Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she stated she "trusts her staff," implying I wasn't being honest. Mistakes happen, but how they handled this lacked accountability. My true rating would be 3.5 The service is decent because the cashier was polite & helpful but we did have to wait a bit when we walked in due to no one being in the front, it took 10+ minutes for our food to come out, & when it did come out they had messed up the order. The food quality is about a 7.5. Rice is mushy & noodles are super oily but the flavor is pretty good. Their sweet tea is nasty & the eggrolls depends on your taste. Alright I can handle the country music, this locations food is the best by far, I don't know exactly what they do differently but even when uber takes forever to get my delivery their food is so much better than the location in Conroe. I keep going there as it's closer to home, but they pale in comparison to this location. Conroe's stingy with the food, stingy with the sauces, stingy with even basics like silverware. Plus their quality control is abysmal and their customer service is downright awful. I guess I'll just stick to this location, they've earned my repeat business with quality food every time I order, clean store, friendly staff. This is the second d time I e had food fromTeriyaki Madness. The bowls are delicious! This time I had the two protein bowl with teriyaki and spicy chicken and noodles. The chicken is cooked well and it has great flavor. I am giving them a three instead of a four because it took a long time to get the order and there were no door dash orders coming out and there was no one else in the restaurant when I got there so there was only my order to cook. Also the booths and floor were sticky, like I had to was my hands from touching the booth sticky. I do recommend this place for a good tasting bowl. read more

After that experience (way later) my friend decided to work there which was a huge mistake!
