I love this facility! The prices are affordable, and the manager, Elizabeth, is so helpful.

After coordinating with them for a period of time to do work on my RV, I had an abrupt ending which was extremely perplexing. I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. Why would someone do this to a person? Its literally two simple installs and I am ready to have it done. RV Masters! I thought you were one of the good guys, Apparently NOT!

He is not your typical salesman who's just trying to close a deal. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to understand what they're looking for. The two RVs we originally came to see had already been sold, but instead of trying to push us into something outside of our budget, Nick searched through the inventory and found us the perfect match. We absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing it. He was patient, attentive, honest, and never made us feel pressured. We truly couldn't appreciate him more. Unfortunately, once we moved past the sales process, our experience changed. We waited about 2 1/2 hours to complete our purchase. While we understand that dealerships can get busy, there was never an acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Even a simple "Sorry for the delay" or a small gesture of appreciation something as simple as a complimentary set of camping chairs or another goodwill accommodation, would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as customers. Our interaction with Alex in finance was also disappointing. The process felt rushed, and when we asked if he could match the financing rate from our pre-approval, he seemed irritated rather than willing to discuss our options. Buying an RV is a major investment, and we expected to feel like our questions were welcome instead of feeling like we were inconveniencing someone. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know everyone has difficult days, but I also think it's important to share an honest experience. Nick made this purchase happen, and without him, we likely would have walked away. He is a tremendous asset to Camping World and deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provides. For anyone planning to buy from Camping World, here are a few tips: - Ask for Nick- pictured here! he truly puts his customers first. - Get pre-approved for financing before you arrive. - Let the dealership know ahead of time if you already have financing. - Make sure you have RV insurance lined up before delivery, as proof of insurance is required. Despite the frustrations we experienced after the sale, we're excited about our new RV and are grateful that Nick made the buying experience enjoyable. Thank you, Nick, for your patience, professionalism, and genuine care.

Family-owned and operated, and an outstanding experience from start to finish!…read more The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Their website had detailed information on all of their coaches, trailers, and fifth wheels, which made it easy to narrow down what we were looking for. I had a few follow-up questions about a fifth wheel, and they responded right away. When we went to see it in person, Juan walked us through every detail of the fifth wheel. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained where everything was and how it worked. I was honestly a little overwhelmed--this 39-foot, 2022 Raptor was much bigger and fancier than anything I'd ever owned (my previous RV was a well-loved but aging 2004 Bounder!). We made an offer, signed the paperwork, and waited about a week for everything to be ready. During that time, we had Riverside Hitch install the new B&W hitch we needed for towing. They did an excellent job and offered the best price we found. When we returned for delivery, the Raptor was washed, hooked up, and ready for our final walkthrough. The loan documents were prepared and the financing process was incredibly fast. We even received a better interest rate and lower payments than we expected. We had looked at after market warrantees but the company they offered was a better price and way better coverage. We were in and out in about an hour, which was a blessing since we had driven from Colton and had to tow this beast home for the very first time! I pray for KARV's continued success. They truly earned our business, and I've already recommended them to three friends and family members who are looking for newer RVs. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

Then they sold him another one for $60,000. On a 20 year contract, 9.9% interest compounded daily! He was 95, his wife just died. In my opinion they took severe advantage of him. Then the owner lied to me about buying the first one back when it was actually put on consignment. AND said that type of financing was normal and common. Get real. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.
