I had been meaning to try this place for a while now, but finally got the chance today. It was a good decision. They are located on Race Track Road in the Winn Dixie shopping center. They do a heavy takeout business but they also have plenty of tables for indoor dining. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. It normally comes with rice or noodles but I asked if I could have all veggies instead and they gladly made it that way. Both the chicken and the veggies tasted great. They also have extra sauce on the tables. Service was very quick.

I first had Teriyaki Madness as catering for work and was obsessed. It is the best Asian food I've had. It's like an elevated Panda. Everything I have tried, has been excellent. The fried rice and noodles are great. The regular orange chicken and the spicy orange chicken, I'm obsessed with. I typically don't eat a lot of meat, but I actually ordered for myself a spicy orange chicken bowl and it was amazing. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. You have to try it for yourself. It will be worth it.

We stopped in at Teriyaki Madness while they were still fairly new and probably still figuring some things out so please read this review with that in mind. I will be back to give them another chance to see if things change and update my review accordingly. I ordered the two meat (orange chicken and teriyaki chicken) there was a lot of orange chicken not so much teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken tasted very similar to a popular chains orange chicken but the teriyaki chicken was very good. The rice was good but I wish they had some good sauces other than just soy and teriyaki like maybe a hot chili oil or something. I don't want to write too much or go into too many details because I will be back.

If you are looking for a fast and tasty food, look no further and visit Teriyaki Madness! Came here on a weekday and ordered teriyaki bowls. One with fried rice, 1 with noodles and another 1 with brown rice. The chicken, as expected is tender and delicious! The sauce is the secret ingredient and it's available on every table as a condiment, so yeah we definitely took advantage and poured a lot on my chicken lol! Sad to say that my noodles were dry, but the soy sauce, hot sauce and teriyaki sauce helped. The fried rice with the chicken is my favorite. Get this! The place was quite small, so it was packed by the time we finished eating. We will surely be back!

    Grand Opening (July 25, 2023)

Went to Teriyaki Madness on Grand Opening day on July 25, and it was sure madness. People were lined out the door. But despite the chaos, the menu ordering went smooth as if they have been opened for awhile. Grand Opening special was on the Chicken Teriyaki for $6. That's what we ordered along with a Salmon Bowl. It was about a 20 minute so despite how busy they were, food came out rather quickly. Food Impressions... So my original plan was to eat just half of my bowl and save the rest for later. I was on the right track UNTIL I decided to take a couple more bites. More bites and OINK OINK later, I ended devouring the whole bowl. Loved the food... Teriyaki so TeriYummy!!!

Finally Teriyaki Madness has opened!!! We had been waiting so long so we made sure to go their first week opened. We came in around 6pm to pick up dinner and the place was pretty packed but we were able to walk right up and order. Since it was our first time I had to get something big so I could try a few things so I went with the 2 Protein Bowl. For my base I did the noodles, my 2 proteins being Spicy Chicken Teriyaki, and the Spicy Orange Chicken. I also comes with veggies and you can customize that too. It took about 20 minutes to get our food but like I said it was busy and at least this shows that they are making for food fresh. We got our food and went home to eat. I will say these large bowls are massive. I will say though after getting into it it's also of base and not as much on the protein side. I mean there were a bunch of noodles here. They also did mix up my Spicy Orange Chicken and Ashley Orange Chicken but nothing we couldn't move into the right bowls. The Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was good, tender and had a nice char. Now I did think the serving size was a little small and I didn't think it was all that spicy. Looks like it's going to be Mad Spicy next time. Out of the Orange Chicken and Spicy Orange Chicken I will say I liked the Spicy much better. The Orange Chicken is also very similar to a certain Chinese fast food chain that is also known for Orange Chicken but had smaller pieces. Still good though but you gotta go with Spicy Orange to change it up. Teriyaki Madness is for sure 3.5 stars for me. I'm sure they will be able to get the number of stars up higher after I come back next time and I know there will be a next time.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Portions are huge. My large two protein bowl lasted me three days. The sauces are absolutely delicious! I will definitely be adding it to my list of regular spots

Our parents have recommended this quick stop for us a few times... and we were not disappointed. On entering, the location is smaller but enough tables to eat inside if you choose, but it definitely caters more towards to-go orders. I give the staff major kudos for friendliness and attentiveness. Before ordering, their system had gone down and was being rebooted. When it came back on, several to go orders and such came through putting ticket times back a bit. The staff did their best to keep up with the orders coming in, and I can appreciate that, even though we had to wait, the staff worked very hard to get our order out quickly And kept us aware Food wise? Yes, please! This has to be some of the best chicken teriyaki I've had out in a long time. And we've already come back twice. Chicken is moist and delicious, great flavor. The base choices are just enough. My husband did enjoy the noodles immensely. And next time, I'll do an all veggie base because those veggies were cooked to perfection. Crab rangoons were not amazing, but if you're just looking to scratch that craving itch, they will do. I'd still get again as they were very crunchy. Overall, we will be picking this up and bringing it home for supper many nights!

I was able to quickly get my order taken considering there was a full crowd. By the time I got my drink and settled in comfortably, my food was ready. I ordered the salmon teriyaki bowl. It tasted very fresh and light. They supply extra teriyaki sauce on the table if you need it. The seating varies from high tops, regular tables and half-booths. Bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

We came at 5 pm on a Saturday and there was just one person ahead of us. There are maybe 10 tables inside and about 1/3 were taken. As we waited for our food after ordering at the counter, it became busier for sure. The young lady at the counter that helped us answered our questions we had and was very friendly. We ordered the spicy chicken bowl and the chicken breast teriyaki bowl. The price was pretty consistent with Panda. A nice addition was that they bring the food to your table. We waited about 10 minutes for our food. Was it worth it? Holy cow, yes!! My fried rice literally had a sliced up chicken breast on top. At first I got worried that I couldn't cut it up because they just had forks out. Wrong! It was so tender I could cut it with a fork. We will def be coming back here with the kids!

Prices went up. Done with this place. 16 bucks for a combo. Insane. Not worth the money.

Yummy food. We tried the tofu options and they were great. Good portions - enough for dinner and lunch the next day.

The ice cream or sorbet with the lava cake was so special. We would definitely come back!

We made an early reservation since we saw they do Happy Hour 4PM to 5:00PM everyday so we had to get in on that. We walked and and were seated at our table. They made sure to let us know you can sit anywhere during Happy Hour and still get the specials where many restaurants limit it to a bar area. Rustica does a great job of Happy Hour. They have appetizers, cocktails, beer, Sake, wine, and even main course happy hour entrees too. I started off with a cocktail going for the Liliko Martini which I really enjoyed. I have really been into my Passion Fruit drinks lately. We of course had to get some of the Happy Hour appetizers too and we might have gone a little overboard but for sure worth it. We got: The Naan Bread Yellow Beet Salad Crispy Tofu Roasted Pork Belly Bao Crispy Pork and Shrimp Lumpia Japanese Style Fried Chicken These were a great way to start off dinner and not one of them were $8 or less. If I had to pick favorites the best was for sure the Roasted Pork Belly Bao. I think it might have been the best Pork Belly Bao I had ever had. I was a large thick piece of Pork Belly but it just melted you your mouth and had so much flavor. We also very much enjoyed the Crispy Pork and Shrimp Lumpia which were much bigger then expected. The Japanese Style Fried Chicken was great too and the BBQ Ranch took it to the next level. For my entree I went with the Basil Crusted Roasted Monkfish which came with Vietnamese Yellow Curry, Crispy Shrimp and veggies. The Monkfish was cooked perfectly. I had a great sear on it too which gave it a bit of a crunch. I know Monkfish can sometimes be intimidated people because it was pretty ugly looking but let me tell you if it's prepared like this you're going to love it. Some of the best fish I have had. The Vietnamese Yellow Curry paired very well with it too. Wasn't too heavy and didn't over power the fish but just added an extra boost of flavor. I know what you're thinking who could was possibly be hungry for dessert but it sounded good so we ordered the Thai Milk Tea Creme Brulee and the Yuzu Cheesecake. Both were light enough that we could still really enjoy them after all we had eaten. We really like that the Thai Milk Tea Creme Brulee also had bubble boba in it which we didn't expect. We had an amazing meal and for sure be coming back sooner rather then later.

He mentioned wait times for tables, so I chose a Tuesday evening to try to avoid the crowds and it worked as I was immediately sat upon arriving. There are QR Menus on the table and my server directed me to view there. I spotted the Tokyo and was intrigued by the Ajitama Brûlée (signature torched seasoned soft boiled egg). What I Ordered: - Tokyo: For $16.95, I thought this was reasonably priced and excited to try as reading reviews raved about the umami flavor of their ramen. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it. This is my 1900th review on Yelp, and I couldn't pick a better place to review and RAVE about my experience. If you are in Jacksonville, RUN don't walk to this location for a stunning experience as it's a gorgeous location that is very cozy. Though I didn't wait, I definitely would to have a Tokyo Ramen again!

During our visit, a manager engaged in repeated personal interactions with my guest that felt outside the bounds of typical professional service. While I understand that friendliness is part of hospitality, the frequency and tone of these interactions became uncomfortable and detracted from the overall experience. After the visit, I brought this to the attention of the business directly in the hope that it would be acknowledged and addressed. Unfortunately, I did not receive a meaningful response or any indication that the concern was taken seriously. I'm sharing this here so others have a complete picture when deciding where to go, and so the business has another opportunity to reflect on how customer interactions are handled. With more attentive management and clearer boundaries for staff, this could be a much stronger experience.

The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix. It was so good we ordered another one to go and took it to our mom to enjoy. We will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes.
