Ryan's crew were professional, kept the site clean, repaired some rot of my 26-yr-old roof, installing new roof vents that only his company had recommended for safety & energy savings. I had asked for certain areas to be sealed well, preventing any "creatures' " entrance that he'd agreed needed to be professionally corrected, which his crew did very thoroughly. Ryan was available throughout the process and got back to me immediately with any questions I had. The contract added the plywood replacement for the rotted areas, all clearly noted and within the price frame in the contract for unknown rot once the old roof was removed. I am very…read morehappy that I chose Saber Roofing for plenty of reasons. 1) The owner, Ryan, met with me to discuss the work and was very thorough and helpful in answering all my questions. 2) Important details were covered including adding a rain chain in a location where a downspout would have been unsightly (picture attached). Among the details, the rain chain is made of copper while the gutter is made of aluminum. Having these two metals come in contact could compromise the aluminum over time. So, Saber installed the copper rain chain with a protective barrier. 3) Their client service and sales director, Jake, was super helpful and extremely responsive to all my questions. 4) The crew was very efficient, provided high quality workmanship, and left the site spotless. 5) The gutter guards that were installed provide a really fine barrier to prevent even small debris from entering my gutters, but are easy to rinse so that fine particles can be washed through the gutters. 6) The two downspouts that were installed were matched to the color of our trim. Other companies offer limited colors or simply white downspouts, but Saber offers a wide variety. 7) Their pricing is very competitive. From end to end, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Saber Roofing.

Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. I would be happy to change my review to 5 stars if the team wants to come back for a full regrout on the floors, but I'm not planning to pay any more than I already have. I have used Teri-Towel to clean my carpets and my windows and we love there service. The young man Henry that comes out is very proffesional and knows what he is doing. We have used a couple of other carpet cleaning services that use a steam cleaning method and were never very happy with the results, the spots always seemed to come back and the carpet is very wet. Henry was able to get the spots off and they still have not come back to this day and we were also able to walk on the carpet when they were done, which was a big plus. I should have paid attention to the red flags. 1. When I first called no answer or professional business voicemail. Immediately after ending call that was not answers I received a text that stated, "Can I call you later". 2. The business called me back shortly after and simply gave me a price of $250 without gathering any additional information. I alerted them after they quoted that we had carpet only on the stairs that contained exactly 33 steps & 4 landings between two sections of the home. I let them know we recently moved into a townhome in which previous tenants must have had dogs. With the weather becoming warmer we now begin to smell an odor of wet dog and pet urine. They stated yes $250 for the deep cleaning and treatment for bed odors. 3. I inquired about their military discount as we are veterans and it's advertised on their website. He said no we don't do that. 4. The day prior to my appointment I reached out via text (so info would be in writing) attempting to confirm the date and time we were scheduled with along with the service and price we agreed upon. Their response was "send photos". Once detailed photos were sent they said okay yes confirmed and it's $250 5 Day of appointment tech shows up attempting to upsell me, also claiming there were more stairs and it would be extra. I told him no I sent photos, explained what I needed, price was confirmed and I had it all in writing. He then tried to upsell me and said I needed additional services. At that time I told him he ca. go ahead and leave we did not want any service. He quickly said okay I'll do it. We felt the need to watch the service being done as he appeared irritated. 6. Upon paying him at end of carpet service I requested an invoice in which he said yes I will have the office send one. Three days have passed in which I have reached out two additional times requesting the invoice in order to be reimbursed by my landlord. At this point they appear to be ignoring my requests I regret using the service and wish I would have done better research before choosing them.

Because I read one review for cleaning fine upholstery in the past, I decided to hire them to clean my large Gold+Williams velvet sofa, two velvet chairs, 1 loveseat, and 1 vanity chair. When I spoke with Carlos, he assured me they had experience with fine upholstery like mine. Reina called me the day before, asking for more money because it was an over an hour trip, which I declined since it was a 30-minute trip and her son knew the address in advance. I should have cancelled the service right then. They ruined my fine sofa; it was left with vertical stripes and fabric scratches, damage from the machine they used. When I called her about it, she said the marks would go away if I passed a damp towel on them, which I did, and nothing happened. Then she said that if we sat on it, the lines would go away. I asked if they had used metal blades on my sofa, and she said yes, that it was a professional machine. Finally, she offered to take care of the problem if I paid her an extra $200, which I declined. She also told me they couldn't remove a "mark" from the loveseat (it was dry food, I removed it after they left). The vanity chair, stained with makeup, was left as dirty as it was found. She said they couldn't clean it. I paid $400 for the service, a waste of money. I give them 2 stars for the carpet cleaning, which they do well. They cleaned the carpet in the stair-hallway, and that job was done very well.
