It's probably one of my least favorite places to charge because of the hubbub and people and cars constantly coming in and out. Consequently, the charging station area had a lot of garbage littered everywhere. The trash can was also very overfilled and had people garbage picking. The chargers are spread out in an L shaped formation and not enough spaces allocated between the chargers. Don't be surprised if you get your car banged by shopping carts or absent minded kids and moms. If avoidable, I would go elsewhere just to save the stress of constant motion. The charging rates are not inexpensive and the charging speed rather slow too.

The first thing that stood out was the size of the station. There are 40 DC fast chargers, including 27 Tesla chargers, so finding an available charger wasn't an issue. The entire facility feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with large solar canopies providing shade over the charging stalls. What really separates Rove from a typical charging stop is everything else they offer. There's a ReCharge by Gelson's market with snacks, drinks, and fresh food, a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, a car wash, complimentary vacuums, and even a water bottle filling station. It feels more like a premium travel stop than a charging station. I especially appreciated the little details. The property was spotless, there was security on site, and the complimentary vacuums were a nice touch. The facility feels safe, well-maintained, and welcoming whether you're stopping for 15 minutes or a longer charge. The location is also convenient right off the 5 Freeway, making it an easy stop while traveling through Orange County. As EV adoption continues to grow, this is exactly the type of charging experience I'd like to see more of. Plenty of chargers, great amenities, clean facilities, and a comfortable place to spend your charging time. If you're an EV owner and haven't checked out Rove yet, it's worth the stop.

I was contacted right away.. we met at our home a few days later. The appointment lasted 30 minutes and they planned out 4 rooms with recessed lights and 3 TV installations (with electrical boxes behind) along with mounting. The estimate came only a few hours later.. It was easy to read and very fair.. no Nickle or diming. They set a time for the following week, showed up on-time with 3 vans and a lot of crew. The entire project was done by 4pm that day.. It was absolutely incredible to see them work. What professionals.. left everything spotless.. not a bit of dust left behind. Incredible value for what they offered.
