I never complain about poor service or the quality of the product, but the 2x-3x markup on the material is unethical and border-line criminal. I was quoted $125 to perform an inspection of my circuit breaker and install two GFCI outlets. Fernando indicated that he had the outlets, and that I did not have to buy them at a hardware store. Price was good but didn't have a meticulous finish to it. I had him install a sensor light but he never really cared about the wiring and just ended up installing ones that could've operated better. Other guy from a different company took a look and said if Fernando cared about it more carefully this could've been done relatively easily. I accidentally drilled through wiring behind the wall while trying to install a mount for my TV. Lights flickered and sparks flew, melting the drill bit. Knowing the drywall would need to be cut to fix the wiring, I headed to Yelp to find a licensed electrician who could do the wiring repair plus patch the drywall to its original appearance minus the paint job which I could do myself. Tempo Electric responded within minutes on a Saturday morning with a reasonable estimate for both the wiring and drywall. Let me tell you that most electricians that replied were not able to handle the drywall job, but not Tempo Electric. Fernando went above and beyond to squeeze me in on Monday afternoon even though he was initially not available until Thursday.
