    Little pieces of protein.

We arrived at 8:25 PM and were immediately told the kitchen was closing in 6 minutes, which made the entire experience feel rushed from the start. I understand restaurants have closing times, but if customers are still being seated, the atmosphere shouldn't feel like we're inconveniencing the staff for ordering food. I ordered an appetizer and ramen, but the appetizer never came out. Then when I tried the ramen, the protein was chicken. I honestly thought the order was wrong because I've never been to a ramen restaurant where chicken was the default protein without it being clearly stated. The chicken was also so dry and flavorless that it felt like something you can give your dog oh and it they put very little of it in the soup. When I asked about it, I was told pork belly was an additional substitution. That definitely could've been communicated better. To make matters worse, the staff started rushing us out as it got closer to 9 PM. It's a sit-down restaurant, so customers staying slightly past closing after being seated shortly beforehand should be expected. One of the employees was also unnecessarily rude during the experience. Overall, the service and food quality were disappointing, and unfortunately this was the worst ramen experience I've had. I wouldn't return.

Not my favorite ramen spot, but their Dan Dan noodles were great! I highly recommend this place for noodle specifically. I tried their ramen, the noodle in the ramen are average, and you have to make sure you sub for pork belly, otherwise you get turkey

Overall: 9/10 Food: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Value: 7/10 Really, really good food. Unique and tasty. It was an amazing gem that we found along our visit to Columbus. The only thing that was better than the food was the service! Check this place out if you're in the neighborhood.

Food was amazing. Very attentive waitress. Great place to kick back and enjoy some delicious ramen while it's cold.

The Tiger Signature ramen was great as usual, but the okonomiyaki was so delicious! Perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Well balanced flavor.

Food was meh. Maybe the taste is good, but I can't say it's authentic. With a name like Tiger + Lily, I thought they would focus more on southeast Asian food. I can't speak to parking, but the downtown area is walkable. There are restrooms behind the cashier. The restaurant felt more contemporary than I expected. Maybe it's more lively at night because of the bar. I was here for lunch on a Saturday, and it got pretty full. Drinks: Milk green tea $4.50 - watered down, too much condensed milk. Not good at all. Did not finish the drink. Taiwanese milk tea $4.50 - also watered down. Hong Kong silk tea $4.50 - mid. Boba $0.50 topping - chewy, no sweetness. I do not recommend. Appetizers: Chicken karaage $8 - we got the spicy lily dry rub, which made the karaage taste like the inside of a gyoza, very peppery. Additional sauces are $0.50. I expected Japanese karaage, but this wasn't it. Chicken wings $9 - super crispy and jumbo. Ironically the wings might have been the best dish we ordered at this Asian food eatery. Crispy dumpling $7.95 - gyoza w a sweet sauce. I don't recommend this either. Entrees: Lemongrass chicken $10.95 - I don't recommend this. The chicken portion was small. It was mushy - maybe some pieces weren't chicken breast. Too much rice. Rice was wet, like it feels mushy when chewing. The purple cabbage gives the dish color but that's it. Flavor was good, but too much pepper. Tiger signature $14.95 - option for pork belly is additional $2. Flavor is good but not quite the same as traditional ramen. Angus beef noodle $15.95 - flavor is good here. Noodles are decently al dente, but they're using thin ramen noodles for a traditional Taiwanese noodle dish. Beef was cooked ok (on the tough side) but scarce :( I would have liked to try the mala tofu dish or the inferno heat level on the curry. I'm curious how spicy they can go. Gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more.

Great spot serving a wide variety of Asian food options. I tried the ramen and tofu, ramen was excellent and tofu was flavorful as well. Located centrally in downtown, staff was friendly as well.

I stopped by Tiger + Lily as dinner before I went to the Symphony down the street, so I knew I'd be tight on time and had to choose a restaurant carefully to make it to our seats at the theatre. It was the perfect choice! I was in and out in 50 minutes and left feeling satisfied. My ramen was a little plain, but the dumplings were super flavorful and the spring rolls were super fresh and piping hot! I only noticed indoor seating, it was pretty busy, and there were only a few servers, but it was a great experience and I would certainly go back.

    Ramen (beef) absolutely delicious!!

We absolutely loved this place! I give everything we ate a 10/10. My son gets jobs in Columbus and we like to try new places. My granddaughter and I went earlier without my son and couldn't find parking. My son said, let's go back. With him I was able to find parking, right across the street. Can't wait to go back!!

Pretty good. The k pop fries were honestly the best thing we got- delicious! Not sure why they've decided to turn half the seats into barstools but it was not a comfy eating experience unfortunately. Don't waste your time with the rice bowl side, it was just white rice with a little chicken on top.

Was visiting Columbus for a day trip, came to Tiger+Lily. My partner and I ordered the same thing. We ordered the Mala Firecracker. I ordered Karrage Chicken for an appetizer. Both were really good. I would definitely get the Mala Firecracker again. We only ordered water, the drink options were very minimal. They had gins, vodka's, whiskeys, and things like that. We're both tequila drinkers, and they didn't have any tequila choices. But the customer service was friendly. They checked on us often, cleaned our table when we were done with something, very attentive. It was a youthful environment. We could tell that majority of the ppl in there were in their 20s. But that wasn't a bother. Anyhow, good Ramen!

Nice, cozy spot. I like to eat ramen after a long flight. Picture looks better than it tastes.Noodles were nice and chewy. Green onions were somewhat dehydrated. Broth was non-traditional and the spice was was not Japanese chili spice .

Staff were friendly and checked on us a lot. It's a very try modern looking restaurant. Looks more like a modern cafe inside. Not the vibe I expected but cute! We ordered spicy wontons, stir fried pork belly with green chili, sizzling beef short ribs, and Yangzhou fried rice. We had no idea the dishes all came with rice or else we wouldn't have ordered more. The food came out fast! Portions are definitely shareable. Nothing was spicy. I do think the flavors were a bit lacking. Everything could have been more seasoned but I wasn't mad at it. They do have both an authentic menu and an Americanized menu. Great to see this since not everyone has had authentic Sichuan. I'd come back if I have the chance!

It had celery and maybe onions but I never found a single mushroom or carrot. It did have green peppers, though. It was labeled "one hot pepper" so I was expecting a spicy hot dish but nope, it wasn't hot AT ALL. When I asked the waitress about that, she said sometimes people say their food is too hot. Then they shouldn't order a dish labeled with hot peppers. But I did and what I got was like American stew with some aromatics added. My son ordered the General Tso's Tofu and he liked it but his rice didn't arrive for another 10 minutes! It also took awhile for us to receive forks. If you can't trust the menu, what good is it?

The place is not big and they usually have large parties coming in, thus fills the space quickly. We started with Tofu chicharron which we were expecting to be crispy - because chicharron means 'crackling pork rinds' but these Tofu were soft a lil disappointed there. We tried the pork sisig, it was okay. It has this mayo topping and there's an overpowering taste of ginger which is not typical of sisig. We enjoyed the grilled pork belly though, marinated enough and it's complimented with soy vinegar dip. The pancit on the other hand was very greasy. The oil was pooling at the bottom of the bowl. Taste was was just okay. It has way too many chinese sausage in it. We completed our meal with Ube Carioca, it is this chewy rice cake that is deep fried with glazed sweetness & that was okay as well. We wanted the mango sago, however they were out. The service was prompt and adequate parking space.

I liked how fresh their veggies were and when they ran out of one thing, they quickly replaced it. I made sure to grab some Napa cabbage, bok choy, enoki mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, tofu skins, and beef. The beef was slightly frozen, which was a good sign because I led feel iffy about eating raw beef that was sitting out at room temp for a long time. They have an assortment of ramen so also got a pack of seafood ramen and was able to split it with my friend. In terms of choosing your ramen flavor, seasoning doesn't matter as much as noodle texture because they just use the noodles and toss the seasoning away. Once you get to the check out, they weigh your bowl and you can pay. The build your own bowls range from about $13-15 per pound and you can choose between dry or soup bowls and spicy or mild. I got the spicy mala soup bowl and it was medium spicy (4/10 for me). If you want more seasoning, there's a sauce bar that has cilantro, garlic, oil, hoisin, and other sauces. They cook the bowl for you and bring it to your table. I liked how they cut the fish balls in half to make them easier to eat. Everything was cooked well but the flat rice noodles got a bit soggy. They also have rice bowls and bingsoo (shaved ice) for dessert. By the time I finished my bowl, I was very full but I'll have to try their other dishes next time. In terms of pricing, if you're not a big eater, it would be a good option compared to all you can eat places since you can control the amount of ingredients and you don't have to feel the pressure of trying to finish all your food.
