It is sharing a space with a brewery and I recommend you see both of your best worlds, but my family and I are cider heads. And we totally like the fact that they decorated for Halloween with properly placed skeletons in the room we enjoyed taking pictures with them. As you walk through the entrance, the first thing you smell is popcorn. They have a popcorn machine there and let the guests have free popcorn if they like. Everyone of my family loves popcorn. The thing I thought was really great is we could bring our dog in and they're very dog friendly. We have a nice sweet little dog. We knew there wouldn't be any problems with guests. They were tasting eight ciders that day. So we ordered a flight of eight so we could taste all their varietals on sample. I tried the wooden tooth special and the sweet tooth and strawberry and oh snap and Newtown Pippin and don't make me blush and pretty in pink and tropical burn. My personal faves were the first two and I also liked the don't make me blush. I was so impressed with the cider which I bought two bottles of their Gravenstein, which you cannot get a tasting up because of the supply left is low. I'm really looking forward to tasting those at home. Awesome all around. Now on my radar.

Now, let's talk people- Ka'nete is a dime a dozen. His welcoming personality immediately drew us in and kept us there for longer than I should probably share. And now the thing... let's talk cider. Ka'nete's cider is everything a consumer could want in a cider- it's crisp, balanced, full of flavor and dry (but we like to say clean because it doesn't leave you with the feeling that tomorrows hangover is going to be bad). I discovered Krazy Farm Cider's 51/50 on tap July 16th, 2017 at Cantina Winepub in Aptos. As one with a gluten intolerance I'm always on the quest to find the perfect cider. Literally, I've tried ciders in the UK, Europe, Canada and the East and West Coasts. I've done cider tasting flights on the east coast and in Oregon. I'm picky about what I like and have only found a couple of ciders I truly love. This one has been added to the list of favorites. Before I left Aptos (where this cider is made) I was able to contact the owner and find a local store that sold bottles of the cider. Keep it up Noah. You nailed it with this blend. I hope you'll add a tasting room someday. When I return to the area I will look for the other blends of Krazy Farm ciders to try.

Each time I have had the pleasure of having the owner there to explain the process and differences between their offerings and it is apparent a lot of work goes into their cider. The tasting menu usually has 4-6 different products, each distinctly different than the last. The biggest surprise for me is their brandi perra. It is similar to a port or apple brandy but made with pears. I was hesitant at first, but have purchased a bottle and taken it to a few parties and it is a hit. If youre in the market for something you probably can't find any where within 100 miles, give this place a shot. Just look for the balloons!!

We called and they said it was supposed to be a temporary thing, but that it was lasting longer than they expected. I don't know why they haven't updated their hours on yelp or Google, but don't be fooled by it stating that it is open (both on Yelp and Google) because it most certainly is not. We would have loved to try their ciders and the food shown in the other reviews, but instead drove 45 minutes for no good reason.
