Then he asked for my copy of the receipt which I Did NOT have but he had his store copy of the receipt in his hand & still refused a measly $25.84 refund to a card that will probably take 3-5 business days. I wasn't upset at all, I was actually laughing when he said I could speak to his manager 3 days after this terrible transaction. No customer service, no manners, no respect. He is not your typical salesman who's just trying to close a deal. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to understand what they're looking for. The two RVs we originally came to see had already been sold, but instead of trying to push us into something outside of our budget, Nick searched through the inventory and found us the perfect match. We absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing it. He was patient, attentive, honest, and never made us feel pressured. We truly couldn't appreciate him more. Unfortunately, once we moved past the sales process, our experience changed. We waited about 2 1/2 hours to complete our purchase. While we understand that dealerships can get busy, there was never an acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Even a simple "Sorry for the delay" or a small gesture of appreciation something as simple as a complimentary set of camping chairs or another goodwill accommodation, would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as customers. Our interaction with Alex in finance was also disappointing. The process felt rushed, and when we asked if he could match the financing rate from our pre-approval, he seemed irritated rather than willing to discuss our options. Buying an RV is a major investment, and we expected to feel like our questions were welcome instead of feeling like we were inconveniencing someone. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know everyone has difficult days, but I also think it's important to share an honest experience. Nick made this purchase happen, and without him, we likely would have walked away. He is a tremendous asset to Camping World and deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provides. I took my wife to the festival and they actually let us see it but said it had a deposit on it currently , but if that fell through I would have first right to it. That was Saturday 5/30. Rudy let my wife know on Monday it fell through and Rich actually told me it fell through as well. We had two salesmen confirm it was available. I took off work to go buy it, half way there I get a call saying it was sold. The amazing thing is that it went from $39,900 Saturday to $44,999 on Monday. No wonder they backed out of selling to me. Worst way to run an organization is by lying to customers. I would suggest you stay as far away from the Beaumont RV dealer group as possible. They have no problem lying and obviously are not ethical. They already took down the new price of $44,999!! What a joke of an organization.
