My insurance referred me to Cooks Collision in Brentwood and after looking at the car and learning it is a salvage car they refused to repair it. So I was looking for a shop that works on fiberglass and can do a good paint job. The search lasted 6 months every shop either sent out the car to get the fiberglass bumper installed then they could paint it. Could never find a shop that did everything in one place. Until I called tepa Autobody and talked to Mike. Well I took my chances and drove to Pittsburgh from Castro valley. One of the best choices I have made. I got all my questions answered. Plus they do tell u custom work does take time and quality work well more time. The project took 10 weeks. Reason the fiberglass bumper that I got and spoiler well really needed a lot of work and sanding. The paint job I got was inside and out. The color is Pearl color of u know or ask about paint they dread the Pearl or candy color they are a pain to do. Here no problem we got it. The price was really good too. Well the point the car looks incredible and am in love with it all over again. They installed the duraflex GT-R front end to my 2012 Nissan Altima. Then had an STI spoiler on my Altima as well. The color looks incredible and I feel I found the shop for the rest of my car mods. read more

Michael and his Tepa employees are beyond excellent! Great customer service, and you can't beat the pricing. Most shops charge 2-3 times what they charge! All you have to do is get an estimate from another shop and compare the difference! The work they do is exceptional! Michael understood my needs and went the xtra mile with a couple of things complimentary! My husband has had fender work done there also in the past and we have been more than happy with their work, friendly but professional ! Michael ordered my new fender and had it painted without me having to leave my car there and then only took a few hours on a Saturday to replace it including a couple of smaller requests. Came here to get my header installed on my Civic Si. Called a few days in advance for an appointment as many places were extremely booked up. Quoted me $80 to install and about an hour wait. The whole process was very pleasant. Took around 2.5 hours but the job was done well and costed the same 80 dollars. Should have cost $200+. These guys are great! read more

This is the best auto body shop in the Pittsburg area, hands down. My wife and I had our car hit in a parking lot, and every shop that we contacted gave us a high quote for panel replacement and paint. Mike was the only one to give us the option to clean and buff out the scratches for a much lower price, and if we chose to replace panels and paint he had the lowest price for that as well. I was ripped off and lied to by this tow company beware of their tactics.once they get your money good luck getting it back.they towed my car from private shopping center they have a contract with.i was shopping and had lunch at shopping center they towed my car from,when I called them about y car they said if I brought down time stamped receipts that I could get y car back with no charge,they lied ,when I went down rite after ar was towed with receipts from lunch and store I bought a few things at I still had to pay to get car back..i tried and tried to get hold of the owner but to no luck him calling me back to get refunded..they also do not abide by all the rules and regulation v.c.22658 so now all I can do is write complaints to the bbb the city,yelp and other social media sites I have been told I was not the only one this has happened to,,too bad I see they had great reviews on their auto body shop but the towing company and their partners are crooks..beware read more
