So yes we want the animal caught for the safety of our grandchildren and pets. So I called once I confirmed that there was an animal in the trap. I got the third degree. Tony was Rude, asking me why, if I'm so worried about the animal caught, did I call them? Because it shredded 4 baby bunnies, we have dogs and grandchildren to be concerned about. With that being said, I don't want the animal sitting in that cage from morning to night in 91 degree weather; I'm concerned of rabies but cruel! So I called in the morning and then to confirm late afternoon and Tony says we are not at your beck and call! Stay away from this company!
