Food is still great for my 3rd time there. However, last night, for Valentine's Day, my husband and I went there. It wasn't full and they had plenty of staff. However, the service was super poor. It took a while to get water, then had to flag someone to take our drink orders. So we ordered our drinks and food just in case things took a long time. The waiter plopped our food down and was never seen again. Finally, the senior hostess (who never cracked a smile) tossed our bill on the table. I flagged her back and told her that the rice never came (so to remove it from the bill) and that we were never asked for dessert or coffee or tea. She started giving excuses but I said "no need". She came back with the bill and could have "made it right" by offering a discount or free dessert or apology. If that was the case, I wouldn't be writing this right now! The restaurant business has got to be hard enough, but they need to get with the customer service program! read more

Ordered Pad Kee Mao, Basil fried rice, HH duo wings and salmon skin, etc. Not sure where to start with this review. Meh would be a complement. Fried rice was soggy with no flavors, wings are better at KFC, even can't miss wide noodle stir fry Pad Kee Mao was flavorless pile of carbs. I hate eating lousy carbs. I hate to give this place a bad review since I love the Thai Tea Crepe Cake so much. I've been here a few times and I'd say my experience is getting more and more unpleasant. The food presentation is inconsistent. The first time I ordered the Thai Tea Crepe Cake, I gasped at how beautiful it was. It was served on a fancy plate, banana leaf and has an orchid on top. 2nd visit, it was served on a normal plate but still has the banana leaf and orchid. On my 3rd visit, it was served on a plate without the banana leaf and the orchid. I don't want to pay $9 for a sad looking crepe cake. My husband and I were always seated at the worst table they have even tho the restaurant is almost empty. Last time we dine here, we were seated right next to where their employees are eating and there were boxes lying around near the table. I know I could've just ask to sit somewhere else, but it's still unprofessional for them to do so. On our recent visit, my husband dropped me off while he went to look for a parking spot. I went in the restaurant and the waitress greeted me with "Doordash?". Like REALLY??? I just laughed it off but when I told my husband what happened, he's super pissed about it. I went back for happy hour and this time the experience was way better. We got the sausage, salmon belly, pork shoulder and tiger salad. My favorite was the pork shoulder, followed by tiger salad. The sausage and salmon belly was just so so - not much flavor. The crepe cake was great! It was a little too sweet but the texture and flavor made up for it. Highly recommended! read more

We tried this place last night during their soft opening. On a Monday night the place got packed pretty quick and eventually there was a small wait to be seated as the place was full. Service was amazing, atmosphere was posh but comfortable and the food was interestingly delicious. Bellevue needed a new hot spot and hope they continue to be successful. Came on. Saturday night and there was 30 inure wait. We decided to eat at the bar instead of waiting. Place has a great young vibe and the music was excellent. Corn salad was fair. Knock out Thai food. Pad Ke Mow and Green Curry are certified delicious. Fried salmon belly and sthe sausage were a great start to the meal. Have tried a lot of Thai restaurants in the area and this one is definitely at the top of my list. Will be back here to try more of the dishes. read more

Came here for lunch and was very pleased with my experience. I got the salted egg squid and my husband got the LI duck. Had to get a separate aide of rice. Both main courses were flavorful without being too salty and tender. Portion sizes were pretty good too. Finished the meal with the Thai tea crepe cake, also very delicious and not too sweet. We saw the review rating and tried this place out. It does not hold a candle to isarn Thai or little uncle etc. The service was exemplary, and the hostess was very welcoming on a Saturday night. My wife ordered the pad Thai, but it was too sweet, though had a decent amount of crab meat and fried crab on it. She did order mild, as she can't handle spice. I tried the latter of the pork belly dishes, but the fried pork belly was chewy and a bit tough, not crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside like a belly usually is.
