This was my first time here and Lisa and her sister did an outstanding job on my nails. They gave me exactly what I wanted and a little I didn't know I wanted (aka the length). I thought this was my go to place but I thought wrong. I found out the hard way that there is actually different types of powder dip. The last time I was here I assumed I was getting the acrylic powder dip as this is ALWAYS what I have gotten when I asked for a powder dip manicure. I should have realized something was wrong when I was only given a "book" of colors to choose from w very little selection and not the rings of sample colors. I only realized something was wrong once she started putting the gel polish on top of the three layers of powder? At this point, and against my gut, I said nothing but did realize it was a different product. I decided to give it a shot but knew better as the acrylic powder is the only product that truly works on my nails. Sure enough my index nail broke within four days of my manicure. I am in and out of town between a full time job and taking care of rental properties in AZ so any personal time is few and far between. I contacted this salon through Instagram within a week of my manicure as this was always how I made my appointments w them. I asked what my options were and was told they could fix the broken one. I then responded w my frustration regarding the different product as I was not told it was different. They then responded with what I understood as they would replace the entire set. A few days later, as I was out of town, wrote back and made an appointment. I didn't want to just accept a new manicure without giving something back so I asked for also a pedicure and an appointment for my daughter. It was then that I was told they only agreed to taking the nails off lol. That was 100% not my understanding. However, instead of coming to some kind of compromise, whomever was on the other end was completely unprofessional and argumentative. Their response was completely uncalled for as I was in no way even arguing, rather, I was just trying to clarify. I refused to continue the conversation as it was so unprofessional and they just kept responding obsessively. This review is no reflection of the staff that does the nails as that has always been quality. The review is all about the non transparency regarding the powder product and the unprofessional person manning their Instagram messages. In the end, there is a plethora of nail places for us to choose from so no sweat off my back, but sadly this establishment chose to lose the support of two long time patrons over a $50 service. read more

Came in for a fill and pedicure and was quickly greeted and seated. Many color options as well as stickers, foils and other cute nail designs!! Everyone was so kind and patient while I went through all my choices. I usually don't talk much at nail salons but everyone was so friendly and personable. To my surprise, I learned it was only the second day they were open! I truly enjoyed my time and conversations here. My nails came out exactly as I wanted. So happy to have tried this spot out! I am new to this city and I am one to get my nails done faithfully every few weeks. I was looking for a new salon and came across Felicie. I called over an hour in advance to set up appointment and confirmed it would be for full set and gel pedicure. I am not happy with how I was treated but I am satisfied with how my full set turned out. I scheduled an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. When I came in the energy was not very welcoming but yet I still chose to stay. My full set was put on and next was color choice. I expressed I wanted a glitter color for my full set and a flat color for my feet. I was then told (by Lisa I think was her name) "there was not time anymore for my pedicure" which does not make sense considering I came in on time for my appointment that was scheduled but now suddenly there isn't time, so I have to not get a service I wanted done? What's the purpose of scheduling appointments for multiple services if they don't honor them? I understand the appointment wasn't scheduled days in advance but it was still scheduled and approved by an employee so...... Anyways, after being denied my pedicure I still stayed to finish the full set which Jil finished. Jil was so very nice and made my experience end on a better note. Jil thank you for being kind and having conversation while painting my nails. Jil was amazing and the receptionist with pink hair(sorry I did not catch your name) was very kind as well. 5 stars for Jil and the receptionist. They responded so quickly and set my appointment for today. Walked in greeted right away Beautiful salon very clean plexiglass up between nail tech and customer. Manicure was first. Very nice gal did a good job. Next was my pedicure. I chose the basic but they have several options. IT WAS AWESOME! Adrianna did my pedicure. Super comfy massage chair too! She did an amazing job super detailed used a great scrub on my legs and finished with a hot towel. All for the basic pedicure!! She was so sweet and really did a great job. Ask for her you won't be disappointed. Excellent experience from start to finish. They are very professional and offer a discount program for cash payments too! I will ABSOLUTELY be back. read more

I haven't had a mani or pedi since the pandemic began, so it's been almost a year. I was nervous about going into a salon, but decided to check Yelp and see if there was a local salon that was rated well AND was Covid compliant. After reading all the reviews on Felicie, I decided to take a chance, made an appointment and went in today. The first thing I noticed was how pleasant it was - spotless, organized, not cluttered with curtains, pictures, and no TV blaring - very professional. My pedicure was done by Jil, who did a wonderful job - she checked to make sure the water was fine, that I was comfortable, if her pressure during her massage was good (it was perfect!), and she was friendly yet let me relax and enjoy her wonderful treatment. She obviously didn't just do a standard/required, step-by-step routine that other salons seem to do, she really cared about what I needed and wanted throughout her pedicure. I then had a basic manicure (no gels or fancy art work) by Emily who was also very professional and thorough. I know this salon is new, but I get the sense that they will continue to focus on their customers' safety, comfort and happiness! read more

This place is fairly new just opened up in November, and it's amazing all the staff was lovely, I made an appointment for my two moms and I & they got us 3 in at the correct time for our appointment, & we all finished at the same time. The services were amazing the ladies were lovely & the cashier did amazing too. I went to this place for a fill and pedicure. There are no prices listed within the shop. When they started my pedicure, they flashed a sheet for me to pick which pedicure I wanted. I picked the signature and according to the list that was $40.00. As I said, I also had a fill done. When it was time to pay the cost was $120.00 without the 16% tip that is expected. I asked the receptionist for a breakdown in cost because I did not understand the total. It was a this time that she explained that the cost of gel polish is $15.00. This would have been valuable information when they flashed their little sign at me. So, for a polish on your fill and your pedicure, you will be required to pay $15.00 each for a total of $30.00. You can purchase a full bottle of gel polish and it would not cost $15.00. Then I saw a charge of $5.00 listed as non-service. I asked what this charge was for and was told that was the cost of filing and shaping my nails, WOW. Please keep in mind that I do not have long nail, they are quite short. The problem is that there is no transparency at this shop. I saw numerous people have to go across the way to the ATM to get additional funds. This shop can do much better for the customer that are trying to support them. Good luck, check your receipt. read more
