The manager at the Whittier California store located The Quad, name is Froylan, is unprofessional…read moreand a poor representation of the TJ Max brand. There was a damaged wreath that was a return item that was unmarked without a price. I asked about the price and in the presence of Froylan, the manager, decorative berries fell off. Froylan had the nerve to say if he gave a discount on the wreath, he would not give me the berries that fell out. So, Froylan proceeded to throw away the berries in the trash can. So, instead of providing respectful customer service, Froylan chose to insult the customer. Even worse, he is supposed to be the manager of this store setting good examples for the staff but is not. He should not be a manager or even a staff member of your brand. Terrible.
