Friday 3-31, I asked the recipient if they received the flowers and to my surprise, NO, they did not receive them. I called on Friday, gave them my order number then they left me on hold over 20 mins. Now when I call, no one answers the phone. Dishonest florist. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Do not waste your money! I have a friend with special needs in the hostpital. This florist said they would not send just a large teddy bear and balloons. I had to order overpriced flowers along with them... Which I did. When the delivery arrived... No teddy bear! They refused to deliver just the bear to fix their mistake. Don't waste your money. Advertisements are lies. I upgraded my order to a "deluxe" bouquet for my mom and it was pathetic. Not even as big as the smallest size I could have ordered. They used a tiny vase and completely different flowers and colors than what I purchased. "Bouquet envy" more like "bouquet embarrassment." I asked them to deliver what I ordered and they told me their policy states that if they're low on stock, they can reduce the size of your bouquet and use different flowers. Why wouldn't they tell me? Or give me the option to choose something in stock? Or at least not charge my "deluxe" upgrade? I wish I read reviews before ordering from here! I placed an order online (chose a RECOMMENDED BOUQUET), payment went through, and I received a confirmation email. I received a call the following morning saying they could not complete my order because they "don't have flowers". When I called back to follow up they told me they could not fulfill any flower delivery order. Worried this place is a scam and they now have my credit card information. I called on a Friday and placed two orders - one for a Saturday deliver and one for a Tuesday delivery. Nothing was delivered on Saturday and I had to call them Monday to find out what happened. Despite the arrangement being different, I was pleasantly surprised that they used the same or similar flowers as pictured. (Others haven't been as fortunate.). I ordered an arrangement for my friends 75th birthday and I was very specific with what I wanted. It's is called an exotic Grace arrangement in their website. I paid extra for the premium flowers which means the arrangement should be fuller. The fullest and best they have to offer. I received a call the day of delivery to tell me that they didn't have the exact flowers to which I asked to see a picture of the sub flowers. Only to find out that there is not bro k and mortar florist/ they are a greenhouse that is based out of New Jersey! I specifically stated NO carnations as I paid 118.00 for this arrangement and didn't want it filled with cheap flowers. Well as you can see in the photo there are 3 carnations and some other filler cheap flowers. Hardly worth 118.00!! They told me I could file a complaint if I didn't like them. Like every other of the 51 reviews on here, I discovered too late that this place is a scam. I spent a lot of money placing an order in plenty of time on a very important day, but like everyone else that said there was a shortage and could not deliver. They go out of their way to advertise what they are able to deliver and what is in stock, yet fail seemingly every time. Some reviews on here suggest they obtain your credit card info, cancel your order, then fraudulently use the card or sell the info to someone who will. At best this place is very poor at what they do, at worst it is an out of state fraud scheme. You have been warned! read more

I was in need of a Peace Lily as a sympathy gift. I searched for a "local" florist in Belvidere, IL. Terry's florist came up first and appeared to be a quick an easy option. This was very misleading. They are not a local florist anywhere. Additionally, I never received a confirmation email (luckily I had taken a screen shot). They did leave me a phone message (via a 1-888 number so thought it might be spam) that mentioned they didn't receive their supplies so they cancelled the order and would refund me. I spoke with 4 individuals who assured me that they were "local" in Rhode Island and had 25 years experience catering to locals. I asked them if they were located near the service, and they said yes, they redirected my selection to another choice and stated it would arrive before the service. Then I receive a call one hour before the service from another vendor "Ray, from Bruce roses" who states "unfortunately ma'am I won't be able to fill the order since were having a supply chain issue so the best thing for now is to press the full refund for your order". What!!!!!Why didn't the individuals I spoke with yesterday inform me so that I could have found a "reliable, real florist". They do not deliver, and I have to wait for a refund (Are you kidding me?). I asked and they flat out lied to me. Can you imagine how bad I feel, a funeral mass cannot be repeated. I tried calling but didn't have an option to speak to a person so I sent an email about what happened and said no big deal just refund the two items that I never received. Andrea asked me to send a picture of what I received so I did and then she went silent on me. This place is a sham. They come up in many cities across US but they are really in Nevada when you call their moronic customer service team, which their phone is 888.507.9738. They advertise they deliver same day, but the delivery never takes place. My delivery was Edgewood NM which they said they were in Edgewood NM (this is a lie). They never called me to tell me delivery never happened. I got an email saying it was delivered. I asked my Sister if she liked her plant and she said she never got a plant. I had to email them several times & call them a few times. This place should be investigated by State Departments of Justice/Attorney Generals. I will be advising AMEX to dispute the charge and to stop doing business with them. Highly recommend you DO NOT USE THEM. They are liars and thieves. If I could rate 0, I would. These people are not even local! I ordered a lavender and white bouquet for my mom's 85th Birthday. Those colors are very important to us and the I was up sold by the call in provider. My mom received a small bouquet of red and purple flowers with no smaller flower or spray as seen in the photo. There were three carnations and three roses all red with a spring of purple in the middle. Not at all a $54.00 bouquet. A child could have put this together better. When I asked for a replacement order, they took days to get back to me and then said their policy says if they do not have the right flowers, they can change the flowers or colors. What is the point of ordering a special arrangement if they do whatever they want? Awful company, Awful response, disgraceful to say they would credit me back $10.00. Really? Shame on you!!!!!! I had expressed the importance of the yellow and white color so it would brighten up the person who was to receive them (She was dying due to cancer) I was so disappointed, and she passed days later. Card was soaking wet bc the vase had spilled. Took pictures bc it was so poorly arranged. I will not be using this florist again. read more
