We are a very a big family. The first time purchasing here, the food was excellent so we ordered again. The order was 198.00 from doordash. The food arrived on time (was scheduled hours earlier to be delivered by 5pm). The food was cold but we ate some of it anyway. Not long after eating a little we began to feel sick. Looking at the food, it was obvious that it had been standing out for at least over an hour maybe more. We had to throw 95% of the food out. I contacted Doordash and the restaurant owner but neither would compensate us for the loss of 198.00. Instead, Doordash offered just 11.70 for our trouble. This is so outrageous. Never go to this establishment and I just canceled my DoorDash membership! Both the establishment and Doordash have breached food safety protocols in my opinion. Take out order placed on May 7th 2026 3:50pm We ordered three dishes to try this place. A large Teriyaki Steak bowl with veggies, a large Teriyaki Thigh meat chicken bowl w/noodles and vegies and a Medium Salmon teriyaki bowl w/vegies and fried rice. Instead of the thigh meat chicken teriyaki bowl we received a white meat chicken Katsu bowl w/ noodles and vegies. The Katsu was dark brown and the chicken breast was dry and chewy. Way over cooked! The salmon in the teriyaki bowl was somewhat dry, and a strange brown color, no salmon flavor at all. The Steak teriyaki bowl w/brown rice was fairly edible, although the steak pieces were a bit rubbery. We spent about $ 80.00 including a small tip. we will not get food from there ever again!!! I have visited this location several times and have used their app ordering for to-go and dine-in, as well as ordering at the counter. I haven't once ever experienced an incorrect order or slow service regardless of the ordering method. This location is very convenient, as it's close in proximity to everything and great for to-go on your way to other places. I like the cool vibe of this place, though it's not bright inside. The music is good. I placed an app order to dine in (which isn't an option in the app, so everything is packaged to go) for my family and me. I ordered the regular bowl with brown rice, veggies and teriyaki chicken. Hubby had a white rice with teriyaki chicken and my daughter had the orange chicken with veggies and fried rice. My husband's bowl and my bowl were made to perfection...chicken was abundant, fresh, hot and tender. The chunks were a tad large which required a knife, but cut easily. The rice in both bowls were cooked to the right texture, my veggies were crisp tender and seasoned well. We also had the pot stickers and egg roll, the we all shared. The pot stickers sauce is too watery to stick to the pot sticker (no pun intended), but coats them with a pleasant gyoza "essence". Though the sauce wasn't my favorite, the pot stickers had crispy seams and edges, with soft middles. They were delicious. The egg roll tasted a little off, like there were dirty or old veggies inside. I wouldn't order again. My daughter loved the orange chicken. It was coated in a nice orange sauce, but the best part was that the chicken was soft and tender. Unlike another popular orange chicken place, their orange chicken is not heavily coated or candied. You can actually taste the chicken! The fried rice, however, was a huge miss. Maybe it was because the orange chicken was sweet, but the rice had an odd tang to it...not to mention, wasn't really fried. It was more like white rice with a heavy dose of soy sauce. Definitely not worth the upgrade....no peas, carrots or eggs to be found. Quite a disappointing experience with that alone. The bathroom needed a little TLC....broken/empty soap dispenser and the toilet looked pretty unclean. I must note that the only, cashier/expo/front of house was hustling and doing an exceptional job. Very quaint little place, we would've enjoyed sitting down to eat if we hadn't been on the go. Very quick friendly turn as well, order was placed in the parking lot on a whim and was ready in less than ten minutes. This used to be our favorite place for teriyaki. But with time you see owners getting greedy the food isn't the same actually doesn't taste the same and portions are small compared to before. You ask for extra teriyaki sauce to go they don't put it. I'm hooked! This is so much healthier than fast food. You can customize your bowl any way you'd like it. My favorite is the spicy chicken, white rice and veggies. Teriyaki Madness is part of our regular places. It's close in Meridian, there's options for my wife and lucky me, there's a vegan option. The best part is that our food is always freshly prepared and served hot. It seems simple, right!?, hot food hot. As you may know if you're a regular diner, that doesn't always happen. We have about ten visits under our belt at TM and there hasn't been a time yet where our was wrong or cold. I order the Medium bowl with spicy tofu and brown rice with veggies. I don't add any of the teriyaki sauce but I have heard that it can be addicting. I can't comment since I am not sure what is in the ingredients and quite frankly don't want any surprises. I used a $16 coupon for 2 bowls that I had received in the mail. You can't get two bowls for $16. I told them I wanted to use the coupon, and they said, "Will there be rice or chow mein with that bowl?" They didn't immediately tell me that it would be an extra $1 for each bowl. I assumed that the bowls included that for $16. No, no, no. Then I said my husband and I don't eat starch (are watching our carbs), so I just wanted the meat and veggies. Then they said, "That'll be an extra $1 for more veggies." I said, "I don't want more veggies, I just want 2 bowls for $16. " They had to get a supervisor to okay my request. Really? Be careful if you go there. They will try to upsell you on everything. I have such a bad taste in my mouth (and the food was nothing to write home about either) that I won't go back. I've been smelling the food from this place when going to rocket car wash next door and it always smells great. Finally stopped in and it was super good. Well my daughter and I thought we would give this a try unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. Young lady at the register taking the order was very friendly. Guy preparing food in the back gave me a look, don't know what that was about. Food was bland, chicken was dry, steak ??? Was it steak ??? Ordered 2 Spicy Chicken bowls, One egg roll, Crab Rangoon and a Two Protein Large bowl. Chicken bowls had noodles as part of base which was an extra charge. Go figure, you would think noodles would be a staple in oriental food. Chicken was over cooked and dry. My grandaughter liked her Crab Rangoon. The Egg Roll was waaaaaay overcooked and dry. Probably reheated a few times. My Two Protein Bowl (large) was Chicken Katsu and Steak, supposedly on a bed of vegetables. Three small pieces of broccoli, A few slices of I think zucchini and quite a bit of lettuce. Katsu was dry and overdone. The meat had a funny texture to it and also overcooked. Great service and they were transparent about the wait time as the food is made to order. We had the Mad Spicy chicken & orange Chicken bowls with veggies and noodles. Heavy on noodles. Knowing this on our second visit we used the convenient app & ordered an extra side of chicken and veggies. I am not a lover of the bird but I love this chicken..so tender and the sauce is tasty and is not too heavy or sweet which is common with teriyaki. The veggies were crisp and tasty..I happen to love the cabbage and glad there were not big chunks of carrots. I didn't need to drink a gallon of water or worry about garlic breath after my meal. We walked away satisfied but not too full. We used the app which made it much easier and got a BOGO on the bowl. If you want to eat there get there by 5pm. It's very busy and located at the busy Chinden/Linder intersection. We will be back to try other dishes. read more

This spot is right down the street from us so we decided to give it a try. It is soooo good! I legit ate it so fast, I forgot to be the above and beyond elite and take photos. Whoops! I got the spicy chicken bowl with fried rice and veggies, it was very very tasty. It didn't have really any spice that I thought it was going to have but everything was delicious. My husband got the steak teriyaki with noodles (yakisoba style I believe) and the steak was a no go.. he also felt like it was too many noodles which made the meal feel heavy. The gal told me that yakisoba style meant they throw everything together in a wok and mix it up, it added an extra $1.99 I think and not sure if it was worth it. He said maybe next time he will get what I got because mine was better. I'm just that good at picking meals! We will definitely be going again! read more

I can only give this restaurant one star because I've never been able to get a meal there so far. That's not because I haven't tried, but it's either a lost order of long wait time of over 45 min. I'm sorry, but nothing is worth a 45 min wait. On opening day, I downloaded the app, placed an order. When I arrived and was told that their computer system crashed and my order wasn't there. Instead of making it right and filling my order, which we had on my phone, I was told I'd have to wait in line for over an hour to get my food. I was also told my lost order would be refunded the next day. Well, that didn't happen. I returned and had to speak to the manager and after two weeks my account was finally credited. As I was waiting to speak to her, I overheard her say to the cashier to tell people they were an hour behind on orders. So of course I didn't place an order. I know they're new and kinks need to be ironed out, so I'll give them a month or so and try again. Or I'll just keep going to "The Flame Boiler" where I've never had an issue. Good luck! read more

They let you call ahead and come in and pick it up which I did but still had to wait about 10 minutes once I was there but at least I didn't have to stand in the line which was OUT the door. Difficult to find a place to sit and eat. Parking is crowded. Anyway the FOOD- i got the chicken/veggie/rice bowl. It was disappointing. Chicken was mainly black and there was ONE piece of broccoli. We have eaten here frequently over the past year and the food is usually very good quality. The past two times the meat was mostly inedible - incredibly fatty and tough. They consistently forget at least 1 item in our order as well. Once I contacted them (when they left 3 items out) and they were great about refunding the items, but it happens so frequently it becomes a pain to reach out and explain the situation every time. Not to mention, depending on what was left out, someone may not receive their food. Been going here since they first opened. I loved it. Clean dining area, friendly staff, and the chicken was delicious. Even the owners would work the register and have full conversations with customers. However, the last 6 months or more this place has really gone down hill. Staff don't even acknowledge customers when they walk in. Especially for takeout. Worst of all, the teriyaki bowls no longer taste of quality. I'm not a food expert so I don't know the reason for it but the chicken tastes so dry and is difficult to chew. It's actually gross. No amount of sauce can save the chicken. I kept hoping I just got a bad batch or that the cook had a bad day but time after time it's always poor quality now so I'm done trying. It's unfortunate too. They had a good thing going. Firstly the price was a bit steep for what was offered. Huge portion of rice and noodles (extra charge). The protein portions were very small. The orange chicken was very gristly so I didn't even eat all of it. As for the steak they very well could of even forgot it because there was the equivalent of .25 oz. maybe even less. I expected at least an ounce. I was already home when I noticed it and didn't want to go back. Unfortunately I was meet with disappoint in Teriyaki Madness even though I had high hopes and was excited to try it for the first time. I really like how they have soy sauce and teriyaki sauce on each table here! The portions are generous, wasn't much of a wait time either during a busy lunch hour. The atmosphere is nice with Tv's and booths. The medium bowl was a great portion for my daughter and I to split! I love how they serve tofu here making it an easy meal for us, vegetarians.
