Decent venue with neat set up. Weird crowd. Expensive drinks. Service wasn't terrible, although the bartender in the gallery straight up walked away from me after serving the people I was ordering with to serve some other dudes that had just walked up. Didn't even look at me until she was done serving them. The person I bought tickets for cancelled the show, and there was no word about this whatsoever from Temple (or the artist) on social media nor at the venue. Danced for 2 hours to some local opener before I got bored with the same wubby music being played over and over again and figured the length of this dude's set was a little unusual, given that there were allegedly two more people to play. But nope. The guy I paid to see just didn't show up, and not a word was said about it. I ended up leaving shortly into Habstrakt's set. You'd think there'd be a little bit more communication from the venue. What a waste. Don't plan on coming back any time soon. read more

Awesome!!! I love this place. The lights are amazing, the music, atmosphere is everything! Very EDM heavy but they do have a hip hop room! The only thing I didn't like was there was no room to sit anywhere so a lot of sweaty people standing around when they got tired. Very clean, good drinks and very nice bartenders! Will be back! I've been here a handle of times and I wouldn't normally review clubs... a club is a club, their usually all about the same. But there are two employees there who deserve to be recognized. Michelle the bartender is AMAZING at her job. As a former bartender myself, this girl handles her job with grace and thats HARD when you're getting slammed from every corner of the bar by a ton of drunk assholes and have LOUD music pumping. Not only is she beautiful, but she's fast.. efficient, fair in her order of who she pours for and always is spot on with handling her money. Having to keep track of what everyone ordered, what it costs and what is owed is hard, especially when you have a ton of people screaming at you and my orders have always been perfect. Then there's Chris the security guard. We first met when I was sitting on the stage for a second to relieve my feet from my heels for a second and instead of making me get off immediately he gave me a good while before politely letting me know I can't sit there. Later on in the night there was a drunk jerk who tried to dance with my girls and I and when I tried politely to move him out of our way and say 'no thank you' he shoved me hard. So I went over and informed Chris of him and he kept an eye on him and then even had words with him, causing the drunk guy to go to the other side of the stage, Chris however, never took his eyes off him, making sure we weren't being bothered. Later some guys at a table requested some girls to be brought to their table on the stage and Chris asked me and my friends if we'd like to go. So thanks to him we got to dance on stage and my friend met the guy she's now dating. So, not only is he a sweetheart, dedicated bodyguard, but A MATCHMAKER TOO! SOMEBODY GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE. Anyway, temple is a ton of fun... if you can afford it, get a table...but order it in advance... don't decide last minute after you've already bought regular tickets, because YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Probably Denver's Top 3 nightclub. The venue is huge(3 levels) and another smaller club attached at the bottom. Excellent sound system and a crazy light show surrounds you to stimulate your senses. Drinks are rather pricey, and if you require bottle service, be prepared to pay Vegas prices. Most the staff are very accommodating, especially Anthony, Alecus, and Lexi. Only bad mark comes from a particular security guy, named Jason. We spent $900 dollars only to have him regulating and scrutinizing every guest we invited. It was embarrassing for myself and my party. He almost ruined our night. read more

All my experiences at Temple have been great. It seems to attract a lot of young working professionals like myself and less of the seedy crowd other nightclubs in Denver attract. The vibe is very fun and relaxed, and the dress code is casual. Lots of solid EDM music. It's a club, so expect the drinks/bottle service to be pricey. Very cool lighting and great sound, and the bouncers were respectful to our group (mix of girls and guys). Hoping it's enough to put Beta out of business once and for all. read more

One of the door guys is incredibly rude, on a power trip for sure, made it super uncomfortable just getting into the space. The venue itself is very cool for the electronic/house music vibe. The sets seem to just be local white DJ's with their friends sitting around a MacBook not super impressive with the costs and what's received. All in all over priced for the experience would recommend only for the 18-21 crowd for a place to dance anyone over 21 I would recommend any other venue in the Denver area over this one. read more

The worst nightclub to see an artist at. Waited almost 4 hours to never even see Nelly perform before leaving. Had overly intoxicated people around and watched numerous "employees" do nothing about it. VIP was a joke and wasted space for people to even see, needless to say I will never come back to this night club for an artist. read more

Hard pass. This place is absolutely awful and a failed experiment that won't be around long. I'm going to leave music reviews alone (it was solid) because any club can have a great DJ--I'm going to be evaluating the club itself and the garbage bottle service we were sold. We're all meeting up here for a bachelor party so we obviously order bottle service ahead of time. We're having 15-20 people so we reserve a few tables upstairs right above the dance floor. We're all extremely pumped, dressed for the occasion, and ready to have a good time. When we get there, we wait in line for bottle service. I've never had to do that before--already a red flag and in hindsight we should have left then and there. We're paying you thousands and thousands of dollars to serve us some bottles of vodka, most of what you're paying for with bottle service is obviously real estate and service. We were given none of either. Once we're in and finally get our host, we were told they got rid of our tables and sold them to somebody else who offered more while trying to squeeze us into a SINGLE table that was left. What?! We ordered way ahead of time--at least a month or two in advance--and even if they wanted to have dismally awful customer service and sell it to a higher bidder despite our reso, At LEAST give us the chance to match or increase our own prices--we weren't even granted that. We waited 20 minutes for a server at our lone table and ended up moving sections to get more room. Tons of folks from out of town expecting to have a good time were completely screwed cause they couldn't even fit in the table area so we ended up moving down into their dingy basement with a different DJ out of respect for everybody there so we could all fit in one place. There were a solid 6 people dancing on that floor. Sweet. Another 20 minutes goes by--yes, we're gearing up to an hour now before getting served. Some of us leave, some of us end up biting the bullet and going to the bar for a drink while we wait. We finally get some bottles. At this point it's probably futile because we've all been pissed and fuming about the crappy level of service and the robbery of the tables we reserved prior to coming, but we're really digging deep trying to have a good time out of respect for the bachelor. We ended up just leaving after just another hour or so. The main floor is OK but not nearly big enough and you're crammed in there like a sardine. Sound is extremely loud--feel like it was louder than any club I've been in before but it could well have been my crappy mood from getting shuffled around a bunch. Bathroom was also just... weird. Finally make it to my spot and I'm getting rushed out by the bathroom attendant. Just weird, I'll leave it at that. DO NOT go here if you're looking to get bottle service and even if you're looking to hang on the floor, still not worth it. read more

This is the shadiest place! I got bottle service and they charged my card $500 over what I was quoted for one bottle. They also asked for our driver licenses and kept them the entire night and when we closed out they said they returned our cards to us but never returned them. This is arguably the worst club/bar in Denver, overall it really doesn't suit the city. They offer free entry to a bunch of Denver "socialites" which apparently is everyone, so there's always a massive line at the door and the typical covers are completely insane. They give everyone a super ridiculous and invasive pat down upon entry. They have a dress code, in Denver. The drinks are expensive, everything is so out of place and over done, there's a bathroom attendant who has to provide you soap and paper towels- all the while screaming at you to hurry up and wanting a tip. You're not allowed to take your drink with you in the bathroom, which creates a really scary and unsafe environment for women. Definitely not gay friendly, provides zero gender neutral bathrooms. It's seriously the most douchey ridiculous place I have ever been, I do not see it lasting in this city. So go while you can if you can bear the arrogant ass holes that feed in this hell hole of a bro club read more

I love Temple Nightclub! I've always been in the concert scene but never so much the clubbing/bar scene. The first time I went to Temple I realized how different it was than just an average club! I love the Vegas style lights and the synchronization of everything. The music is almost always my kind of style and even people I come with who aren't as familiar with the music always enjoy it. The crowd is one of the best crowds I am surrounded by when I go out. They are usually very friendly or mind their own business and don't creep - which I love. I love that there is a smaller stage and the Mirus Art Gallery because it gives me a chance to have some more space and hang out, and LvL (the smaller stage) has a different DJ than the main stage so I can freely go back and forth between the two music styles. I do appreciate the fact that the club is 21+ because it helps keep out some of the younger crowd that ruins the vibe. Temple is my weekend-go-to because since I've been attending there, I haven't had as much fun anywhere else. Overall, I love this club. :) read more
