The lunch plate is especially good, with a copious variety of different foods, including bulgogi (one of my favorites even alone), veggies, tempura, fruit, and yes, a few sushi. A little of everything, but it adds up to a lot of food. On my last trip, for a Saturday lunch, I had the chicken yakisoba - a HUGE portion for lunch, and quite good, with lots of veggies the way I like it. I called the restaurant myself to confirm whatever information they needed, and was met with one of the rudest attitudes I've ever experienced. The employee told me "my boss said no." When I asked to speak to the boss, she said, "No, she's not here. Call DoorDash." Every time I tried to explain that I DO NOT live in Columbus and was just trying to verify my own order, she cut me off, repeated "call DoorDash," and then hung up on me. I've sent DoorDash gift orders from other restaurants in the area and have never had an issue. I'm unbelievably upset with how unprofessional and unhelpful this experience was.

I was tempted by scallops, too, but hibachi always adds up (this was the expected $20 or so.) And what came out was the standard huge hibachi portion, very well done. I asked for the steak medium, and it came out a little pink in the middle, close enough for tiny pieces. Tender and tasty. The chicken and shrimp were also perfectly cooked. They didn't have any reviews on Yelp yet, but after digging around I realized that they have other locations up near Cleveland. After reading good feedback from up there, I decided to give them a shot. I ordered crab rangoon and basil fried rice with shrimp. It arrived piping hot and I dug right in. The crab rangoon weren't too bad. The sauce it came with wasn't your typical sweet and sour type sauce you're likely used to getting. It wasn't as thick. As for the basil fried rice, it was good, too. It had lots of flavor and the amount of shrimp and the size of the shrimp was on point. Although there was way too much onion. Like the amount of rice was the same as the amount of giant chunks of onion. That really threw me off. If I ordered it again I would ask for no onion. Overall it was a good meal. Was the basil fried rice worth $22? I don't think so. Was the food tasty, yes.
