They have two cables per spot but I'm not sure how that's supposed to work. The first spot (the leftmost) I tried seemed to be having errors. The store is a little more rowdy than Hawthorne in terms of clientele and security, and they're also doing some renovations, so it's a slightly less pleasant shopping experience.

The other two times, customer service was not able to make it work. Today I went to 3 different EVgo chargers and none of them worked. I am feeling very disappointed as I have waisted at least 3 hours waiting at an EVgo charger. Both of the chargers at this station are currently down and one of them has been down for over one month. It doesn't seem that EVgo cares to fix their chargers. I put 2 stars just because I was able to get ahold of customer service.

It can get full during peak hours so please be respectful and only charge as much as you need when others are waiting. Hopefully they consider enlarging it and adding another one downtown or in SE Portland to help decrease the demand.
