We frequent this place often and we have a running list of sushi's we like and ones we weren't so crazy about. Our goal is to try every sushi on the menu. I think there maybe more than 70 rolls! To each their own but I absolutely love this place. The sushi is always fresh, service is quick, and prices are reasonable. It's not super big maybe they have about 20 tables that are close enough to one another you can easily eavesdrop. It's not fancy just a good local spot for very fresh sushi. We prefer the bench seats along the wall vs the table seating.

Second time coming to this spot. The last time, the food was good. But this time, the food was mediocre at best. My wife had the Beef Pad Thai Dinner Box, while I had the Sam Bal Triple. Her meal was bland, even after adding salt and soy sauce. Mine didn't taste any better. It wasn't tasteless, it was decent. But, it wasn't spicy at all. I was expecting to have some heat. But I didn't get any. The dish didn't taste any different from your regular Chinese takeout dish. As a matter of fact, the beef in my dish tastes almost the same as my wife's beef pad Thai. We were disappointed. The staff was still friendly, though. I'll give them points for that. There were still quite a number of people eating there. They seemed to be enjoying their meal. Maybe we got the wrong dish. I don't know. I'm hesitant to go back. I guess YMMV here.

I've known about this place since over a decade ago. Its sushi rolls have been "50% off" forever. I forgot why I never bothered to eat there. Maybe I checked it out in between meals and lost confidence due to lack of customers? Whatever. This time the place was bustling. We had to get on the wait list. They texted us when our table was ready after about 20 minutes. The menu was one big laminated double-sided sheet. One side was mostly sushi and sushi rolls, the rest were hodge-podge of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai entrées/appetizers. In hindsight, I'd just order from sushi menu, period. That's where you get the bang for your buck; and that's where the restaurant excel in my opinion. We ordered one Chinese entrée, Spicy Tea Chicken ($14.95), since I've never heard of that dish and it got me really curious. Well, it's nothing special; just a garden variety stir-fried chicken with vegetable. We order 5 sushi rolls: Kamikaze Roll, Hawaii Roll, Fire Dragon Roll, White Dragon Roll, and Six Flag Roll. Most of the rolls were either $8.50 or $9.50. We were pleasantly surprised that the rolls had proportionally little rice. They were all good, but the Six Flag Roll especially stood out in its presentation and extra crispiness. Service was excellent. It's a fun place to eat and very affordably priced. We look forward to come back and check out the rest of their sushi rolls on the menu.

Fusha is a hotspot in freehold and i can see why. The food is delicious especially the sushi , i got the shrimp tempura, i don't like to eat new foods but i went out of my comfort zone and got the pink lady which was delicious and i wasn't disappointed. The food great but the customer service wasn't exactly what i expected, so it's better if you get food for takeout

Love this place! Best sushi in the area by far, with the exception of Shogun, but, if dining there expect to pay a hefty premium. Our family loves Fusha, although they don't take reservations for parties of less than 6. The turnaround is quick so we've never waited for a table. We've been here at least 20 times, it's BYOB, so that a big win. For the two of us and our kids, we're usually out of there for about $100. We usually start with the rock shrimp, get the paradise roll, amazing roll, takayama roll, and some sashimi. Our kids love the shrimp lomein. This place is perfect the way it is, wouldn't recommend any improvements.

My daughter has been raving about Fusha for a couple of years. I took my family there last night, there is plenty of parking in the municipal lot which is a 2 minute walk to the restaurant. Fusha is a BYOB, soda and juice available for purchase. The restaurant is modest, they have approximately 20 tables. No frills, no table cloths, paper napkins etc. The variety of sushi, and Asian cuisine is tremendous. I throughly enjoyed the Sushi and Shumai I ordered. The fish was fresh and tasted great. The salmon, tuna and shrimp were all prepared nicely. The prices are ridiculously low. The restaurant clearly profits on volume as the restaurant had an excellent crowd at 5:30 on Thursday and does a brisk takeout business. If you are seeking a casual meal, I recommend checking out Fusha.

They really upped their prices which is sad. Sushi is still delicious, but seems like they are starting to make the rolls smaller than usual. I ordered yellowtail avocado and she ended up charging me an extra dollar for avocado. Wouldve been nice to know avocado was extra because then I would've ordered something else.

It was pretty busy on a Thursday night due to a birthday party but we were able to scan the code to sign up for the waiting list and only waited about 10 minutes. The staff are extremely friendly and you can see that majority of them make conversations with the customers. The cooked sushi were delicious and the raw sushi were too big to eat. Typically it would be sliced thinner but as for this restuarant, it was surpsingly too thick. The prices was extremely decent and super affordable and there's tons of free parking outside of the restaurant.

I thought that was odd but okay. Since I've never frequented this establishment before, I always order the Drunken Tofu Noodle along with curry puffs to see how it is. It's my barometer for judging how they are as a Thai restaurant. The server mentioned their curry puffs contain chicken as an ingredient. I was fine with that. The server boasted that they make it in-house, so I was looking forward to it. After she placed it down and I took my first bite, I was expecting it to be crunchy as it's fried. I was met with it firstly, with it being room temperature. Taking my initial bite, I was disappointed with the lack of crispness. The stuffing inside was also very mushy, and it was supposed to be chicken curry puffs. I was, however, able to taste the curry powder, so that was good. The Drunken Noodle had American broccoli and baby corn in lieu of onions and carrots for vegetables. I was expecting the usual long flat noodles, but the flat noodles appeared to be broken into shorter pieces. At the time of my ordering, I had no idea it didn't come with the standard tofu because they kept asking if I wanted shrimp, chicken, or beef. I was surprised when they upcharged me an extra $2 for the fried tofu. My stomach was bothering me today, so I asked for it to be mild. It definitely took me by surprise as it was spicier than I planned for. It was extremely greasy; however, the taste of chili paste was evident, giving it a good flavor. After finishing up, the employee asked me a couple of times if I desired any dessert, to which both times, I indicated I was quite full, declined, thanked them, and requested the check. I could see the clear disappointment on their face. The ambiance is quite beautiful, and their food was tasty. Being seated at a booth allowed me to feel deliciously isolated and get some reading done.

When we started eating, something seemed off with the food. The taste and smell weren't quite right, but we initially gave the benefit of the doubt. Shortly after, my pregnant wife became sick and started vomiting, which made it clear something wasn't right. I called the restaurant to explain what happened and requested a refund given the situation. Instead of handling it professionally, I was passed between multiple people, each one dismissing the concern. I was told "that's not how refunds work" and that they had "been serving it all day," as if that ruled out any issue. The final person I spoke with was especially unprofessional. He was immediately aggressive, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than listening or taking the situation seriously. I usually go out of my way not to leave negative reviews because anyone can have a bad day. But the way this was handled from the immediate defensiveness, the lack of concern, and the dismissal of a pregnant woman getting sick was honestly alarming. The reaction almost felt rehearsed, which raises even more concern about how situations like this are handled or how often they encounter them. I would be very cautious ordering from here.

I did some research into Thai spots near us, and Siam Smiles came highly recommended. To start, restaurant wasn't crowded. It was pretty sparsely filled when we got there around 6:30, and filled up throughout our meal but was never crowded. It looked like most of their patrons prefer takeout. As a side note, my wife loved the ambiance and interior design of the place. Next, the service was nice. The gentleman who helped us for most of the night was pleasant and helpful. He wasn't right on top of us but the restaurant was small enough that if we needed anything we were able to grab his attention. Very nice guy. We started our meal with the duck buns. I liked them, but I would probably skip them next time and go with a different appetizer. Personally, I felt they were a bit lacking in the flavor category. Would likely have benefited from more sauce. When it came to choosing our entrees, I opted for the pad thai with shrimp. My wife went with the pad see ew with beef. Both were delicious. Our server also gave us 2 small containers, one had a powder and one a sauce, both of which were intended to add spice to our meals. Personally, my spice tolerance is pretty low so I went with the mild. My wife was gonna go for the medium option, but went with mild after our server warned her that their medium is spicier than we may expect. That warning was very much appreciated, as my wife felt that any spicier than her meal ended up being would have been too much for her. The meals were delicious and the portions generous. Funny enough, I ended up liking my wife's more than my own, and she liked my dish more than her own. All in all, a great date night and a delicious introduction to Thai food. We will certainly be returning.
