I just moved to Oregon from California and was looking for a new nail salon. I have tried a couple places in town, but nothing compared to the old nail salon I went to for years back in California I thought I'd give it one more try before I decided there wasn't a place in Medford and Lowell and behold I found this gem. I made an appointment arrived a few minutes early they greeted me with kindness and sat me down at a chair I came in for a pedicure and set removal with a new set . The pedicure was very relaxing I had purchased the deluxe I believe I will go with their signature my next visit. The deluxe was great being that I haven't had my toes done in quite some time they took their time to make my feet feel soft and look amazing. I received sugar scrub a nice massage and a paraffin wax foot treatment I was off to the main chair. The last place I went to caked on the acrylic they were hanging on for dear life, she filed them and soaked for quite some time, she then was able to get all the acrylic off. I had a damaged nail that she quickly fixed with precision. She asked me what shape I wanted, I like to go for a classy almond stiletto morph. after talking some time we vibin. she took her time shaping my nails which I truly appreciate. I will say I think I found my new go to spot I will definitely be a repeating customer. The shop was clean not cluttered I didn't see dust on the nail polish display you can tell they take pride in their workspace I definitely recommend this place and looking forward to coming back for years to come. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money here spent almost $70 on a set of basic clear acrylics just to have one lift within five days went back and asked for her to fix it she told me she didn't have time to come back later in the afternoon, I did so and all she did was apply nail glue to the lifting nail And tried to say it's because my nails grow fast. Told her if all she was gonna do was apply nail glue she should've told me that because I wouldn't have wasted my time driving back across town thinking they were going fix the nail. read more

The current reviews speak for themselves unfortunately but had to add my own. We had a party of 4 pedicures and every place was booked for weeks except here (I now know why). Were the nail artists kind and clean? Yes! Did they cater to our needs/was it a nice environment? No. Once my pedicure was finished I noticed a corner of my nail was missing polish on both feet. When I asked for a touch up, he FILED my nail down where the polish is supposed to be. I didn't tell him about the other side bc I didn't want that happening again. Second, there's pooling of polish by the cuticle and not evenly distributed. Third, another artist made one of my party bleed from filing too hard. Fourth, the workers young daughter. Let me tell you, I feel for parents who work full time and have to figure child care out. I also believe this is an environment where your child needs to behave a proper way around your establishment. She would come up and start playing with and touching you, run around screaming, and walking around watching an iPhone at a volume where we all can hear it. Again, I get it, there's only so much you can do. Our party did this as part of winding down after very sad events and this was not contributing to a relaxing experience. That's just personally what I expect from a pedicure. She is super cute tho she's adorable! So if you're not desperate, don't come here. If you want to pay someone to do your nails as good as you, or maybe even a little worse, come. I'd show you a photo proof of my toes but I'm not putting that on the internet. Had my nails done today. Gel x "tips" with white gel polish to cover. Two hours later while driving home because I am not local, my nail broke off. Not the whole nail, but the "tip" which was glued on to my entire nail bed and then trimmed to my desired length. See photo. I called to request a refund and I was told they don't do refunds and that whatever I did to break it was may fault and not theirs. If it was their fault the whole nail would come off. She referred back to my request to make them "thin" to make it seem it's what I asked for. "Thin" nails and a nail breaking two hours later are not the same. 0/10 do not bother wasting your time or money. When paying for nails, especially gel I expect a certain level of durability compared regular polish done at home? I guess not. read more

I just left from Ten Perfect Nails and I am so disappointed. I hardly ever go out and spend money on myself and it's a real treat if I have the ability to get my nails done. I went with two other friends and both their nail techs were so nice and talking and laughing with them and asked them what services they wanted. My nail tech didn't even look at me, didn't say hello, didn't ask me what I wanted. Nothing. She acted like I was a burden and the last thing she wanted to be doing was working on my nails. I honestly felt so uncomfortable to the point I almost just asked for someone else. But I didn't want to be rude or have any confrontation. So I end up showing her a picture of what I wanted for my toes (the last picture I posted). She nodes saying "yes". Then I tried to tell her I wanted the deluxe pedicure. She didn't understand me. She didn't know what I was saying. So, one of the other workers had to explain to her what I was saying. So then she gets to the point where she was going the paint the sunflower, she gets up and finds someone else to do it for her. The new nail tech says I can do it similar. I said okay. Well as you can see in the pictures it is literally awful! I'm not trying to be rude but I feel like an elementary school child could have done a nicer job. I feel like there was no honesty. Like I got lied to. If you can't do the nail design a client is asking for then TELL THEM YOU CANT DO IT. Don't lie to them just to get their money. It's not okay especially because I work my butt off for my hard earned money. The whole thing was so rushed, no care, hardly any effort. Over all just messy and sloppy. On top of a terrible paint job, I paid $63 plus $10 tip and they never even did a massage or exfoliate on my feet!!!!! I am just so sad..... To me, this was a lot of money and I hardly ever get to spend money like that and it was just all around a terrible experience. I was a walk-in client. This is the second time I have gotten gels at this place. The first time was much better. This time, the technician, who seemed like the owner, was very rushed. Granted I was a walk-in client, so I do understand this part. She literally did not touch my cuticles. I was never asked to wash my hands. There was no bowl of warm water to soak my nails in. No lotion or massage. She literally filed my nails and put the polish on. The polish was the same "number" that I picked, but it did not look like the same color as the swatch. So, I hadn't been to this salon for several years, after the last owners were pretty bad. But my regular place had to cancel at the last minute, and I was kinda desperate because I leave for vacation soon. Making the appointment was not a problem and Vivian was nice on the phone. When I arrived, the first thing I saw was that they DON'T take credit cards. This was a surprise and I only had $26 in cash. They also take Zell or a cash app, but I didn't want to go through all that. I had originally asked for a basic pedicure, no massage, etc. Looking at the small amount of cash I had, I asked how much for just cutting and polishing them? They said $15. So I went with that, but it's not what I normally request, so I don't really know what is involved for just a "polish change." But even with just that, don't they at least soak your nails to soften them? And maybe trim the skin around the nails after cutting them? If I'm wrong, please pardon my mistake. But isn't is supposed to be a little fun to go to the salon and pamper myself? There was ZERO FUN in the experience. They had me sit in the chair and I immediately put my foot into about a half inch of cold water. Why? The nail tech (young man) didn't speak any English. He was also very ROUGH! It hurt to cut the nails because they weren't softened first, and he scraped my skin with the file. There was no friendliness from any of them, and the owner and one other staff person spent the entire time just looking at their phones. When I first arrived, Vivian had a client. After that, not ONE single other person came into the salon. Based on the reviews I've read, it is quite understandable why. BTW, one review from a few days ago said her polish change was $35! My polish is okay. The skin around them I will have to trim it myself. So I will never, ever, give this salon another try. read more

I love coming to this place. Very casual and friendly. They're very nice to their staff too. How often do you hear that? It's low key, and nothing fancy. You can bring your husband on for a man pedi, the kids in for something fun. They do walk ins and appointments. Sometimes they run behind- but what business doesn't?
