We ordered one of the buy one get one frees online via Uber Eats and added combos to each of them. We were really excited to try this place as we love noodles with meat a lot. When the meal came however unfortunately food was missing. I'm not sure if the restaurant itself forgot to give the items or not or if something was going on there. Six items didn't come in our order (two soups, two rice, and two lemonades) and when we reached out for a refund via Uber Eats they only refunded us a little over two dollars when we definitely paid much more. When we questioned why we weren't getting the amount we paid for refunded, we were met with closed conversations and "I understand that you wanted to receive at least something for the trouble that this order has caused to you but at this time we are not able to add any" and "We've reviewed your order and can confirm that you were issued a $2.68 credit." Maybe it's the delivery's fault but I still feel like how your food comes and the experience it causes is a reflection of the business selling the food. Unfortunately I can't in good conscience give a better review as the whole situation really just soured everything. read more

I do have one thing that opened my eyes a little They're charging more than 3% credit card fee .. they're charging 3.4% which is not much of a difference but for companies like this . I absolutely love the sauce options, I always get medium AND spicy, lemon juice, garlic and all the other things they add to make it perfect- saucey noodles are what I come for! The portions are nice and hefty, I appreciate that. The way this works is that you pick out your toppings: meat, vegetables, etc., and then when you're satisfied, you je staff takes your bowl, adds sauces and noodles to it, and cooks it on a giant stove. However, despite being promising, it's not very good at all. First, the "interior" is just some crummy corner of the old mall's food court (that is, there is no "atmosphere"). Next, the main gimmick of the restaurant gives you only the mere illusion of choice. I filled my bowl to the brim with meat and vegetables, which were only rolled and frozen. It wasn't until I got my plate back after cooking that I realized that it's this way to minimize the amount of meat you get. Direct your attention to the provided image. THAT IS WHAT A FULL BOWL LOOKS LIKE. And all this could have been forgivable if the noodles had any flavor but they did not---in fact, I would have preferred that bland chow mein you get at Panda Express right next door. I got the $21 meal which comes with a soup and rice. Unfortunately, the soup was this horrible bland chicken broth (with cabbage?) and the rice was over cooked. Literally the only good part of the meal was my Diet Coke (no refills!). I also thought the staff were super nice and helpful. There are so many better places in the mall, such as the Topanga Social and the Westfield Village. Even the other restaurants in that old food court are better. It's awesome they have the combo meal for $16 and some change you get a small drink, side of rice, soup, and your meal! I stopped by for lunch and it was a great decision. The service is quick and the spot is very clean. You get to choose any meat, veggies, seasonings you'd like. It's very fun and you know exactly what's going into your food! It was a good choice. The food was prepared Mongolian style. You pick the vegetables, top it with noodles and sauces. It was stir fried over a hot grill by two chefs. Fun to watch as they moved in a circular motion. We ate in the public area after finding an empty table. It was social Sunday so families meet up and stay and just hang out. The food was tasty. One of the workers was continuously yelling at me "next" while another worker told me my card didn't go through. So inappropriate the way I was treated there today. My card was charged initially but was cancelled because the worker decided to take a customer right after me while I was still paying. After I got my food all I asked for was just more napkins and an extra cup but instead the same worker who yelled at me next told me that he didn't have time for me? What type of service is this? i never leave bad reviews anywhere but i had to write this one. i've been eating here for awhile and really loved this spot but today i saw the cook (i think he's either the manager or owner he usually wears a hat) take the money out of the tip jar, count it, change the trash & then proceeded to touch the food/veggies all with the same cooking glove on. i asked for a refund on my order (i had barely put anything in the bowl yet and didn't touch my drink at all) and when i explained why he tried to lie and say he changed his glove in between but he didnt. it was still the same dirty wet glove. so then he went to the sink to "wash" his hands for like 5 seconds but didn't even use soap and still didn't change the glove. they wouldn't refund my drink but let me refund the bowl. at that point they should've taken accountability and refunded the whole thing. they handled it so poorly and it's not okay to do that with food that people pay to eat. so disgusting and completely outrageous that he tried to lie about it. never eating here again. read more
