My family was exploring and I really wanted something savory while in the area. I saw "sushi…read moreburrito" and was intrigued. It seemed a safe choice (we're allium-free vegetarians) and I was luckily right, for the most part. The place is cute with a little gift shop (this squishiest, needoh, and little toys) to the side which I was not expecting and the rest was the restaurant. They have an open kitchen, do poke bowls and drinks including boba. Plus mochi ice cream, roll ice cream, and other sweets. You place your order at the counter, pick your table, and they'll bring out your food. Sushi burritos are NOT officially on the menu but you essentially use the same section as DIY poke bowls. Same price regardless of bowl or burrito. You just pick and choose and make your own which I thought was fun. The tricky part is the sauce. They have a good selection, but the lady did not know what the ingredients were, which was... disappointing. Didn't ask the kitchen either. We ended up going with soy sauce, which was given to us in a cup on the side. The burrito is nicely sized. I asked for a number of things and you could taste them as you worked through it but it's impossible to taste everything at the same time. But it's not throughout the entire length of the burrito. It also doesn't have any additional seasoning aside from items like oshinko (pickled, radioactive yellow radish... it was thinly sliced and I couldn't see it but I did taste it when I got to it) or things bloomed their own flavor like mango so the sauce is recommended. Soy sauce was perfect, but I really wanted to try the Honey Wasabi sauce. Anyway, the burrito was good! But it was also $17. Ouch. Tofu doesn't cost that much so I did think it a bit much? There's an option for NO protein which is a little cheaper so maybe that would have been better? Good place to go to for a savory bite. Would be better if I could get fancier sauce and there was better knowledge of ingredients. That in itself makes the place iffy for the entire family. One of my kids has multiple food allergies.

We were quickly and warmly greeted by the young woman working behind the desk. She was finishing up an order and then took ours. I always stick to my tried and true favorite of Thai milk tea with boba. I would give my Thai tea a 4/5- it was tasty, but lacked a bit of the stronger/earthy flavors other Thai teas have. My husband got the pineapple tea. He forgot to request boba, so his was just the drink without the bubbles. I liked the stronger flavor of his tea more than mine. The cups were adorable, with cat shaped covers and ears popping up. If you are heading down the shore and are in the mood for a bubble tea, this is a good option. They also offer tangulu (fruit dipped in crunchy, clear sugar coating). We did not try it this time, but I will definitely be back to give it a taste. Very unique menu item that isn't found in many others places!

They offer small, medium, and large but I've always gotten the medium bc the Large is HUGE. They add a decent amount of boba to every drink so there's enough boba per drink (I've even finished my drink sometimes with a lot of boba left over!) I personally love the tea based boba so I order the tea with boba added in. Adding the boba to the tea drinks does come with and extra charge but I think it's worth it! So far I've tried both the peach and pomegranate teas and loved them both. The teas are a bit sugary on there own so I like that the boba balances out the flavor. The location is very nice, while it is a little kiosk type place in the mall there is ample seating near the place and other places to sit around the mall. They even recommended that if I order a combo meal then the bubble tea drink comes with it. The combo meal makes the price a little cheaper than ordering the items separately. Cleanliness: This shop was clean with no garbage on the tables, counters, or on the floors. Pricing: The drinks range around $4 to $8 and the combo meals are around $12 to $15.00. Mango Green Tea: This drink definitely had the mango taste in the drink. This is good because I like to taste the mango flavor more than the green tea itself. The drink was not too sweet and was perfect. Chicken sandwich and fries: The chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and did not taste oily at all. It had a crispy crunch to the chicken and was absolutely delicious. I love how they put the chicken sandwich in a wrapper to make it easier for you to eat. For people like me that doesn't like touching my sandwich while eating; this was an amazing experience. The French fries were crispy as well and they even gave me a fork to eat my fries with. It didn't come out one after the other, they came out pretty spaced out. That annoyed me. The sushi rolls could've come out together. The ramen flavor was ok. The pork was not melt-in-your-mouth like most ramen pork. The egg was perfectly cooked. The noodles had perfect consistency. The broth was ok. The place has some age to it and only has a few tables. It does get busy so I guess it's good enough for the area.
