I have eaten here a few times and it is always good. Just like anywhere sometimes it's better than other times. But this time was so amazing! I ate every single drop of my food! The meat was tender and moist, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The sauce was delightful the pineapples grilled perfectly. Everything was so delicious! read more

They might have just had a bad night but I love teriyaki, and while it's not a particularly great teriyaki place, this is one of a handful of places around here that does it. A little overpriced for what you get. I placed my order and while I know they had some to go orders to take care of, the place itself was relatively dead. I was already in a rush and it did not help that they fulfilled several orders for people who came after me. I ordered a chicken steak teriyaki bowl and someone else ordered the same and got theirs first. Turns out they forgot my order. I wish restaurants did more for clients who have stuff like this happen. Maybe give a free drink or something when this happens. read more

I love that Teriyaki Grill has a lot of options and flexibility with their menu. It is quiet and has comfortable seating. I had a mixed plate with steak and chicken with rice and noodles, medium spice. It was good! I thought the meat was cooked well and it was flavorful. I give it no stars to this place , the place is not clean and the hoods where they cook the food is dripping of oil residue from not being cleaned . The last time I'm going there and will never go back . The service was ok and the price for the food is not worth it !! Go to Tokyo restaurant if you want quality food , service and clean solace to eat!!! read more

Teriyaki Grill is gonna be one of my new fav lunch spots in Lehi! I was looking for a similar place that I loved in Arizona and this place is even better in my opinion. The service was SO friendly. I immediately greeted by the person taking my order and got my food super quickly. It said on my receipt the person at the Cash register was named Sandra?? She had a really warm hearted smile and you just don't see that everywhere you go. They took my order at 12:20 and I got my food promptly at 12:22! I ordered the half steak and chicken bowl and for the price (10 bucks) and you get quite a bit of food. The bowl was overall really flavorful besides the veggies. They could've used some sauce or seasoning as well. All of this being said I'll be happy to be come back here to try some of their other combos as well. Loved the food and took a recommendation to get the little steak and noodle with an added egg for $1. Great recommendation! I've been here before and this meal was perfect. The noodles were super soft and tastey. The egg was a nice touch as well. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is at the end of the day it is still fast food, but I would easily come back. read more

I did not enjoy this place at all. I know it says their food is fresh not frozen but I just felt I was eating a teriyaki bowl from Costco. I did enjoy the grilled pineapple. I asked the employee the difference between the size of the bowls and she said "well one is this big and the other is I guess smaller" I was hoping to see both bowls for comparison. I then asked what kind of noodles they had and she just stared at me and said I have no idea. It was a one and done for me. read more

This may look like a hole-in-the-wall teriyaki place, but inside is fun, clean and relaxing. I ordered the Steak Teriyaki bowl and it was fabulous! Full of flavor and my steak was tender. You know how sometimes you feel like you get the worst piece of steak possible? Not this time. I was thoroughly surprised. Sandra took my order and she was super friendly and helpful. Great Lunch place in the middle of Lehi Madness. I got 1/2 brown rice, 1/2 noodle Chicken and Steak Teriyaki Bowl. I was happy it included some veggies and they were cooked really well. I was not impressed by the food and felt like I was taken advantage of. I ordered a family platter through the heartland app. I ordered extra shrimp and chicken. When I arrived, they told me I didn't pay enough. I showed the receipt and had overpaid. I paid $5.49 for extra meet.. plus $3.98 for extra chicken and $2.99 for extra shrimp. They gave me two portions of shrimp and one of chicken. I kept explaining that I was overcharged, but the cashier did nothing for it. I thought, maybe it's because the extra meat portions are larger for the family platter. Nope! I was overcharged $5 and showed them and then nothing was done. VEGETARIANS BEWARE. I got three pieces of steak in my Vegetarian Delight. For my part I don't care a lot, but if you're a strict vegetarian you should go somewhere else. I love this place as much as ever, it's one of very few fast casual places around here that serves vegetables. Tasty, spicy, filling. I recommend it to all meat eaters. read more

This was a nice clean establishment. We had the beef and chicken teriyaki bowls. The rice was just normal sticky type rice. The chicken was charbroiled and real good. The beef was tough though. The atmosphere and service was good. The price was real reasonable. The vegetables were steamed and just ok nothing great or bad. This was a 3.8 but I rounded up. read more

I am so upset that today is the first time ever eating at Teriyaki Grill. I've been missing out on their chicken bowl for too long. The food was so good and so fresh. It definitely felt like a complete meal. I left feeling fully satisfied. It was so much food but surprisingly low calorie (and dare I say healthy)which is always a plus. I tried both the teriyaki chicken and the kalua pork. I preferred the chicken teriyaki but both plates were delicious. They didn't need the extra sauce they provide, they were both flavorful and tender. Pro tip: there is arroz con leche in the fridge before you order it. GET IT. My husband's love language is arroz con leche and he said this was the best one he's ever had. It was sooooo good. We will be going back for sure! read more

This is a fairly neat little shop. The menu is relatively simple but tasty. The service was friendly and quick. Just a couple of things that brought the restaurant down. The California roll was obviously pre-made and refrigerated. I don't expect fresh tuna sushi in Utah, but a California roll is all pre-cooked stuff rolled together. Making it on order wouldn't be too hard. Issue number two is that after I was done, I went to wipe down what I thought was moisture from my cup off of the table. It wasn't from my cup, it was dried syrup from someone else who had been there previously. Would I come back? Yes. The food was good. It's not my favorite. But then, most places aren't. read more

Small simple cute building! Clean and newer so it's pretty nice. The menu is easy to read and very simple. Been here twice now and I like it because it's healthy. I got the Shrimp with Brown Rice and Veggies. First off the veggies are really really good. Idk how they cook them but there good. I told my husband I want to cook them at home the same but have no idea how. Then the rest of the dish is nothing special simple Brown Rice and shrimp. After leaving though you feel good like you ate something fresh and light. Doesn't make you feel sick. Only thing is don't get the sushi! I got the 4 piece but it was ways over priced and there was barley any filling in it. So I'd skip on the sushi but the bowls are great. The appearance is great. It is super nice that it is modern and sleek. The customer service was great and their service is quick. It was surprising though that at 7:30 on a Saturday night they were dead inside and we were the only ones there. The portion was somewhat small compared to other teriyaki places I have been to. All they are really rebounding for you is some rice and chicken and it looked kind of small in the bowl they give you. The food was good though, it wasn't amazing but it was definitely worth going to. The teriyaki sauce was alright also, tasted store bought instead of their own recipe or like they made it fresh there themselves. But it was pretty ok. I would go again though. Came here to grab some lunch since I live near by. Inside is very clean and spacious. It looks pretty new and the set up is modern. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with all rice. Customer service was really friendly and food came out quick (5-8 Minutes). It was a good portion, I got the regular plate. It came with Teriyaki sauce. But for the most part the chicken was really bland. The chicken too was overcook and chewy. Most of the cuts were burnt, which really disappointed me. Rice was normal. I didn't order the vegetables. Hopefully it will better a second time around. read more

This is quickly becoming my favorite lunch spot. I have only had the chicken teriyaki because it's that good. When you couple it with the chili sauce for dipping you get amazing flavor. My only feedback are two items. 1. The vegetables could be cooked a bit less to allow for their natural crispiness to come through. 2. The food here is pretty mediocre. I came here and got the beef and chicken teriyaki bowl. The bowl had way too much rice and not enough meat. Check out some of the pictures here on Yelp to get an idea of what the portioning might look like because the restaurant's menu was pretty deceiving. The meat didn't have much flavor and the California roll tasted pretty stale. I don't think I would come back here but they do have some pretty cute furniture! read more

Okay, I don't review a ton of places, but we just got done eating here and I was pretty impressed. I had the ginger salmon. I've kind of gotten used to fish around here being overcooked. This fish was perfect. considering our meals were only$10 each (I got a coke, my wife just got water and our bill was $21 on the nose) the food was a step above casual dining. I've gone to more formal places where maybe the ambiance was better, but I paid nearly twice as much for overcooked salmon. The staff was great, the food was great and we probably only waited 10 minutes, if that, for everything to be served. Highly recommend it. read more

The teriyaki chicken salad is my favorite! I've had the noodle bowl and I don't really care for it because the noodles are thicker and a little harder, similar to spaghetti noodles more than lo mein style noodle. But I have friends that love it so it could just be me! Always clean and, super friendly, and fast. Plus the quality you get for the price is wonderful. read more

History

Established in 1997.

Mike Keim, retired NFL athlete, and his wife Tiffany created and founded Teriyaki Grill upon retiring to Utah and noticing there was not a healthy alternative to fast food. Thus he birth of Teriyaki Grill which has been running 20 years strong with 10 locations. Mike and Tiffany created their own recipes by using only fresh ingredients, making their sauces in house and grilling steaming their food providing a very healthy, guilt free meal. They felt that everyone should "Feed their Inner Athlete"! Come, relax and feast at our table. Healthy, Fresh, Fast.

Meet the Business Owner: Mike and Tiffany K.

Mike and Tiffany K. Mike, a retired NFL athlete and graduate of BYU, and his wife Tiffany, a Utah native and graduate of U of U in Criminology, founded Teriyaki Grill. Upon Mikes retirement from the Seattle Seahawks and return to Utah they noticed a lack of healthy options for lunch and dinner for them and their young family. Thus the birth of Teriyaki Grill. Mike was born in California and raised in small towns in Arizona. (Thatcher, Roundvalley, Morenci). Tiffany born and raised in Utah but moved to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and St.Croix before returning back to Utah. Mike and Tiffany were set up on a blind date, married shortly after and moved to New Orleans where Mike was currently playing for the Saints. They have 4 beautiful children and a small farm of horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cat, bees and a beautiful red tractor named "Bota." They love their 5th baby Teriyaki Grill and grateful for their loyal customers and amazing employees. It has been a beautiful venture.

I love it! The employees are nice, the aesthetic is chic and modern. The food is delicious, and healthy! It is a very down to earth place and the sound level is never too high. I really love the chicken/shrimp combo (but make it spicy). The spicy crab roll is to die for! If nothing else I wrote convinced you to go then go for the crab roll. I'm serious.
