I accidentally drilled through wiring behind the wall while trying to install a mount for my TV. Lights flickered and sparks flew, melting the drill bit. Knowing the drywall would need to be cut to fix the wiring, I headed to Yelp to find a licensed electrician who could do the wiring repair plus patch the drywall to its original appearance minus the paint job which I could do myself. I woke up this morning with a fried breaker and freaked out because i had no power/electricity. I have a lot of frozen meat in my freezer so i sent out quotes and estimates to all the local electricians in the area as soon as i could to have someone service it immediately. My phone was also at 30% battery, I was desperate. Almost everyone replied back saying the next available appointment was the day after, some even said next week! Their prices were also ranging from 159-99/hr. Fernando came back with a super affordable 95 flat rate and offered to swing by as soon as I mentioned it was sort of an emergency because I needed it fixed asap.
