I've been to a lot of car washes around the North Las Vegas/Centennial area, and this one is honestly one of the better ones. They actually take their time here. The detailing is solid, and the cars come out clean...not that rushed, halfdone job you get at some places. I like that it's a full service wash too, so you're getting the machine wash plus the hand dry and interior touch up, which makes a difference. Location is super convenient right off 95/Ann, and having the gas station and store right there just makes it easy to knock everything out in one stop. Customer service can be hit or miss depending on the day, but when it's good, it's really good. If you want that extra attention to detail, definitely tip (they notice and it shows in the work). Overall, this is one of my go to spots when I actually want my car cleaned right. read more

I haven't been to this location in quite a few years, but the inside of my car needed a good vacuum & wipe-down. When I pulled up, the friendly attendant was very clear that they were a full-service location so there's no confusion. They also had a sign by the attendant with their prices. I found the prices quite reasonable. $40 for the more premium outside finishes (if you've ever done their external washes, it's the same extras) & $30 for the regular wash. (May 2025) Prior to going through the carwash, the man scrubbing down the outside spent quite a bit of time on my van. He had done the same with the truck in front of me and I had someone come behind me, but he continued with my van, really doing a thorough job. I've never had such a detailed job done at the regular carwash locations. They usually give you a quick swipe on all sides & send you into the carwash. I was waiting there for a bit. Afterward, you pull up under the tent, get out of your vehicle, and go inside the convenience store to wait. The $40 wash comes with a free fountain drink (sugar free flavored waters are included as well). I was impressed by the inside of my car. I had quite a bit of golden retriever hair along with a few sticky messes in the back of my van on the console. I had already removed the back floor mats and hosed them down at home, making it easier for the workers to vacuum my carpet. I had left the front seat mats in place, and apparently they wash those because they were still damp when I drove away. My car looked great & the price was great as well. Terrible Herbst car wash is amazing. I have been coming here for the past 9 years. Their sales model had changed over the year. Typically, I come once in two months to get my car washed. This location does full service. You can buy a variety of several options that are cost effective if you are on a budget. They also offer unlimited car wash plans if you like to keep your car spotless! I have never had any damages done to either of the vehicles I have owned and brought to the car wash. The full service runs your car through their automatic wash, then they manually dry your car and wash the interior. If you need to go to a convenience store, its right there. They also have a lube bay option as well if you need yo get a oil change or smog. Its easy to get to, off the 95/ann. Generous parking as well. read more

I usually always go to Alamo Hand Car wash and they do a fantastic job every item ! I had stopped here a few days ago to get gas and realized they were a full service car wash so I came back today to give it a try. Let's just say my car was pretty cleaned when i dropped it off so tell me why i got it back worse then i left it ? My cup holders have junk in them ? I know it wasn't there before ! I have dirt on my speakers ? And there is fibers everywhere from the towels ! Now I'm not a car wash expert but might I recommend using clean towels ? And the young lady who gave me back my keys was incredibly rude. I handed her a tip and my receipt and said thank you very much and she walked away. No response. I had my oil changed and car washed at this location on 5/17... I wasn't planning on leaving a review about how they're changing the oil change service here and how the prices are going up, and you no longer get a free wash.. or the fact that my sheriff wash at half off was the most horrendous job ever done and needing to wipe down my own doors after pointing out what needed wiping, while what appeared to be the manager was standing there watching me and continued chatting with his buddy.. This review is actually about the fact that a very incompetent lazy employee decided it was even remotely okay to take my 4 year old nieces car seat out of the backseat to vacuum and say FUCK HOOKING IT COMPLETELY BACK UP PROPERLY. The clamps were just tucked into the slot where they are supposed to actually be clamped, and the seat belt was not pulled through the back hooks of the car seat.. I can't believe this even needs to be said, but clearly since these employees don't comprehend just how important a car seat is.. or how it is supposed to be installed, THEY NEED PROPER TRAINING, OR THEY NEED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE ENTIRELY. Send them to NHPs station out on S. Decatur and 215 when they do the car seat drive. SOMETHING, ANYTHING. because this is absolutely unacceptable. I've use this location for years. The store, car wash, gas station are great. I used to get my oil changes done here as well, but no more! I stopped by the service center for the annual smog inspection prior to renewing my vehicles registration. The representative was so rude and unpleasant I chose not to have my car serviced. It really shocks me how no one tips the car washer/scrubber, a $5 tip ($10 if it looks like you took your muscle car, mudding) will make sure you have no bugs and all the grit from the rain is gone. The people behind you at get annoyed because they do a thorough job, but if they'd tip they'd get the same treatment instead of some soap slopped on your whip. Bought the $15 car wash before a road trip, went back to get the rain guarantee wash and was told they would not honor it because it did not rain there and there were not enough water spots on the car to prove it rained where I was. I have tried to call this location repeatedly, they do not answer the phone. The guy at the car was area was rude, almost like I was bothering him by pulling up. Why sell someone on a car wash if you are not going to honor your guarantee? Rain around here with the mountains is sporadic and spotty, just because it didn't rain in your parking lot doesn't mean someone didn't get rained on going through the mountains. read more

I went on a Monday morning around 9am. It wasn't really busy. I paid $31 for their "Gold Mine" service (& tipped very well). I've always detailed & cleaned my own car, but I thought it would be nice to have someone else do it for me. I was only satisfied with the vacuuming they did inside of my car & how clean the tires were. I keep my car very well maintained so it wasn't much work to do. I have a white, four door sedan & there was tons of tar left on the passenger side, back end & front end of my car. There wasn't much that needed to be done so I thought they could've made a little more effort to remove the majority of the spots. It took them less than 10 min. to "clean" the interior & exterior of my car. TIP: Check your entire car before you drive off! read more

This is by far the worst car wash I received. I paid for the highest level wash. When I received my car, there were dust bunnies on my dashboard, debris on my driver arm rest and the seats were dirty. I pulled our my armor all wipes to wipe my Dashboard and they were dirty when I was done (and this was after the employee supposedly cleaned my interior). In an attempt to rectify any wrongdoing, another employee was gracious enough to say that the next time I come, ask for him and he would get the job done right. I drive an SUV and I have a 1 year old, a 3 year old and an even messier husband. The car gets messy and I'm very OCD about the car looking as nice as possible. I've only been to one other place in town that blows any other carwash out of the water - but it's way too far of a journey just to get a car wash. Terrible Herbst is my runner up. Pricing isn't bad, the staff is friendly and a huge plus for me is they actually give cash back. I've been to so many gas stations with a car wash recently that don't offer this option and it's frustrating for scatter brains like me who almost always forget to visit the ATM and don't carry cash. The BF and I come here for all the oil changes, power steering fluid, light, etc. for his car. Beats going to the stealership and coming back with a sabotaged car. The guys who work here are always polite, friendly and very friendly. They normally let us know when there's discounts and offer it since we come in so often. I use to always bring my truck here to get it washed and they have always did a great job. Even when they cleaned the inside of the truck, they always did a good job and spent some time on it. I've always liked this better than Fabulous Freddy's. Well, the past few times I have came here, it was jus about the exact opposite. Especially that last visit. After my truck went through the machine, they only spent 5 minutes with it and gave me the keys and the truck was still dirty in numerous spots. I wast happy with it. The McDonald's at this location is beyond terrible. They delivered my order to the wrong car(had to wait for them to make burgers). The wrong car took 3 minutes pawing through my order. I then asked for them to remake the order, as other people had touched my food. Well, they gave me new fries, but the burgers were stone cold. I paid for a car wash, went to pump gas, and it was going a penny at a time. I was frustrated, but moved pumps, lost my discount on gas because I had already used it for the 12 cents in gas. Next pump, I used my rewards points for $1 off... guess what? A penny at a time again! I went inside. The clerk knew about the issue. Corporate is on its way. I asked why they are not putting out of order signs to warn people, she said they're not allowed to, "but everyone is coming in"!!! Really??? What about my rewards? "My manager said if you go into Abertson's and show your receipt, they'll give your points back because you really didn't get gas"! Ridiculous customer service. First time thru car wash - usually go to Fab Freddie's for the gas discount. Come to find out terrible's has the same .20 cents off a gallon when you purchase the $19.00 car wash. Fred's is &19.99 for the same service. I'd come back here if I am in the area needing a wash. I have gotten a car wash here once before, and that went perfectly. Today,however, was severely disappointing. I recently bought a used car and thought a good interior and exterior wash would really spruce it up. I paid $19 for the ultimate car wash. This normally includes, as stated on their website, "Interior Vacuum, Soft-Cloth Wash, Windows Cleaned, Dash & Console Dusted, Clear Coat Protectant, Tire Dressing, Wheel Magic, Triple Foam Polish, Air Freshener, Towel Dry". Unfortunately, the only thing done as far as interior work was the putting on an air freshener. Nothing was vacuumed, nothing was dusted. I typically don't spend that much on car washes and was really expecting to see great results, not for half the job to not even be done. I have wasted my money and will have to spend more on taking my car to be cleaned elsewhere. I will no longer be a customer here. read more
