My true rating would be 3.5 The service is decent because the cashier was polite & helpful but we did have to wait a bit when we walked in due to no one being in the front, it took 10+ minutes for our food to come out, & when it did come out they had messed up the order. The food quality is about a 7.5. Rice is mushy & noodles are super oily but the flavor is pretty good. Their sweet tea is nasty & the eggrolls depends on your taste. The guy at the counter asked about my order. During my conversation with him another guy came in and started asking questions. I pointed out that I am standing there trying to order while you are having a conversation with someone else. He then walked away and said another young lady can take my order. Rude and no focus on customer service. To add insult to injury they have a tip jar by the register. Why would anyone give a tip for counter service? No one brought me a drink?! When I asked to have it replaced, the manager--who wasn't even present at the time--accused me of eating it all (I only had 2 bites) and refused to consider that the kitchen may have simply had an off day. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she stated she "trusts her staff," implying I wasn't being honest. Mistakes happen, but how they handled this lacked accountability. After he took our order he went on to grab noodles with his bare hands and then proceeded to wipe them off in his pants. After he noticed I saw him he went on to put on gloves. Alright I can handle the country music, this locations food is the best by far, I don't know exactly what they do differently but even when uber takes forever to get my delivery their food is so much better than the location in Conroe. I keep going there as it's closer to home, but they pale in comparison to this location. Conroe's stingy with the food, stingy with the sauces, stingy with even basics like silverware. Plus their quality control is abysmal and their customer service is downright awful. I guess I'll just stick to this location, they've earned my repeat business with quality food every time I order, clean store, friendly staff. This is the second d time I e had food fromTeriyaki Madness. The bowls are delicious! This time I had the two protein bowl with teriyaki and spicy chicken and noodles. The chicken is cooked well and it has great flavor. I am giving them a three instead of a four because it took a long time to get the order and there were no door dash orders coming out and there was no one else in the restaurant when I got there so there was only my order to cook. Also the booths and floor were sticky, like I had to was my hands from touching the booth sticky. I do recommend this place for a good tasting bowl. read more

The staff we're young and unbothered...people that ordered behind me got their food before me and I got my food before people who ordered before me. Another issue was, like another review stated, the fountain drinks and tea tasted weird...watered down. Don't eat here or work here as a new person! There are many things that I can say about this restaurant but I'll only name a few. The costumer service is absolutely horrible, they took forever on my food just for it to taste really bad/old. After that experience (way later) my friend decided to work there which was a huge mistake! "The managers won't teach me anything all they do is put me on dishes so they don't have to do them, I was stuck trying to navigate by myself just for them to fire me OVER TEXT saying I wasn't doing my job right knowing they were teaching me anything".
