I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

Their prices are amazing, the time it takes to get done is super quick, and again the knowledge they have surpassed a lot of of people that I called. We installed a 3000 W Victron inverter with 720 W of solar panels and 600 amp hours of batteries. With all the camping we do, we can get roughly 10 days worth off of solar with what was installed. If we were to use our air-conditioning and everything else, we could probably get away with five days without a hitch. Again, if you're looking for someone in SoCal, it is worth the drive to have them do the installation.
