I wrote a review when my mom first got here on Christmas Eve 2025 - now I am adding to my previous review. My mom was admitted here without my knowledge, by Banner Desert Medical (she broke her femur and had surgery) She gets here around 6 pm on Christmas Eve. Receptionist was not friendly first of all and yeah, definitely felt like a post acute facility. They did bring her a dinner tray that night so that was good. (Food is bland but I see why it is which is fine. It wasn't bad honestly) Her Care: Not too good , especially because she has dementia/Alzheimers. This is not the place for ppl with dementia. They didn't seem to understand that she is non verbal and cannot express her concerns , so that was a huge problem. We visited all the time and I stayed until at least 2 am daily because they didn't do much for her as far as helping her with physical therapy or anything for that matter. My daughter also noticed the extension cord that was secured to the wall, to connect the tv , had two live prongs barely sticking out from one of the sockets. If someone would have touched both of those at the same time , they would have been electrocuted. Not okay. Long story short, I pulled her out of there like five days later because I just couldn't keep her there any longer. She was getting delirious and it didn't phase this place. Couldn't even talk to an actual doctor either. Even the one nurse said she had never seen the doctor herself. That afternoon when I told them I was removing her , my mom's roommates family pulled their loved one out of there too. She said they were no good. And she was right , they weren't any good, at least from my experience. And definitely not for someone with dementia/Alzheimers. I hope this helps someone and if they do have to stay here , always visit everyday to make sure they are being taken care of. =^^= read more

I was sent here directly after knee revision surgery a month ago. The only reason I gave it one star is because there WERE some staff members who honestly seemed to want to do their job. When first arriving I had to wait almost 9 hours before receiving one pain med - which I should have had every 6 hours. It took them 3 days to get my meds adjusted to where I got them regularly. They are short-staffed, and the wait time after pressing my call button was anywhere from 10-25 minutes (MUCH worse at night). I needed assistance to get to the bathroom..and many times went on my own because I could not wait. You are put on a SCHEDULE to get a shower..I only had ONE in the over a week I was there. I missed one because my leg was swollen and I couldn't get out of bed..and they told me they didn't have room to squeeze me in another day. The food is absolutely sub-standard..and you only have a choice of 2 entries- one of which was a chicken salad for lunch AND dinner. The only real positive I had was the PT staff..and the day I was released to go home. I'm sorry to write a bad review, but this is a place I would not and NEVER will recommend. Pros & Cons Pros: Some of the staff were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, friendly, and professional. You could tell that they really wanted to help you. Even if it meant they had to change your crappy diapers until you were able to go to the bathroom on your own. A few of the best (CNAs and nurses) were Mario, Cameron, Manuela, Sunny, Val and others. Sorry, I forgot most names. Most of the O.T. and P.T. staff, especially Jordan and the very sweet, VERY pregnant gal (4/26) were very good as well. *Most of the staff work hard for lousy wages in this field. I found that if you treated them kindly and respectfully (as everyone deserves) they reciprocated. My roommate was rude and demanding of them. They did not treat her badly, but I hope most patients weren't like her. The courtyard is nice. Snacks for sale were were over-priced but handy. They threw us a lovely Easter party with fun activities but no chocolates!!! The psychiatrist, Dr. Jollly (Yes, really, that's her name, LOL) was EXCEPTIONAL. Cons: Nobody goes to health institutions expecting fine cuisine! But dinner one night looked EXACTLY like those commercials for The Farmer's Dog refrigerated, fresh DOG FOOD! My roommate and I did not know whether to laugh or cry, but we were too grossed out to consume it. The grilled chicken salad was consistently good 'til I tired of having it. Had an over-done, hard-as-a-hocky-puck, sugar cookie one night but there were also some decent meals. There is a long, long wait for PRN medications, including just Tylenol. especially at night. For ex:, I asked for medication at 3:00 A.M., and did not receive it until after 6:00 A.M. Another time I had to ask 4 times, it was received a couple of hours later. It was worst during the graveyard shift. I saw a PA or NP (he was actually very good, and good-humored) But I only saw an actual doctor once. (I was told it would be every Tues and Thurs). Some of my meds were changed with NO discussion. I didn't realize they changed my antidepressants until I got home and was unpacking all of the ones they sent home with me. This could have been very dangerous. What if I was allergic to the new one they gave me? or if I had a bad reaction to the one they switched me to in the past? I was honestly stunned! I wish I had talked to an EMT BEFORE my friend had to go there, because he (and his partner) told me that it had the worst reputation and the worst care in the southeast valley. It was mentioned that the facility changed their name every few years My friend was there for 3 months. In one of the worst incidents, she fell out of bed and shouted for help for 45 minutes for someone to help her off the floor, while nurses stood outside her door socializing. The EMTs highly recommended Village Medical as the best in Phoenix's southeast valley. Try have multiple locations. read more

My 82 yr old Dad came to Tempe Post Acute from the hospital to gain his strength back after being bedridden with severe illness. We were nervous about the bad reviews but chose this facility because it is close to our house and my mom and family could visit easily. My Dad had a good experience here and was home after 10 days, stronger and using his walker thanks to PT Susan and OT Shauna. The staff was very kind and helpful when we made requests, for the most part. He needed help from an aide to get out of bed and sometimes we had to be patient and wait as the staff is very busy at certain times of day. We learned you have to really advocate for your loved one and pay attention, spend time there, kindly request help when needed, and insist that he get help to get out of bed and into a wheelchair for a change of scenery and bed refresh each morning. Nay the CNA and several others were awesome! The Dr popped his head in about every other day it seemed and the wound Dr checked on him weekly. The nurses were always close by. It's not the newest facility, but floors are new and it was clean. He had a roommate, and had everything he needed, a nice TV, and we fit 3 people in next to his bed to visit him. We also could wheelchair him out to the courtyard for a visit. We loved the friendly Activities Director and staff and all the fun holiday programs. We also loved how the Nutrition Mgr helped get my Dad food he looked forward too- like the hamburger plate! All in all we would choose to send him back to this facility if we had to make the decision again. I wanted to add a positive review based on our actual experience this month- Dec. 2024. read more

Therapy is excellent and the staff awesome. Care Quality a very few staff members (25%) Food Service often cold ( toasted bread or muffins) Office Experience absolutely no communication and staff will lie (not following up) I almost miss my physician schedule appointment. If I didn't initiate the appointment. My choice of residence after rehab, I didn't have the address until literally upon leaving. My address was not updated until days later. My medical provider had to track me down. Patients screaming while staff socialize in the hallway. Day and night. Constantly staff coming in at all hours for vital signs and other health care. No rest time. 23 hours in bed and maybe 30-60 minutes therapy. Only 1 hour with group therapy twice a week. read more

This is no 5 stars facility like the paper we received says. I'm getting my boyfriend out of there tomorrow. Something besides the above started feels off about the place. After falling I had to select a place for my grandmother to go to for rehab. I read reviews of 3 facilities and honestly all of them were horrible. I think people are quick to go leave a negative review when they have a bad experience (because they do happen) but not many stop to leave a good review. My grandmothers experience here has been great. I live in Las Vegas and called the facility multiple times before I was able to make it down and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Once I was able to come to Tempe to be with my grandma there wasn't a person I came into contact with that wasn't nice and accommodating. The physical therapists are so kind and encouraging. Susan, Cari, Shauna & Tanya were the best and let me be involved in my grandmas care and therapy. All of the CNAs were wonderful but Chris and Calen stood out to me. I talked to Chris on the phone multiple times and he was so patient and checked on my grandma for me when I couldn't get ahold of her on her cell phone. Calen was so encouraging to my grandma - always reminding her to keep a positive attitude and to keep at her therapy and cheering for her along the way. Tamara and Emily were so helpful as well! They helped me print out power of attorney documents and got them faxed over. Tamara answered all my questions and helped make sure this experience was a good one. I've called her on multiple occasions and she was always quick to call back if she wasn't at her desk. I know sending a loved one to a place like this can be scary and probably spike your anxiety if you read reviews, but I have no negative comments to say. I think if you're involved in your loved one's care and advocate for them, there is nothing to worry about. I appreciate all their hard work and being so kind to my grandma. I have high expectations and standards and I'm not afraid to speak up but I did not have to do that even once here! read more

I have been getting all kinds of rehab for past 2 years. Their rehab people were top notch! Honestly; the best I had in house! As with everything, there was good and bad but was pleased since it was a nursing home I always expect the worse out of nursing homes. However they made it up with the great staff!! Honestly they were amazing, they truly cared about us and always tried to help if they could. But don't do laundry here. They have misplaced my laundry 3 weeks ago and still haven't found them! Also, their food was horrible and they rarely had my order correct! So bring food for your loved one! And take their laundry home and bring it back! But the coverage ratio of helper to patient is very good and as i said; they had amazing PT and OT people!! I'm very grateful for their help! I would go back except for the food! I'll have to figure that out! read more

My daughter was placed there and her first night she was horrified by roaches crawling over her, she couldn't sleep as her lights kept turning on and off by other ppl. She slept with her belongings because she was afraid they would get stolen. She told the nurse about the roaches and was ignored when shown the roaches. We plan on releasing her from here. read more

This place is a NIGHTMARE! My mom was brought here for knee rehab after her insurance (Aetna Advantage is the worst apparently) denied her return to the previous facility she was at before being rushed to an ER and a second hospital for care of post surgical knee concerns. Upon arrival the transport person single handedly slung her onto a bed using only the blanket she was laying on and abruptly landed her on the bed on top of the covers and fully tangled up in the sheets and blankets from transport. This for an 82 yr old woman with a leg brace and kneecap that was shattered and put back together. The place was dirty and tv had some white substance smeared across it and the bed was up against a wall with a tv and bright yellow surge protector zip tied to a wall. Initial nurses came in and had not even looked at her paperwork yet but did help untangle her from the bedding and got her into bed properly. They had to go through 3 blood pressure devices due to lack of charge. Overnight she was told to go to the bathroom in her bed cause no one was around to help with a bed pan. They said 'the men just use urinals' as of that helped her. Upon arrival to see her she was just finishing a rehab therapist assessment and did get a basic breakfast at 7 am. No other staff came to the room for over 3 hours while I visited except to deliver a disgusting plate of food she could not even force down. When I asked about her medications the nurse said she had looked for my mom multiple times in the morning but she wasn't in her room. My mom could not and did not leave her bed or that room even once since arrival. Then upon review of her meds they had substituted one RX due to price without even advising her and the nurse told us there were no nightly meds. I asked for a detailed review of her meds and then the nurse acknowledged she has at least 3 meds ordered for twice a day. So she said we'll just give them to her after 9pm tonight. Then said she'd bring her meds right away since we confirmed she was in the room. After 15 minutes I went to find the nurse gossiping with a coworker and when she saw me she said she'd be there in 2 minutes...over 5 minutes later she showed up and gave her meds. Then after arguments over a feminine urinal to allow mom to relieve herself when they cannot come and help...they returned to say they were all already in use and not available. So finally they brought a bedpan for her to use. I called the numbers for the director of nursing to see if we could get some help with the nurse's failure to provide medication and care and no one answered or called me back. We asked about a bed rail to help mom turn herself for bedpan needs the rehab therapist came into the room and said sharply 'we have a mobility issue here?' With attitude. She said they rarely give bedrails and she will just have to suffer over the weekend until Monday when they can start therapy to get her to stand on one leg, pivot and sit on a toilet chair or wheelchair to move forward. This place is the worst care, environment and bedside manner I've ever seen!!! I asked to speak to a manager, supervisor and case manager and was told I can call them but it's their day off and Monday would be th earliest. I accept transfer my mom elsewhere until a case manager arranges it. What a freaking circus and lack of humanity this place exhibits. And yes I blame Aetna but also want to state that this place was rated 4 stars on the list the hospital used to find her a facility to complete her care. Such bullish*t and insurance screw around for our elderly. I will be sure to share this feedback as wide as I can to make sure everyone knows about this place. Don't disregard bad reviews as I was told by the hospital social worker. Ignore the hood ones cause I'd probably not be on here if they were testing her with any amount of decency or care. read more

Lack of staff, lack of cleanliness, food was awful. The rooms were filthy. Had to call several times for no soap, toilet paper, ants in the bathroom. They sprayed twice, ants came back next day and then they left the mess, no mop, nothing. 4 days of no soap in bathroom, toilet paper out. Had to beg for everything. The place is a joke when called PT care. Their PT program lacks credibility. Be an older patient and you will be ignored. Sad, sad experience. Very bad experience , my mother called me on a sun night laying in her own urine for over an 1&1/2 hrs. Nobody, at desk to answer emerg. Call , I called 911 from mesa, Tempe 911, they were there in mins. And helped her, worst don't ever let a loved one go there , very bad place. They also gave her an enema, one day, she had pain in bladder, area next day another enema, my daughter was there, late , and got mom to hospital, they said she wasn't constipated at all , her bladder was 3 times over limit. They said at banner hospital if she stayed she would have prob. Been dead in 3 or 4 hrs. read more

Look somewhere else if you want quality care. This place was a bad experience for my mom. Admissions are not organized. No proper admissions was done. Nurse did not do a full proper admission process. It was not after hours when my mom arrived. They did not go over any consents until night nurse was coming around doing med pass. She was mad that the day nurse did not do anything. All she was given at arrival was here is your room, packet with info, non working remote. Fend for yourself type of care. They did not go over medication review and missed the medication she was to take afternoon. I had to stay with her until late at night to make sure she would be taken care of. Her roommate was not nice, as soon she found out we were not her "type" she was unhappy. She got on her phone talked very loud saying she got a new roommate hispanic and Spanish. Although we spoke English with her. The other patients in other rooms were loud, kept coming out of their rooms yelling across the halls and standing on doorways. It seemed like a out of control behavioral health center. I felt un safe leaving my elderly mom around a weird environment. The rooms closer to nurse station are in poor condition, dirty, outdated. One toilet is shared with four patients. The room size is very very crowded and no space for visitors. The smell of the facility is very awful as you walk in. That smell will penetrate your hair, clothing after you leave. LNP only comes around once a week. They never follow up adequately. You have to stay on top of it or otherwise left swept under the rug. Some RN / med techs that come around during med pass do their job and are professional. But, not all of them have professional demeanor. Same for CNAs, some deserve to be recognized Manuela, Ary, Tabatha, the CNA director treated her well. The CNA that gave my mom and visitors are hard time was Leslie, she is loud and un professional, rude, discriminating. She made it known, she was not happy with taking care of my mom. She would change my mom's roommate but would send another CNA to change my mom. She walked in one night, being passive aggressive pulling the curtains that divide the rooms and talking to roommate how visitors are always with my mom past visitors hours all while we are there. It was 10 minutes past " suggestive" visiting hours. We were quiet and never disrespectful to anyone. They supposedly encourage visitors 24/7 but not everyone who works there like that. My mom was there mainly for rehabilitation to build her strength up, but they only did 10-15 minutes of therapy. Ashley and a gentleman did not see his name were the only therapist that have patience working with geriatric patients. What my mom felt uncomfortable with that they expect you to get out of bed abruptly and go do therapy. They rush you and are rude about it. Also, get the names of the staff, because they flip their badge so you won't see their name. Food is always on time, but cold. They don't provide specialized diets if your loved one is required. My mom was more stressed at this place rather feeling safe to recover. It's not a suiteable facility for elderly patients at all. Something shady going on. read more

Awful place. My mother was sent here by a case manager from the hospital. She was immediately transferred to a hospitable place. The stench of urine and feces is strong. There is almost no privacy. The nurse read the wrong patient's chart to me over the phone, definitely a HIPPA violation. I couldn't bear the thought of my mother being there so I got ahold of the case manager who agreed to help me. This is just a place to warehouse people and suck their insurance dry. read more

I rate this place ONE STAR because the system disallows ZERO. i stayed less than 24 hours, having decided the place was dirty, the equipment substandard, that I might be exposed to any number of diseases, and that the staff overall showed low levels of competence. One of them even gave me two injections without the alcohol swab first. The Case Manager refused to release me as I would be at "high risk." I was more than willing to risk anything at home rather that spend another minute in what I considered half mental asylum and half pigsty, and I eagerly signed a release to get out of there. i am highly suspicious that any review posted here higher than 1 star is genuine. Make sure you do your research. Big mistake to place my husband there. No one spoke to him when he was first transported there for over two hours. He can't walk. They didn't give him a urinal, no water. Sheets on the bed had holes. I brought Clorox wipes. People were running up and down the hallway. Can't move him until I can get a referral from his PCP - holiday weekend so have to wait until Tuesday. Luckily I was able to meet with his case manager and they moved him to a newly renovated room two doors down from the case managers office. Can't wait to get him moved. read more

My 85 year old mom is being cared for here. The staff is very friendly and mom loves the food. I met a nurse yesterday named Morgan while visiting my mother and I had to share what a wonderful person she is. Her compassion and sincerity while caring for my mom was so amazing. You could tell that this wasn't just a job to her. My mom is frail and she was so gentle changing her always with a smile on her face and reassuring my mother. If my review saves even one person from the experience of having a loved one be a patient at Tempe Post Acute then I will consider this time well spent. This place is literally the worst run facility that you will encounter. My mother was there almost 2 months & never once did I see an actual Dr visit anyone there. The physical therapy dept is a joke. It consisted of 1 small walk up & down the hallway 2 a week. The majority of the patients time is spent stuck in bed with a small tv that doesn't get more than 5 channels. My mother deteriorated every day that she was there. She went into that facility walking & now she cant hardly stand! And I wont even get started on "case managment" they discharged my mother when Medicare ran out. They kept her there that long, as she deteriorated daily because they wanted to keep Medicare paying for it. The day I took my mother home, the called me 3 hours later to say they had just realized she was gone.. Still wearing theyre medical alert bracelet that was a safeguard to set off alarms if she left the faculty. It has been a nightmare getting anyone to respond to questions. This place is HORRIBLE! My father was here for one day before I checked him out for his own safety. I went to visit my father and found him laying there in dried urine. I pressed the call light and it literally took an hour for someone to come. I had to clean everything up myself. They gave him a wheelchair that had someone else's dried feces all over it! The room phone had dried blood on the side of it. 4 patients share one toilet that did not work! So feces began to pile up. Just walking the halls here you can see call lights being left on for hours and patients literally screaming for assistance. When I voiced my concerns to the staff I was told there was no one in charge! So I spoke to a nurse who was very rude and told me she had already clocked out for the day so it wasn't her problem. I later learned of the open cases of elder abuse this place has. If you love your family member, DO NOT send them here. There are much better places nearby. read more

PROS: Three meals a day, hospital beds with remote control for comfort, cable tv above bed with remote, call button on side of bed, respectful staff. In between meals if you are hungry there are snacks and juice available. It does seem as though the staff cares they just need better training. There is speech therapy, physical therapy, mental health assistance. There are walkers, wheelchairs, and crutches as needed. CONS: Food is awful no flavor small portions and sweats due to the plate covering not having ventilation. I ordered food from surrounding restaurants to be delivered. After pushing your call button it can take anywhere from 15 min to an hour for a response. Two showers a week. CNA's are the staff aka your nurse. It's a hit or miss when it comes to medication been dispersed. It may be off schedule, your meds may not have arrived yet, you may not be given the right amount at the right time. Outdated furniture. Dirty walls. Dirty stained curtains that divide the room. Random fire alarm that goes off, your door automatically shuts and locks you in the room this occurred three times within one week. My experience: I was never disrespected, the staff was nice and seemed to do the best they could with what appeared to be limited training. I was told only two showers a week. I refused to take only two showers a week I took a shower daily. The shower chair had smudged poop on it when it arrived. I was disgusted. The shower area was okay but the sink had hair in it as if the prior person had been shaving. For my first shower I was left in the shower area and had to scoot myself out the area and tried to locate my room. I had a copy of my medication schedule and medication amount. I had to correct a nurse because she did not give me the correct amount of meds nor were they given on time. I was told this was due to having short staff. Nights are pretty noisy; loud staff, loud tv's, a resident is probably yelling nurse every 15 minutes. If you are not full functioning like myself and cannot speak up for yourself this facility can be very challenging to reside in. Although there are physical therapist I do not feel they were effective. I had about 15 min with each physical therapist which was 30 min a day not including the weekends. I could have done this physical therapy at home watching a YouTube video. Once I was discharged I was advised my walker would be delivered to my residence the following day. It's been five days since I left and still no walker. This facility is more like a nursing home aka babysitters. It is not a rehabilitation facility. It's a nursing home. A big waste of my time. The best thing about being at this facility was having a hospital bed because I don't have one at home. The second best thing was the coffee; it was okay considering where it came from. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. I did not give a false review everything I've stated is honest and factual. I should have taken pictures but I had no idea I was going to leave a review but I wanted people to be aware of what they are getting there selves into. First night my father was there they did not administer his cpap machine. The second night, he passes away suddenly. People screaming everywhere, under staffed. Did we make a mistake sending him there for REHAB? Sure feels like it. read more

If you see a five star review for Tempe Post Acute it's been a paid review. These are my experiences regarding my mom at this facility. Pros: the therapy department tries really hard... Cons: lack of training, lazy nursing staff, horrible food, ignoring complaints, ignoring obvious signs of medical issues. I cannot stress enough how terrible this facility is. So here's how it went.... My mom was there for 10 days in which time she developed a UTI and multiple pulmonary emboli. The nurses were made aware of the issue with cloudy urine and ignored it. Vitals are done sporadically enough that the staff missed the complete drop in O2 sat dropped into the 80's. On her last day there her nurse hadn't laid eyes on her in more then 6 hours as she sat in her own urine. They completely messed up her meds and sent a completely erroneous med list that had it been followed would have killed her. The food was horrible. I personally cannot believe this place is still open as it is a travesty of a post acute facility. They will be under investigation for the deficits that were found in their care. If you advocate for your loved one's care, do not take them to this nursing home. If you possess a conscience then find another place for your loved one. If you are able to shut your eyes and are unable to tell the difference between what is true and what is untrue then this is the place for you. They are teaching students everything that is wrong. I have never seen so many incompetent licensed individuals in one place in my life. Save yourself heartache and save your sanity and especially save your loved one and find another place to take them. read more

When my father was here they were very disorganized. He fell of the bed and he was waiting on help for awhile. The main overnight nurse decided it was funny to ask him what he was doing on the floor. Mind you my dad had a very bad back injury. They did not contact us to let us know. They didn't do no check up to see if he messed his back up worse until I got on them about it. They will let someone be in a dirty diaper all day and even if you're on their behind they still take forever. I had to beg them to do their job and then I begged them to let me do it. Very unfortunate how they don't take care of the people here. Not to mention how dirty the place is. Place should be shut down. I will say the social worker did her job and was very compassionate and understanding and that's about it. read more

My husband was sent to Tempe Post Acute from the hospital for rehab and was put into a room with two beds separated by a curtain that was meant for one person. The man in the room with him played his tv loud and at all hours. He was always asking for pain medication and even called 911one night because no one answered his calllight. We asked for a room change but never got one. They never answer the call light and one night my husband needed the urinal and couldn't find it. He turned on his call light and no one came for hours.He ended up wetting the bed. No one came until a maintenance man came to change air filters. Therapy was almost non existent &if they came it was for less than a half hour a day. When we asked toget a referral for a transfer, the caseworkers lied to me that they faxed them. I had to find the numbers myself and stand there while they sent the referral. We received an answer the next day, but it took a week to accomplish this while they continued to collect Medicare funds. This place needs to be shut down. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. No hospital should refer anyone there. read more

!!!!DO NOT SEND ANY PATIENTS HERE!!!! This place is old and run down. The majority of the staff is uncaring and unattentive. The hospital sent my father here over the holidays with out my consent ( A whole different issue). They have some staff that do try but they are few and far between. I would visit every other day and my father's area around his bed would be filthy and he would have his call light on with the staff all sitting or standing around the nurses station playing on thier phones or chatting it up with one another. They would come when they felt like it not when the patients needed them. The wait times were from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours for any staff would check on him. The food was is awful and I wouldn't even feed it to my dog! The day I discharged my dad they didn't even have him ready he was in a soiled bed. I had to drag the nurse and CNA's in there to get him ready. Like another Yelper stated no one forced them to take a job in the medical field. If they don't have the patience and understanding then don't take the job! read more

I would not recommend this facility. The people are friendly but they do not have their act together. Multiple times I was told somethin would happen and then another person contradicted. I arrived on a Saturday night from the hospital and had no physical therapy until Tuesday. In the six days I was at Tempe Post-Acute I only had Physical Therapy three times! Upon discharge I was to have home help. They assured me it was all set up and I would get a call in 24-48 hours. When days passed and I did not receive a call I called the provider who had no record of me or referral from Tempe Post Acute. I have called Tempe Post Acute three times over three days and have never received a call back. In the mean time I have NO home PT or OT. read more
