I came here and ordered pasta the lady taking my order had a nasty rude attitude but I didn't pay it no mind maybe she was having a bad day. When I got my pasta it was dry like they didn't put hardly any sauce on it so I asked for more stating it was a bit dryer than usual and they said it would be $1.30 okay so I paid for my extra sauce and when it came out it was like 1 tablespoon worth . Didn't even barely cover the surface of the little container it was in. The manager(who turns out to be the lady having a bad day Maria, she said her name was) was very rude and it started to feel like she had a personal problem with me. It really shouldn't feel like that in a environment where you're eating... so I was very displeased with the service and the food. The zucchini was hard under cooked. Normally when I order through door dash I don't have any issues. This location needs to re consider the management. The encounter had put such a bad taste in my mouth I was thinking about it all day. We stopped in for a quite bite to eat. We knew that if we went to Wegmans grocery hungry it would be a huge bill! So wanted to try Noodles & Company. We both had Japanese Pan Noodles. I just got done eating and I felt a crunch in my potsticker, I pulled out a BUG!! A BUG!!! I immediately started vomiting. My boyfriend called noodles and told them the situation and Kathy or kat what ever the hell her name is, the *manager* said she'd refund the potstickers. My boyfriend told me and I demanded he called back. That's bullshit. An effing bug in my food and a partial refund? I will have this place shut down and I will blast them over every social media site that exists. Photo attached. Please, don't support an unsanitary restaurant and tell everyone you know. I'm always at Wegman's, so I like this location. The building seems new-ish, so it's very clean and modern, and there seems to be a TON of seating. I went in on a weekday and there were just a few people dining in there for a late lunch. The menu has a good variety of pastas, soups, and some sandwiches and even mac and cheese. It's not an extensive list, but it's enough variety that anyone should be able to find at least something that sounds good. Do you want Asian noodles? Italian pasta? Russian stroganoff? It's all here. This time I ordered the Thai Hot Pot, which was advertised as "New Item" on their menu board, but I'm not so sure that it's really a new item based on older reviews saying they've had it too. Anyway, it was an awesome coconut curry with plenty of greens, and a blend of chicken and pork, with rice noodles, cilantro, and lime. If you like cabbage and I believe spinach, then this is going to be your dish. While I absolutely love curry and greens, I have to admit that there was a lack of pork and noodles in the bowl. It was mostly just chicken, greens, and curry soup. The accompanying "Asian flatbread" that came with my food was quite good, but they had pre-dipped it in my soup rather than leaving it on the side, so when I pulled it out of my soup, half of it was soggy. I also tried the mandu (dumplings) and they were the strangest thing I've ever seen. They were paper flat, with some sort of vegetable/meat thinly layered in them. Not like big, plump dumplings you'd expect. They were okay. The best part about them was the spiced soy sauce that came with it; I'd straight up drink that. It was delicious! I really want to love this location. It's fairly new so it's usually pretty clean and well stocked with condiments, and they have a big, shady patio to enjoy your food on. Unfortunately, every time I've been they are super stingy with the ingredients. Today I once again ordered my usual Penne Rosa (sub whole grain linguine for the penne) with shrimp. There were literally 4 shrimp and about the same number of mushrooms. I asked for feta cheese and received maybe a half teaspoon. I don't expect a plateful of shrimp but for a meal that costs almost $10, I don't think a bit more ingredients would be unreasonable. The staff here is very nice, much nicer than the College Park and Silver Spring locations. I would come here a lot more often if the food was better prepared. read more

Dropping a star due to the menu changes. Many of my favorites are no longer offered: Veggie Med sandwich (actually, they got rid of all sandwiches, so no soup/salad combos anymore), Thai curry soup, Whole wheat Tuscan linguine, Bangkok curry, Spicy peanut saute...and those are just off the top of my head. There are hardly any choices for vegetarians anymore (I don't consider mac & cheese or buttered noodles a main dish). Sure, you can request no meat or add tofu, but the dishes are no longer "stand alone" dishes, and tofu won't work in many of them. Last nights food was the last time we will go here. We've come here multiple times and each time it's been hit and miss but last night the food was horrible. I'm still recovering. The sauce for the spicy peanut noodles was like paste. (We asked for extra on the side.) The actual meal was so sticky, pasty and dry we could have used it to build a Wall. (Don't tell Trump.. he'll know where to go for starchy ingredients to use as cheap paste.) Each meal was like they took the pasty sauce and without actually adding anything to it just put it in with already cooked (dried out) noodles so anything that was liquid just sucked into it. I normally don't do chain restaurants, but I'd heard good things and was looking for something quick and inexpensive. I placed my order online, which was very convenient. The food was ready and accurate when I got there. That's where it ended. The cashier disappeared while there were people in line. Not sure where she went, but it was very frustrating. If you are going to step away from the register, let the customer know that you'll be right back. I couldn't find any forks for my salad and, after finally getting the attention of an employee, I was told that he couldn't find any napkins. As the weather was beautiful, I opted to sit outside. Every table that wasn't being used had dirty dishes all over. I relocated the dishes from my chosen table. I ordered the Pad Thai. The noodles were all stick and were relatively cool. The sauce was at the bottom. Didn't taste very authentic. Sorry, this is not a place that I will be visiting again. They have a sign inside stating that they will be serving beer and wine soon. Disappointed with their service last Thursday. After placing my order via app for curbside pickup. It says my order will be ready in 15 mins. When I got there, I called in to let them know. Someone said they'll be out shortly. Waited, waited, waited. Other vehicles pulled up and their food delivered. Walk-in customers walked into restaurant to make order and got their orders. After waiting almost an hour, I called again to find out why my order is taking too long. Someone said it was first time I called in. My family stopped for dinner. Bad mistake. My son and I ordered first, my husband ordered separately. The restaurant was not too busy, but it was definitely run by teenagers. My husband ordered probably five minutes after us with no line. We ate our pasta and about 20 minutes later he still hadn't received his order. The whole time he made eye contact with the cashier- even held his hands up like "where's my food", no reply but a nod. In the end they lost his order after he WALKED up and waited to be heard by the two upfront ignoring him. All they offered him was to make it to go. He was pretty furious, after about a half an hour total, he couldn't get beef stroganoff... And they still wanted his money. Personally I think that they should have offered him a refund WITH it go. First off the food, my family and I are huge fans of eating natural foods and Noodles N Company has spoiled us for years in VA, DC & now locally at Frederick MD. As Noodles prides itself in "PASTA ISN'T JUST PASTA". The pasta begins with #1 hard amber durum wheat. This pasta is specifically made by Dakota Growers Pasta Company in Carrington, North Dakota. Also, the signature udon noodles found in their Japanese Pan Noodles also are made exclusively just for Noodles. Lastly, nothing is more authentic than our rice noodles. They buy them from a company in Thailand that the Thai locals buy for their meals. Noodles also prides itself in natural products and ingredients, everything from Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and Italian seasoning, blend of jack and cheddar, natural eggs, etc. The food is absolutely amazing! Secondly the service, while I have been a loyal patron at Noodles for nearly 7 years. I absolute love our local Noodles N Company stores. Management and Staff are amazing beyond belief. Interesting, I got the wheat noodles with a Tuscan feel, feta, spinach and tomatoes .
