We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

Do not allow Mike Sing and Real Property Managent manage your property. He took advantage of an…read more80-year-old woman who speaks broken English. She lives out of state and her son, who also lives out of state, asked me to step in because I live locally. The woman decided to not use Mike's services after a couple of months because he did not rent the property as quickly as he promised. She ended up finding a tenant herself and, when she explained this to him, he told her that she could send someone pick up the keys. Two hours later, he told her that he would not release the keys until she sent $225 to his personal Venmo account. The money was sent to him because she wanted to get the keys for the new tenant and did not understand that his request was suspicious. Mike never provided any receipts or invoices, despite multiple requests. I decided to ask a property manager I knew if it is common practice to have an outstanding balance sent to a personal Venmo account. She told me it is not and, at the very least, an invoice should have been provided. In addition to having my friend send funds to his personal account, multiple keys to the home were missing, along with a large drawer for the feeezer. I saw the property right before it was turned over to Mike and everything was there. I am currently helping to have new keys fit to the locks and also find a replacement part for the freezer. Both issues are taking a lot of time and money on our part.
