Food was pretty good! I wasn't planning on eating here but it is next to where we were shopping. I got 4 of the mini tacos for $15.06 on 4/24/2025. The carnitas were perfection! I really enjoyed that protein compared to the other one I got. Service was great. They were very attentive and caring. Cashier came up to me after I ordered to clarify something about my order since I had asked questions about it with a different dish. Inside is nice and small with plenty of seating. This place is dangerous! In that I now have a new favorite restaurant in the area. I'm from LA and finding authentic, delicious Mexican food has been hard to find here. My mom and I came here on a whim when trying to find a good brunch spot, and Four Sisters was super packed. This place was opening and it seemed tempting enough based on the pictures, so we decided to take a gamble and try it out. Oh my word it was so worth it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a decent sized breakfast menu and a large daily menu. Best of all, the tortillas are handmade! We ordered chilaquiles with green sauce and caldo de res for breakfast, and took some burritos home for later. The caldo was super fresh and delicious, with good servings of meat. The portion wasn't so small you were still hungry, but big enough that you could finish it and feel satisfied. The chilaquiles were amazing! The rice and beans were perfect as well, not dry and old but fresh and soft and smooth. I wished for another stomach to eat more. They have a chips and salsa bar which was the cherry on top, because who doesn't love that?? They had a huge selection of salsas varying in flavor and heat, as well as limes, jalapeños, and pickled onions. It was delightful. I felt like I was at home without being in my pjs. The restaurant is cozy and friendly, nothing super fancy but that's not what I'm here for, I'm here for good food. Referred by a friend several months back. First time here, ordered a Carne Asada burrito to go. Get home, there's a sprinkle of Carne Asada. (literally, a sprinkle!) Two nights ago, I was craving a Carne Asada and Shrimp burrito. Hoping the first time was a fluke, thought we'd give this place another try. Get home, the Carne Asada is missing, it's a shrimp only burrito. The lady repeated our order back to us so not sure what happened there! My receipt even references "Steak" Although disappointed, hadn't eaten all day, I finished half the burrito. The worst part of all this, I was woken up at 2AM with really bad stomach pain urgently heading to the bathroom. I was definitely fighting some type of gastrointestinal illness because I even had the sweats. Order at the cashier, pay, get a table # plaque and food gets delivered pretty darn quick. Food is run of the mill Mexican American both in selection and quality, nothing distinguishes. I had a combo plate with pork tamale and a chili relleno. Tamale masa was went and dense, almost like eating raw dough. Meat quantity inside was meager, close to nonexistent Chili relleno was marginally better. Refried beans are runny wet, spoon food not fork. Seasoned rice is okay. This is a $15 big saucy & starchy meal that is belly filling. Truthfully I liked the various salsas more than the composed plate of food. But even the tasty salsas were compromised by the tortilla chips that had an off putting aftertaste. Glad I came. Though in the future I'll investigate other Mexican restaurants in Roseville. read more

Our first experience here was alright. We found the food to be enjoyable. The Birria soup was very flavorful. It comes with a super spicy hot sauce on the side, with onions, cilantro, lime, and 4 tortillas. The crispy taco is very crunchy. It is not oily at all, or fried. The tres leches cake is enjoyable. We had a nice meal. There was something left out of our order but we got it resolved and they were responsive. We will try them again sometime. read more

I was told about this place last Tuesday while I was in Roseville. And it just so happen to be taco Tuesday! I pulled up and as soon as I walked in the door, staff was greeting me with smiles. There were a couple of families there enjoying the taco Tuesday special, which was by the way $2.99 for their street tacos. I had four tacos total, two Carne Asada and two Pollo tacos. The portion size of the tacos were great. The salsa bar was full and very appealing all different type of flavors and choices for your salsa and other amenities. Their chips bar had fresh chips and was full. I washed it down with an apple soda and for dessert had a churro. This place did not disappoint at all and they have other food items. I really wanna try their ceviche and enchiladas in the future. I don't live close to this place at all, but it's worth the 35 minute drive just for great food along with great service. read more

Tried Jalisco Fairway for the first time today, and boy are we glad we did! The food was amazing, authentic, perfectly seasoned with plenty of options for adding salsas, onions, jalapeños, and other sides to your dishes. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and friendly. We've been looking for an authentic Mexican eatery and we found it today! So happy we decided to try it. We had the caldo de rez and chilaquiles plate - absolutely amazing. The place was quiet even though there were plenty of patrons for breakfast. It's a cool, clean spot with very friendly smiles from the staff. I had a fish taco and birria taco a la carte. Unfortunately, I thought my meats were over salted. My son agreed with his carne asada. Then I had some chips and it's the same issue. Aguas frescas were a plus. My daughter enjoyed her chicken quesadilla and my jalapenos were a nice touch. This place is off the hook! I can't believe I've driven past it and even visited the restaurant next door a thousand times and never tried it, until now, that is! I popped in for breakfast and had the most delicious Chilaquiles I've had in a long time. Their salsa bar is amazing with roasted jalapeños, habanero onions, salsa roja, salsa verde, salsa crema, limes, etc., etc. The service is amazing, too. So friendly and professional at the same time. Just purchased 2 chicken burritos . One with guacamole and one with avacado. Well one of the burritos had no guacamole. Called jalisco on fairway and Maria was understanding and repeated the order and said the worker needsvto pay more attention to shat she wrote. She was professiobal and said it can be remade come back. Literally 10 min later my phone rang and a gentleman said"no! " we put guacamole on your burrito. Well, i said there was no guac in the burrito, iI dont need to lie about guac nor ambi going to argue. Just wont patronize such an unprofesdiobal establishment. Ordering was quick and easy. The chips tasted stale, though the salsa bar was good. I didn't care for the chicken chimichanga I ordered. While it appeared as a large portion, I found it to be overly filled with very salty refried beans and some cheese. I purposely searched for the couple of small cubes of chicken I did find as I thought possibly I had been given a bean and cheese only chimichanga. The online menu indicated "margaritas", which is misrepresented as that is not what's available. There were two cheap boxed wines to choose from, but beer selection was good. Ok, confession. I do have to come here once a month at least for a delicious mexican meal. I've been going here maybe since they opened. I remember it wasn't very well known yet and I fell in love with the flavors and the cooks here do a fabulous job as well as the serving staff. I always get the same thing. Might be boring but when I love something I just crave it. Last time I added a crispy taco al pastor. OMG....I wasn't ready for how good that was. I now have another favorite. Unlike a lot of other places this place is consistent in what they serve. Every time I order a tostada it is the same. Doesn't matter if it was 3 years ago it is the same. I appreciate that. But back to Jalisco now this place is intimate, awesomely clean and the salsa bar .. amazing with minimum 6 types of different salsas from mild to hot and all freshly made. The menu is extensive from variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner staples. I ordered the burrito plate which adds beans and rice (HUGE BURRITOS W/ Huge portions) $16.99 ish but totally worth it. Beans were gross, chips were stale, one burrito was way too big it couldn't be wrapped, the other was thin and long. Both the quesadilla and flauta plates were soggy on the bottom from wet lettuce and the quesadilla tasted sour like the cheese went bad. All dishes were the most expensive we've seen in the area. Since the menu didn't have a description, I was expecting it to be literally a burrito with rice, beans and salsa but just in a bowl. But nope! It was prepared with sautéed onions, red and green bell peppers and topped with shredded lettuce and sour cream (which if I knew, would've asked for no sour cream). I was actually pleased with my food. It was very tasty. The Mexican rice was good. To my surprise, I even enjoyed the black beans as well. Though we didn't dine-in, the place seemed clean. So we originally were going to force sisters for brunch, but the weight was like 45 minutes to an hour. So we decided to go to Plato's closet and do some shopping. And then as we were leaving, we walked by Jalisco Fairway and I just walked in, and it smelled so good and There was a few people in there. So we decided to stay. And I originally ordered the Menudo, but they said that they were out, but then the chef in the back said no. I have one more, so I got the Menudo. My husband got a really good breakfast plate man, the vibes in there the service and just everything was a 20 out of 10. All the ladies were extremely helpful. Coming from Hispanic family. When I go get Mexican food like I do have expectations, and they just hit it out the park. They have a variety of aguas frescas. They had a really good salsa bar, and then they had a chip machine that was just making warm fresh chips, and within 10 minutes of us. Ordering our food. The food came the ladies were checking up on us every 15 minutes to make sure we were good. I love four sisters but I'm definitely definitely happy that we ended up walking in there because we will for sure go back. I'm actually thinking about going back today for lunch. so if you're in Roseville or in the area, please do yourself a favor for breakfast lunch or dinner.
