Waited 2 hours only for them to cancel! Disappointed to say the least. Had a 2pm - 5pm appointment window and they called at 4pm to tell me the technician would not be able to come. They wanted to re-schedule for the next day between 8am - 10am, but that wasn't going to work for me due to other circumstances. Keep in mind, this is what their original email confirmation states, "Please notify us before the end of the business day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged an hour of billable service for the missed appointment reservation." So, are they going to pay ME for cancelling??? Cameron, the man who called to cancel, acted like he didn't even care that they cancelled, offered no explanation, and didn't even apologize. Nathan verified with the Wells Fargo fraud department that he had indeed cleaned up my desktop computer so they would open up my online baking. Was very polite, very professional. Answered all my concerns. Helped me get McAfee purchase straightened out. Cleaned up my Facebook. And showed me what to what out for with messages. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT USE THEM! I called Karl's Technology (AKA Norcross Computer Repair Service) to inquire about replacing the battery in 2015 MacBook Pro. Computer was in perfect working order ... only issue was the battery life was short. A Representative sold me on their service because experts could do repairs onsite and don't charge for services separately, so I scheduled an appointment. They said they were Mac experts. Jordan came on June 24 to determine which battery to order. He sent me text with link of battery on Amazon. I ordered it. I was charged $125 for the visit. Brandon came on June 28 and discovered that the battery I was told to purchase was the wrong model. He accomplished nothing during that visit, yet I was still charged $62.50 ... when it was their error. Brandon returned on June 30, spent 3 hours here, and when he left, the keyboard to the laptop didn't work, new battery wouldn't boot computer, and he saw a little smoke/smelled burning smell. Basically, he took a working computer and broke it. Moreover, he literally was watching a YouTube video while making the repair to guide him. I could have done that for free. I complained to a manager Robert Long and was ultimately offered a partial refund of $300 which I received on July 9. I then brought my computer to Simply Mac to survey the damage Karls Technology had caused and paid $79.99. It took some time to review due to covid. When they were done, they quoted me $700 to repair the keyboard, adding that they could not guarantee the work because the battery was NOT an Apple battery, so they would have to replace the battery for it to be guaranteed. I've now paid $552.50 to Karls, $55.56 for battery, $79.99 for Simply Mac for a total of $688.05 - $300 refund = $388.05 out of pocket and I can no longer use the computer. I called to speak with Robert Long a couple times with no call back. Today I reached him and was told they consider the issue to be closed. All I asked was that they fix the computer. Robert said in a voice mail that they will not repair the computer nor will they make me whole on my investment. Why don't companies do the right thing? read more

The company is made two appointments and has not shown up for either one of them they charge $125 for a no-show if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance but they find it okay to make appointments and not keep them their last cancellation was 45 minutes prior to the schedul ed time. I highly recommend never using this company and unless you want to get screwed over and waste your time with their incompetence. I've requested my no-show fee of $100 which I will be surprised if they pay it based on their low rating and low business rating do not do business with this company they are a scam and I've never run into such a poorly run company that cannot show up or keep an appointment such as this company. read more

Eljay did a great job getting my mouse back and my keyboard too. He also deleted a program for me that kept having a pop up that bugged me. Eljay check for any other problems. He got my laptop connected to my wifi system. It was so great to have next day service rather than wait a week for help from the Geek Squad. I'm pulling together information for my taxes and needed access to my computer. Plus there are forms I need to scan and send to my tax consultant in Los Angeles. They did not fully resolve my issue which was overheating and believe me the people they send out are far from being "engineers" my technician arrived without standard equipment like a duster to blow out excess dust which was causing my computer to overheat so the technician decides he needs to go out and buy duster which took him one hour where I waited for him. He wasn't able to obtain paste which would have really fully resolved the overheating and shutting down so it continues to shut down. My tech was Joseph G Torres and he was courteous, on time and had my new printer up and running within one hour. I was told by a HP contractor that I had a trojan issue and they would need remote access to my laptop to fix it. Also, they would provide malware protection to the tune of $200+! Josh W was great, he found my spacebar problem, where i was not able to use the key on the ends but in the center worked, so he opened up the computer and found out my battery got swollen and caused pressure on my spacebar which caused it to not work properly, so he helped me source out a replacement battery and setup a follow up appointment so we can get it fixed. They have multiple websites running with the same information , but different domain name and phone number. They self claim as "Rated #1" with 4.9 positive feedback rating (Another lie) . Please just take the time and google Karl's Technology. The internet is crawling with negative reviews. He isn't listed on Google because he knows he'd never get another dime because of his fraudulent ways of business. Just look at Karl's Technology reviews on Yelp. He also falsely sends clients to his fake collections (he owns it) agency and should be sued.
