This is a fairly new restaurant. It's is extremely clean. The staff were all really nice. We put in our order and went to get our drinks. We had a really short wait and our food was brought out. I had a chopped brisket sandwich. The meat was a little dry and I looked for some bbq sauce. The waitress brought some over. They only had 1 bbq sauce. It wasn't bad but I prefer a sweeter sauce. I think it made in-house which is cool but I would have liked more choices. The sandwich was huge. I couldn't eat it all so brought some home with me. My grandson enjoyed it a lot. We have been here twice and both times the food and service were great! Nicely remodeled with plenty of outdoor seating and TVs. The Brisket Frito pie is our favorite but have had the Grand Slam sandwich, beans and the smoked chicken which were excellent as well. Can't wait to try the breakfast. I have to say the two year wait for tenders was very worth it. I've never been to a Tenders before and I find this to be one of the best barbecue briskets I've had and I'm very picky about my brisket. Place is amazingly clean. Staff is friendly. I actually had two options on my sliced beef sandwich. One was moist and one was lean. I've never had options on a bbq sandwich before The moist was really, really good and the lean was good as well. the service was great . ambiance was better than most but the pork was like you chop it up then pour a cup of water on it then pour it off then put it on the bread and serve it it was very weak flavor if you could taste much at all. the brisket it looked good it was juicy but it had no flavor . as far as the price its too much for this amount of flavor . will not return. read more
