I sent a text message to Matt Karls at 4AM since I read on his website to send him a text. My business' server went down overnight and I need it running to open for the trading day, which was in just a few hours. To my surprise he sent a text back asking questions about the server and if I wanted to have him call me. We spoke about the server and he told me he needed 30 minutes to shower and shave and he would be right over. At 4:32 AM I heard a knock on the door and it was Matt Karls ready to work. This computer repair company gave me the nicest experience today. I was really worried this morning when I discovered a virus that popped up on my internet. I searched the internet and found a few companies with good reviews. I know almost nothing about fixing computers and was a bit worried about getting ripped off. I called three and no one answered their phones, but this company's owner called me back about 10 minutes later. He sounded nice on the phone and said he could be out within a few hours. I hired him to come fix the virus, which he did, in about 30 minutes. He charged me $50 and walked me through how to avoid the problem in the future. He knew I expected him to be here for a few hours, so he easily could have taken me for more money (honestly, even watching him work, I had no idea what he was doing). Matt Karls performs the best computer service of any of the computer techs I have used. I should correct myself, Matt is not a computer technician, he actually is a computer engineer. His experience, knowledge and skill level are above any other computer tech I have used. I called Matt out to fix an Apple Mac Book Pro that I thought was dead. It was slow, unresponsive and I figured we would have to replace it. I really wanted to get recommendations for a replacement laptop and have Matt salvage the data off the drive. Great computer repair can be had out in the middle of no where ... ie San Tan Valley. I'm tired of travelling to Mesa or Chandler to get with a quality company. Karls Technology does a top notch job. Matt has been my personal computer tech (more like a guru) for the last five years. I trust his advice and decisions without any questions. Matt did a great job cleaning out my computer. I was a little leary hring someone to come into my house to work on my computer, but I took a chance (as did a lot of other people it looks like based on the reviews). He did a great job, he seems like a standup person and is very easy to talk with and understand. I really enjoyed his company and I did a flip when I saw the bill (a flip for joy). My wife and I took my 8 month old laptop for repair because it was running very slow and it was acting up weird.
