Decent spot in the Centennial area for ramen. The service was excellent, and the food was as good as you can get for a neighborhood ramen place. We got the chicken karaage as an appetizer and it was a lot of chicken for a great price. We even ended up taking some home and ate the rest for dinner. Same with the ramen. I got the miso ramen and the flavor was good, although not the greatest. The noodles could have been a bit more al dente, but overall it was a good bowl of ramen. In a pinch, I would come back and eat at Ichi if I'm in the area.

Stopped in for dinner and ordered sushi, ramen, potstickers, fried rice and shrimp and vegetables tempura. Everything was great. Service was fast and friendly. Overall, we had a great experience.

Food: 8/10 Service: 4/10 Date of Visit: March 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM During my visit, which lasted less than 20 minutes, I felt somewhat rushed, despite being told otherwise. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and I experienced a similar feeling during my previous visit as well. I'm unsure if this is standard practice or varies by table, but it impacted the overall experience. At the end of the meal, I was given a $5 off card. While appreciated, it seemed like a general incentive offered to all guests to encourage return visits. As a suggestion, while it's important to check in on guests, it would be more considerate to avoid interrupting them while they are actively eating--especially dishes like ramen. Additionally, presenting the check while guests are still dining can come across as premature and slightly unprofessional. Ambiance: The atmosphere was pleasant, with moderate noise levels and background music that did not interfere with conversation.

Ordered take out last night from Ichi Ramen via DoorDash. It was a buy one, get one free deal. Arrived in a timely manner. Ramen was just okay, flavor was much better after adding spice to it. Also may have been my selection as they only offered the "classic tonkotsu ramen" for the deal. There was a garlic ramen I'd like to try next time. I did like how they separated the broth and noodles so we could mix them together at home. Kept it nice and fresh to consume.

Service can be a hit and miss. Ambiance is small and quaint. We haven't been here in ages and the food is still just as good. I ordered the vegetarian ramen bowl but I do the fried broccoli instead of tofu. My boyfriend got the black garlic bowl and we ordered two sides of the crispy rice tuna. They honestly have the best crispy rice tuna we have eaten. The rice is super crispy, the tuna melts in your mouth with the sauce and the jalapeño gives it a nice kick. I would just order the fried broccoli and eat it with the sarachi all by itself. The broth for my dish was okay. I did addd the Karachi and some shoyu sauce to give it a little more kick. My boyfriend said his bowl was delicious and we thought his sliced pork was missing but it happened to be under his noodles. I'm glad we decided to get ramen instead of sushi it was a perfect meal for a chilly night.

Went to Ichi Ramen on a last-minute whim and WOW..we do not regret it one bit! The food was absolutely amazing and bursting with flavor. We were seated right away and the service was incredibly fast, which made the whole experience even better. We started with the popcorn shrimp which was crispy, perfectly cooked, and topped with a delicious sauce that added just the right kick. The curry ramen was hands-down the star of the night. Rich, flavorful, and comforting in every bite and it was seriously breathtaking. We also had edamame, a crab roll, and shared a cute Aladdin-style bottle of sake that added a fun touch to our dinner. Definitely one of those spontaneous food stops that ends up being a hidden gem. Will 100% be back soon!

ordered the shoyu ramen bowl ok the food was alright not too bad if you want something quick. the broth was good little bit watered down the noodles were good but not enough to share. i also ordered the dumplings which was pretty good. if you order combo then with the same price you get salad. the chashu was bit overcooked kinda hard to eat kinda disappointed in that.

Have only had takeout from this ramen spot, but the tonkatsu soup is very flavorful and clean. The noodles are nice as well as the accompaniments such as chasu, bamboo, bean sprouts, green onion, egg. Really hits the spot when you're craving ramen. Just finished the whole bowl!

We've always enjoyed the food and service at this location....until today. I received an Uber Eats gift card for the holidays. I was taking advantage of the buy one, get one offer on their Tonkatsu Ramen. I placed the order on the Uber Eats app. When I received the message that my order was ready, I proceeded to the counter. I was asked for an order number. There was no order number. I showed her the phone screen to confirm the order had been placed and was ready and she was flustered. She didn't ask my name which would have clarified everything. The order was actually sitting right in front of her. I asked for a garlic oil for the soup and I got told I had to pay for it. That's like walking into a Burger King and being charged for ketchup packets. BOGO or not this is a sure fire way to turn off your loyal customers. Update: I got home and the chopsticks AND garlic oil were in the bag. Confirming the order by looking inside would have avoided the problem. Food was delicious as always.

Food was good. Sadly the service was not. Felt highly disappointed on one of the waiters. We were seated in the back of the restaurant and I ended up asking my server if we can sit a little bit in the front due to it being cold service said he had no problem and told me you can sit at any table you want then I don't know who he was one workers told me to sit on a table right in front of him, which was kind of weird. I felt like they thought that we were gonna runoff without paying or something.(MIND YOU MY BOYFRIEND HAS TATTOOS ON HIS FACE) I I really think there were being discriminating towards us! oh well, they lost a customer here. Food was ight. Should really not stare at people while eating, I was so close to leaving. Definitely not coming back

My 1st time here, and my last. I ordered spicy tuna roll and chicken ramen. The rolls were really tiny but the flavor was good and I asked for low sodium soy sauce and the server told me they don't ever have low sodium soy sauce. The salad, which was free with the ramen and tuna, was lettuce that didn't taste clean and some dressing drowning in what tasted like store bought balsamic. The egg in my ramen was hard boiled and the broth was very bland. I didn't feel great after I getting home so hopefully I didn't get sick from anything.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? (Especially check soy sauce, fish sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, batter mixes for wheat, barley, rye & triticale.) I have Celiac disease & have to eat gluten free.

No, There are no gluten free options here.

Have they always automatically added gratuity for 3 guests?

Never. I think it's because they are kids but that's no reason to add your own on and they were still going to get a tip even though their service was terrible!

Are the noodles thin or thick?

I believe both varieties are available.

Do you guys have teriyaki bowls?

No, their main plates are ramen!

Is the broth made out of filtered or bottled water?

It’s filtered water . I believe no ramen Shop uses bottled water ....

There's always a wait, because the place is tiny but the wait never seems too long and it is worth it. My favorite is the miso ramen with a side of the eggs. Their eggs are a must have. It won't be complete without it. Sometimes, we get a side of fried rice with it and that is also amazing too. Only down side is the parking. For me, it's a hit or miss. I may come at a time where there seems to be a few open spaces and other times, I would have to circle the lot and the street to find parking. Every since Menya Musashi closed down, we had to visit Jinya every so often. Ramen boys' Tsukemen sucked, but think their Tonkotsu was decent from what I remember last? This place is one of my cousin's favorite local ramen place. If it's as consistent, then definitely can become a favorite here! But Vegas is full of false hope. Consistency is considered a difficult expectation even for chain food places in Vegas, typical. We'll see. We visited on Labor Day Monday around 930pm. No line with only 1 single diner and us there. It wasn't until maybe 10pm when more visitors started popping in. The place looks great for individual eaters too. I'm not sure it's as spectacular to wait in a line? $14.50 Deluxe Tonkotsu. This and the classic are popular choices. But I was eyeing the Kuro Black Garlic. Do deluxe was an easy choice cause it has the black garlic in it. - Add extra noodles for $2.50 (which I did to-go with my leftover Tsukemen broth also taken to-go). They can offer thin noodles or udonish but not the Tsukemen special one. - This ramen was mild spicy which took me by surprise. In case anyone can't do any spicy due to dietary, medical etc, then I'm sure they can take it out? Noodle texture was great! Broth was decent and more simple. $15.95 Tsukemen. Usually a fav of mine but very difficult to find a place I like? Only the OG original Sliverlake Ramen did it for me. Noodles were on point!! Broth was decent. However, looks like missing corn or maybe other eaters like to add corn to theirs? And the meat pieces were pretty tiny or scrappy in my broth. I was expecting a bit larger pieces than 2, and slot more scrappy pieces. Only the Deluxe Miso Ramen has diary in its ramen. All the other ramens have are dairy free! Was looking into the small bowls like the salmon egg/mini mentaiko bowl $6.25 but was told by staff that it's alot of rice and small amount of eggs. So it was a no for me. $5.50 Sapporo Draft. $3.95 Sapporo light via bottle. Next time looking to also try their shoyu style, and black graphic ramen.

But honestly, sometimes that makes you think, "Okay... if it looks like this, the food MUST be bomb." And thankfully, it was! When we first walked in, we checked ourselves in through the Yelp waitlist, but nobody greeted us or explained what to do. As first-timers, that was a little off-putting because we weren't even sure if we had checked in correctly. Eventually we were seated, though, and once someone attended to us, everything moved pretty quickly. We ordered the spicy umami ramen, garlic edamame, and nigori sake. For our son, we ordered the veggie ramen but asked if they could make it super simple with just the noodles, broth, and corn because he is VERY picky. They were totally accommodating, which we really appreciated. Now THE RAMEN. My first bite was honestly like, "Okay, this isn't bad." But then I kept eating it...and the flavor just kept opening up. Then we took a sip of the nigori sake, went back to the ramen, and OMG. It completely changed the experience. The spice was SO GOOD. It's the kind that catches you in the back of your throat before it even hits your tongue. It might have you coughing for a second, but somehow you're coughing while immediately going back in for another bite because YOU CAN'T STOP EATING IT. The flavor just builds and builds. So good! And the biggest win? OUR SON ATE HIS RAMEN. He actually really enjoyed it, which is huge for us because now ramen officially goes on the list of foods we can all go out and eat as a family! As far as atmosphere, this isn't really a fancy date-night spot. It's more of a casual ramen joint where I'd come with family, friends, or coworkers when I just want some really good food. The only thing keeping this from five stars for me was the service experience. Not being greeted or told how the waitlist worked was confusing as a first-time customer, and there wasn't much checking back once we had our food. If that doesn't matter to you, then honestly, you're good to go because THE FOOD DELIVERS. Overall, four stars and definitely recommended. Come for the ramen, don't expect a whole meet-and-greet situation , and prepare yourself for that spicy umami because it was BOMB.
