I just tried the cold brew and a latte, both had very good flavors and enough caffeine to do the job. They offer various beans from different places, but I did not select anything specific. Prices are about the same as anywhere else, but the quality and service is much better. The interior is fairly small, but I was able to find a spot and it was a nice relaxing place to hang out for a bit. a delightful coffee spot. i came to temple with a friend to study and decided to try out one of their drinks, the london fog latte. i love how temple provides you with the option to have your drinks either dine-in or to-go! if you choose the dine-in option, the baristas provide you with your drink in a mug along with wonderful latte art. as for my london fog, they provided me with a mini kettle that had loose leaf tea and milk inside so that i can pour my own drink! how cute! i've gotta say that both drinks tasted pretty good overall. if you are looking for a place to romanticize your study space, temple is a very cute coffee shop to come to. the only issue is the place is pretty small and they are always filled with people looking to study or do some work. I frequent the Sacramento locations as I'm a local, and now that I attend UC Davis it's lovely to know that the standard of drinks and customer service carries over! Since I had to come here for a quick paper signing for something for work, social distancing was enforced and they have a tent and tables outside. The workers were all really friendly and nice and there was no wait. I got the seasonal ginger snap latte with oat milk and it was pretty good for a holiday drink, it wasn't too sweet for me but I feel like the coffee could be a little bit stronger. Mostly people come here as a spot to study but the coffee and food are not great. Since its a popular study place its usually very full and little to no seating. This last time I ordered a chai latte and muffin the barista suggested that had nuts on top. The muffin was okay at best, and the chai latte tasted like straight water. They say you're limited to 3 hours which basically means you get cut off at the 3-hour mark but you can just re-logon. Last Sunday was my second visit to Temple. My dental hygienist had recommended Temple as her husband and I both attended UC Davis. What a treat! I tried to love this place. We went here a few times when it first opened. The coffee is amazing. However, we were treated poorly and that is very hard to put aside. I am a 58 year old woman. There were five of us... all of similar age. We were sitting enjoying our coffee and talking. Talking, not yelling. No we had not been drinking. A manager came over to us and asked us to take our conversation outside because "people are studying in here." It was winter and dark out. We did not want to go outside. If silence is required for studying students, that should be posted so we can go somewhere else if we want to socialize. (Or....
