The day my fridge died I called Sears Home Repair who had fixed minor things before but charge $120 NOW just to look at it. Well, they could only schedule an appointment just for it to be LOOKED at over a week away! Sorry but I kinda need to feed my family and not from a drive thru! SO I asked around and Sonny came highly recommended. Now I know why. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and can really fix anything, and professional. You can't ask for more in a repair person. His prices are beyond fair and reasonable. It's only $50 for him to diagnose your appliance's illness and then he takes that off the bill if you go ahead and get the repair. Parts for mine were in in a few days but the best part was he was able to come out the same day I called him! I didn't have to wait weeks on end and pay a fortune. Definitely recommend Killeen Service Center for all your appliance repair needs.

They were very quick to set up both appointments, with the installation of the new system the day after Bart was over to give me a quote. The guys who installed the system were right on time, very friendly and were done when they said they'd be. They even swept up the dust in my house after putting a seal around the vents. Bart came back the next day to check on the system and to set up surge protectors on the equipment. The price was well under my other quotes and I really appreciated the "paid in full discount" they offered. I'm going to sign up for an annual service from the company as well. Feeling a bit insulted, we ignored his opinion and thanked the tech for his assistance. I called Ellis again September of 2025 because my unit again was not cooling. Ellis sent another technician, who advised again our unit was "cheap" and the compressor needed to be replaced, and we did not have a warranty. Ellis quoted $3200.00 to replace the compressor, or, $3600.00 for a new unit. We questioned this because we just purchased this home in 2022, so we researched our unit ourselves. We scanned the QR code on the back of our unit which immediately reflected a full warranty through 2031. I was able to contact the company who installed the unit. They immediately came out and confirmed the compressor had not failed but we had a clogged filter dryer. $150.00 later our "cheap" unit is working perfectly! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

I have a Generac home Generator that crashed on me over two months ago during our last electric…read moreoutage in Killeen Tx. The yearly service contract was also up for renewal. The serviceman was new, Carlos was his name. He did not seem to know how to repair the Generator, and was on the phone talking to someone at Generac for help. He was told to break the fan out to get to the part that needed replacement. The unit was under extended warranty. This guy could not seem to fix the generator we asked for a new generator since this one had broken down twice within the first two years. Carlos contacted Generic and started the process to get a new generator, he all but promised we would get a new generator, but it took over 2.5 months to get an answer. Generac decided this generator should be fix. Carlos came back out and fixed the generator in 3 hours. Now if the generator could be fixed in 3 hours, 2.5 months later, why couldn't it be fixed back then? I lost all confidence with this company. And frankly I was surprised Carlos could actually fix the Generator. Time will tell. I am looking for a new company to do my yearly service contract. Also a big problem was that they would not provide the paperwork as to what the serviceman did until I asked for it. So I had lost confidence with Amos Electric a long time ago.
