't expect it to be an extra $20. And I didn't have like a receipt with the breakdown of the costs. I was bothered by the total and didn't think it was worth it, especially for nails I had to fix myself at home. Overall, it was an okay experience. I think I would give it another chance because everyone was very friendly. It was a very clean salon and calming atmosphere, and I really did like my nails (after I fixed them) lol. read more

This was a while ago but i wouldnt feel right not letting people know just what kind of people run this plcae. My mom scheduled an appointment for her and my daughter and I for my daughter's birthday. My mom got there firsr and they had already started on her. When we got there they sat us a few seats away from her and when she asked if we could all sit together the employee looked annoyed. WTF? It's my daughter's birthday, we all want to spend it together and they were being mean for no reason. I had the owner Lisa doing my nails, my daughter had a technician with pink hair who I didn't get her name and my mom had Kay who she said she usually has doing her nails. My mom was asking for some kind of chrome design on her nails and Kay pretty much started yelling at her for asking. And then Lisa said to me "good thing you're not difficult like your mom". I laughed it off because I felt awkward but that's a messed up thing to say about someone's mother while she's sitting right there! She heard it too and didn't say another word the rest of the appointment. After we left my mom was in tears, she had never been so disrespected at a business before. And she used to come to this place for her nails all the time. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. She went back to give a tip to the girl who did my daughter's nails because she was nice, but my mom tells me that Lisa was trying to get her to stop talking to my mom.what kind of business owner treats her loyal customers like this? read more

My sister and I came here to get our nails done and usually we have a weird or awkward time when we would get there because the staff would either not talk to us or it was just quiet BUT NOT HERE! The staff here were all very friendly and we had some great conversations! And let me tell you about our nails, we went in with a pretty crazy line art nail design that we wanted and they did such a great job not only were they very gentle they took their time to make sure we got what we wanted! And if anyone is wondering about what its like going with the whole covid situation? We felt very safe! There was hand sanitizer at all the nail stations and the staff all wore masks properly and not once did we feel we weren't being safe. They also make sure that everyone is socially distant and there are a limited amount of people that they let into the store. So if you plan on going they do take walk ins but I definitely suggest calling in to see if they are busy but if you don't mind being waitlisted and waiting in your car you can also do that. This was my daughter and I's 5th visit, both got fills for our acrylics. This time we got two new male nail techs, the guy that did my nails was really abrupt and aggressive. He did not ask if I wanted my nails shorter, and made me feel awkward the whole time. My nails are all different lengths and ground out really deep on the left sides exposing my nail beds. He squirted oil all over my hands that then dripped on my pants. The guy doing my daughter's nails looked like it was his first time, took him 30 minutes longer to finish hers and they're super rough and unfinished around the edges. After asking them to correct my pinky nail because the polish was uneven and getting annoyed reactions, we've decided to not go back to ask them to do anymore corrections. Unfortunately I'll have to find another nail salon. It's extremely frustrating to pay $48 per service to then have to go home and correct the issues. I did not like this place at all. I made an appointment, I got the guy to do my nails and he was so rough and in a hurry. He scratched me with the the electrical buffer and hurt me. He didn't even have a conversation with me. He made my nails so sore from rushing and going to fast.... for what reason. I don't think I left a tip because he was so rough with my nails and once he finished he just said "bye". I was miserable the whole time he was doing my nails of how much he made me in pain the whole time he was in a rush. Go save money and get your nails done somewhere else read more

I typically don't do reviews, but we had such an amazing experience I had to! We called in to see if they could take a walk-in soon (2 dips & 1 kids mani) and they took us in right away. They already made a great impression by how kind they were when we came in and honestly, they were SO SWEET to my 10 year old daughter. She even went on and on about how much she loved it afterwards! My mom and I both love our dip manicures and to be honest, this is probably my favorite dip manicure I've ever gotten. To top it off, the place is so cute, modern, and clean!
