The beans were really tasty and the rice was perfect, the rice was fluffy and seasoned perfectly. Generous portion on meat on my tacos. You order at the register and then they bring out your food to you. The lady in the front brought out my food and even checked on everyone at least once while they were enjoying their food. When you walk in there is a chip and salsa bar to the right and you order just ahead at the counter. The salsa bar.... Oh my! They have so many different salsas but the star of the bar is the pico de gallo! YUM!!! We have been here three times now and every time the restaurant is clean and the food is great. We have ordered a few different tacos and the wet burrito (that was cold - but still delicious) and most recently on Sunday we ordered the molcajete... if you have never ordered one of these, you MUST!! This one is a mix of carne asada, chicken, chorizo and shrimp for the meat, veggies was cactus, green onion, white onion and jalapeño. And there was a slice of fried Mexican cheese. They also give you a choice of flour or corn tortillas. Then there is a side of rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce. The soup base is their green verde sauce - it comes out in a giant lava stone bowl that is extremely hot....- this is YUM and WOW! The beers are nice and cold and the horchata has a nice strong cinnamon flavor to it. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating. We will definitely be back! You should go! read more

Simply put, this place is DELISH! We finally bit the bullet and decided to try this place and I'm glad we did. The food is delicious, not greasy or fatty, the prices are reasonable, the salsa is good, and the portions are good. The staff is efficient and nice. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more items. PARKING: They share a large parking lot with quite a few businesses but there are lots of spaces. Taqueria Grill in Roseville (CVS Parking Lot) offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere, even during a typically slower Monday lunchtime. Despite a slight delay at the counter, (I was standing there for 1.30 minutes) the service was friendly and efficient, with my hot and promptly served within 5 minutes chicken enchilada plate proving quite satisfying, complemented by a fresh salad (though dressing was absent). There is NO Alcohol Bar here. However, they do have Margaritas here. The self-serve chips and salsa bar, along with the beverage options, were well-maintained, and the increasing lunchtime crowd further suggests the restaurant's consistent appeal, making my approximately $22 (including tip) well-spent and ensuring a return visit. read more

Absolutely the worst burrito in my entire life and I had had thousands. Rice was cold and bland as were the beans. The tortilla was cold and everything had absolutely no flavor. The asada meat in the burrito was like eating the bottom of a shoe. Obviously from the reviews they have people in Roseville have no idea what a good taqueria is. read more
