I ordered the junior mad spicy orange chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies($10.38) and the rice was super bland. The chicken was very spicy, that's my fault though because I don't like spicy food anyways so I should've just stuck with the regular orange chicken, but it was all very bland regardless or just spicy; not much of any kind of flavor. Very disappointed that I wasted money here because I was hoping it would be good since they are a new fast food place on FM 1960, but not worth the money, stick to Chipotle for the healthy chicken bowls. read more

This shit was nasty my rice was so soft I thought i was eating mashed potatoes. The cashier was sweet but the sweet girl couldn't count I came in with a $20 gift card and cash. I asked to use all the money on the gift card to get rid of it and the rest ill pay cash and this was clearly a hard task. Mind you the bill was $24.64. read more

If you like cold, below average food then this is your place! I tried Teriyaki Madness when they first opened and the food was terrible then. Years later I tried it again and it was STILL TERRIBLE. Today I ordered the Spicy Chicken bowl - the chicken was cold and old! The chicken was hard - and it is really hard to mess up chicken thighs, but these people found a way to do it. The vegetables were cold, flavorless and barely cooked. I have had better food from a Lean Cuisine meal! The actual restaurant seemed dank and dirty even though it was 11:30 am and they had just opened 30 minutes earlier. Then I had to wait 10 mins for the food that no one really cooked - it was very obviously rewarmed at best. There is just nothing positive to say about this place. Don't waste your money or your time. Even Panda Express is 80 times better than this place! And in my opinion, Panda Express is basic. read more

I ordered my food and waited maybe 20-30 minutes for them to actually bring it to me. They weren't even busy because I was the only customer in the restaurant. They said it was because they were waiting on my egg roll and gave me a free one for the extended wait time as well as two coupons for a free bowl which I appreciate. I like the food but don't know if I'd be willing to commit to the wait time every time. I've been eating it for 15 minutes and it still looks like I haven't touched it. 2 medium bowls, 1 large was almost 50 bucks! We decided to try out this place out for lunch. There were a few people inside waiting already. We were told that there would be about a 20 min wait which seemed excessive since it's more or less fast foot but I can understand if they are making a fresh batch of something. Almost an hour later we got our food. We asked when our food would be ready and were told "that's why we said it was a 50 min wait" which isn't hat we were told nor would we have waited that long when Panda Express is literally right down the road. The teriyaki place at the mall has a better taste. Panda Express is tastes better. This place disappointed on every level. read more

We tried Teriyaki Madness(the Humble location) for the first time today. It was really good! The regular size bowl was a nice-sized portion-we got ours with teriyaki chicken breast and the veggies-which was a medley of cabbage, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini. We also tried the egg rolls and really enjoyed those too. They're not your traditional egg roll, but they were yummy and the sauce that came with them was just the right amount of sweetness.Oh, and the staff was very friendly too! It was my first time at Teriyaki Madness! Let's just say from the moment I entered till the moment I left I was completely serviced, Linda was amazing! Her work ethic really showed and she was sooo sweet from the moment I entered! She made sure my order was how I wanted it and even brought our food out and she overheard me saying I wanted something spicy and brought me some siracha, SO SWEEETTT! I usually don't write reviews but wow, these are the type of people who leave an impact on you when you go into a business because it really shows how much they care for their customers! Food was definitely a 10/10 reminded me of the super overpriced hibachi you can get downtown, except it wasn't anywhere near the price point! Huge serving (Regular size) and inexpensive! Service was slow. The employees looked unbothered and less than thrilled to be there. Two bowls and appetizer took 30+minutes to cook.

The firs indicator of avoiding this place was that the parking lot was empty but we wanted to try this place since my husband loves teriyaki. My husband went and ordered his food and paid and was told that they were going to cook fresh chicken that it would take about 10 minutes. 40 minutes later nothing, our daughters, 9month old is getting fussy and hungry and luckily we had snacks but I just can't believe how they would forget about our order with only a few people being there. I'm not sure who manages this place but it seems poorly ran because the floors of this place were so sticky and where the kitchen places the food that is ready for the customers is really dirty and disgusting. I love the food at this restaurant but we always wait for at least 30 mins or more for food. We always order before we get there. The app will say 16 mins for food to be ready, nope we get there and another 30 or more. There is only 2 staff members working kitchen. If you are going to operate restaurant in such busy area, staff appropriate. read more

This place really needs something to help their reviews. The food isn't bad, it's not exceptional either. However it's the lack of employees who work here. There never seems to be enough people to actually keep this place running. Online orders take forever to fulfill, sometimes there's stuff missing. The cashier can usually be found running back and forth between the register and the back, I guess trying to help out. There needs to be a major overhaul in their system. I really wanna see this place excel but I feel that it will be a thing of the past soon enough and it's solely management and the staff that will do them in. This establishment has significantly improved with the quality and taste of the food since Kristina Rodriguez has taken lead. The atmosphere overall seems brighter and the staff so much happier. I'm usually not an A-Hole about rating a restaurant. Usually something really has to go wrong in order for me to leave a whole review. I would like to say that I had been here before and the first time I came I had to get a whole refund after waiting an hour for my food due to the employee handing my order to someone else. In good faith I thought the place might've gotten better since it had been 6-8 months since that incident. I go and service wise the kid was being real polite obviously what happens In the kitchen is not his ordeal. So he takes my order he notifies me that the wait is gonna be a while I said that's fine. Food came in a good amount of time the appetizers came a good 15 min after we had gotten our entree. Which the employee had notified us about beforehand stating that the cooks had burned our crab rangoons, and edamame. Overall the food tasted good even though it was pretty cold. Service wise the kid did great it made me feel bad since he had to apologize every single time he served us. I completely understand that it's not his fault I believe it's the management and whoever is in charge of making sure the establishment is well taken care of. read more
