My only suggestion would be to get a little more scrambled egg and bean sprouts to lighten the heaviness of the rice noodles. The reheating instructions said to take out the little cup of potatoes first, but when cold they would have come out in a single clump, so I popped them in the microwave by themselves afterward for 15 seconds and that did the trick. Other issues: "consume by" date was yesterday. I don't worry too much about that kind of thing, but if you do, you might want to check your order before you leave the premises. Also, the container was too big to rotate in my small microwave. It worked out okay anyway. I tasted the sambal I got - nice heat, but again, not as much flavor as I was looking for.
