There was a ginger dressing just on the grains and then a tangy creamy sauce for the avocados. It was presented in a very lovely and organized way. Next, I had the sashimi appetizer, a selection of four different kinds of fish, very fresh end of good quality, generously, sliced, and again the presentation was beautiful. One thing that immediately stood out at Nori was that they do not cut corners on the ingredients. The balance between the cream cheese and the crab was absolutely perfect, which is surprisingly rare. The texture was just as impressive. Each piece was perfectly fried, light, crispy, and golden without being greasy.
