For consultation, I met Isabel and she provided a breakdown of the services. My hair stylist was Chelsea and she did an amazing job. Today was my first visit at the salon and I absolutely loved it! Everything in the salon was so cute and clean. The environment was happy and calm, I felt really relaxed. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. They have complimentary tea/coffee/water which is nice. They also provide clean robes "smocks" for every client to wear during their service which I was super pleased with. I got partial highlights with Trina who was great to work with! The cutest salon in Pasadena! I've been going to Ashley for a couple years now and she's seriously the best and incredibly skilled. Her technique with color is amazing - I get so many compliments on my hair color all the time! Sometimes I don't even know exactly what I want, but I just trust her to do her thing and I've never been disappointed! I highly highly recommend her if you're looking for a new color specialist. (Pictured: what I asked for VS what I got). I blew $145 dollars so that 1. My stylist could arrive late and 2. To only walk out of there with half of what I wanted. The stylist (Daniel) did a strand test and after going with the method/colors he did, I received only the top half with what I wanted. The bottom half isn't anywhere close to what I wanted. So now I have to go and pay another $190 to fix what should have been a better call by the stylist. I was very disappointed because I hadn't got my hair professionally done in years and I walked out only half satisfied. I tried to dispute the price too. I know there's two colors on my hair, but the bottom half is literally not even close to what I wanted. That should've been a better call by the stylist to go with a different color/method. And he showed up late. I still had to pay full price and even left a tip...... would appreciate if management contavt Update to the owners response: I understand that a strand test was performed. But Daniel had told me he could achieve the color in the picture without bleach. Your mention that I was given the option to opt out of bleach.... I'm not a hairstylist.... if color can't remove color, the hairstylist should've KNOWN bleach was the way to go, period. Don't even need to give me the opti . I found Isabel about two years ago when she kindly took me in for a last minute/emergency appointment on a Saturday morning at 7am (shows you how dedicated she is to her clients!) and I've never looked back. I've worked with a number of stylists over the years and was never quite happy with the way my hair came out. With Isabel, it's a completely different experience.
