I was craving Thai food towards the end of my Vegas family visit and stumbled on this place. If you are looking for flavorful food, this is the spot. It's a small hole in the wall where you have to enter through the kitchen to access the bathroom. We ordered papaya salad, pad thai, khao soi, and spicy crispy chicken. We enjoyed everything. The pad thai was more wet than what I am used to but it was still good. We will be back to try other dishes.

Food is authentic, delicious and special. The owner/ chef has great cooking skills bringing her traditional Thai culture to modern American appetite. Service is wonderful with the two younger sisters very sweet and amazing. Clean restaurant and warm atmosphere.

What a great place! Small and very personable. We felt welcomed, like we matter. Country music in the background made my feet move non-stop. Let get down to the things that truly matter! The place was clean, they never stopped keeping everything clean and organized. OMG the food has to be the best Thai Food that we had since we moved to Vegas. Each bite was like all those wonderful flavors burst in my mouth, so fresh. The dumplings had a chili sauce it cam with that were a perfect Combination of flavors. I didn't try the curry or Pad Thai but they have not stopped talking about how good was. My drunken noodle dish had different flavors than what I expecting. Such a deeper flavor fresh flavor. We did also order some take out Sweet Mango sticky rice. I just know it is great.

Kin Dee Thai is located in the NW part of Vegas not too far from Santa Fe Station Casino/Hotel. This is a small casual Thai Restaurant that swings Northern Thai Style. There are less than 10 tables inside that are a mix of traditional and half benches. On the day of my visit they only had one person working the front of the restaurant who also might have been cooking too? We shared the fried dumplings with chicken. They were kinda like potstickers (taste-wise) but with a different sauce. I tried the green curry with chicken (#4 out of 5 for heat). The green curry here is very good with lots of flavors. It does also run very thin. The chicken in it was cooked very well and was very tender. This dish was embellished with a nice assortment of vegetables. Bamboo shoots (that don't taste like can), peppers, eggplant, carrots, peas. They do make spicy food here. The #4 heat was very hot and I would try a #3 next time. My husband tried the Spicy Basil (Pad Gra Pow) with chicken. It was prepared nicely and really was too spicy for us but he managed anyway. For our taste we'd prefer this dish more infused with more basil taste but it still was good. A nice stop for Thai Food. Worth a Try!

Back to Kin Dee. No Thai-m wasted on good food. Celebrating Mothers Day. Our first Mother's Day without Mom. Found Kin Dee while Mom was at Mountainview Hospital. My brother had mixed vegetables and Chicken (with Panang sauce). I tried the Pla Rad Prik which is a popular Thai dish consisting of crispy deep-fried fish smothered in a sweet spicy, and tangy chili sauce. Kin Dee never disappoints. Thai-rrific.

We absolutely love this place and honestly want to try everything on the menu. Tonight we stopped by after a movie for dinner. There was a different person working than we've seen before, but she was great...friendly, helpful, and attentive. We started with the papaya salad, which was delicious, fresh, and crisp. The flavors were bright and refreshing, a perfect way to begin the meal. For our main entrée, we shared the Red Curry with Beef at a level 4 spice, and wow! It definitely opened up my breathing. The curry was rich and creamy with a coconut base, mixed with bamboo shoots and bell peppers, and served over a bed of rice. Absolutely fantastic and a must-try. We also ordered the Pad Kee Mao, which is always a favorite. They load it with more veggies than noodles, which I personally love, though my little one prefers the noodles... must make a note to self to ask for extra noodles next time. We tried the Pad Thai for the first time, and the flavors were spot on. We ordered a spice level 2, which was perfect with just a slight kick. The fresh bean sprouts, crushed peanuts, and splash of lime brought everything together beautifully. We tried the butterfly tea for the first time here and it was delicious just like all their other drinks. It was lightly sweet with a hint of lemon. It was the perfect end to a great dinner. We can't wait to come back. Happy New Year, see you next year!!

Picked up take out from here and it was tasty. We got the pork gyoza deep fried which was nice and crispy. It came with a rice vinegar dipping sauce that I liked. I had the spicy basil fried rice with ground chicken spicy level 4 and it was spicy good. My spouse got the yellow curry with chicken spice level 4 and it was okay.

Wow, I'm so happy we stumbled upon this Mom and Pop Thai spot after jits last night! Got beef pad see eww, Thai style papaya salad 3/5 spice, beef boat noodle soup, tom kha (to-go), and roti with vanilla ice cream. We killed the soup! Super flavorful. Kids approved of all the dishes, minus the salad. That's deff mine. I usually like my pad see eew noodles more on the idk not burnt but more cooked side lol. But I did love Chinese broccoli and "regular" broccoli mix. Everything was flavorful and you could tell made with love. The service was so accommodating for the kids and I. With them being hangry, the food came out at a real good amount of time. I can't wait to go back here and take a couple of friends. It's deff a neighborhood/small business spot and I'm so about that. Ambiance was chill and another table got sat while we were eating. Such kind hosts! The food was too good!

The food was so delicious! I'm pretty picky when it comes to Thai food and was not disappointed. The place has only been open for six months but I couldn't tell. The food came out fast and the service was nice. They kept the water cups full and brought extra napkins without me having to ask for them. The place is small with 4 smaller tables and one table that can accommodate 6-8. All in all I found my new neighborhood go-to for Thai food.

Mango sticky rice and Thai green tea

Most places try to make a twist and overdo it, but this warmed the soul. Rich, creamy, packed with flavor, and every bite took me right back to Thailand. If you're in Las Vegas, this place deserves a spot on your must-visit list. The bartender was fantastic, the lychee martini was perfectly balanced, and the whole experience reminded me why Lotus of Siam has the reputation it does. It's a casual spot, family-owned, and known for introducing Americans to Northern Thai cuisine. The sai oua ($24) was a Northern style sausage with a bit of spice and lots of herbaceousness. The garlic prawns ($36) are a popular dish which were fried but contained both the meat and the shell; it was garlicky, crispy, and had good flavor. The drunken noodles ($21) were on the sweeter side and not spicy at all. The khao soi ($22) was also on the sweeter side and was coconut-y. I typically see braised chicken meat in khao soi but this one came with the same kind of thinly-sliced meat seen in the drunken noodles and other stir fries. For drinks, the espresso martini ($17) was good. The thai tea was a bit watered down and had less sugar than normal, even for someone who likes drinks with less sweetness. Even though it's a huge space, I recommend making reservations ahead of time. It might have a significant importance but I've had better Thai restaurants.
