We then got our quote to fix the damage for our car and waited about 15 min for the tech to figure out how much it would cost. In the mean time we were in the lobby when a women who was very unadapted with hertz came in. The women up front did an AMAZING JOB calming her down and listing to her. She wasent even mad with MV auto collisions, she was mad with hertz; and the woke up front STILL listened to her and made her feel so much better even tho they were not the ones to cause the issue at hertz. Amazing 10/10 customer service and 10/10 bussiness. Will continue to come back here and refer everyone I know to come here for any and all of there collision needs.

They said wrong parts received, they missed some damage in their initial assessment, they appear to have staffing issues. Not one time when there was a delay (3 delays) was I proactively contacted and advised of the delay. I only found out when I called on the day(s) they said it would be ready and then was told that it would be longer. Was driving out of town following the repair, and car became borderline undrivable in the middle of the Mojave desert. Limped car home and took it to the dealership where I purchased it, and they found a large clamp on the intake ducting had not been properly tightened. This was in an area of the vehicle that Precision had worked on. When I called the manager Graham with this information and sent him a video from the dealer showing the loose part, no apology or acknowledgment of any kind that they had failed to catch this. I gave him that chance before writing this. As I said, the cosmetic work is very good, but the great paint matching doesn't matter much when you're stuck on the side of the I-15. I am hopeful that the finish will be durable. This was a large repair, which did require a lot of disassembly/reassembly. I also understand that things happen which can cause delays. Proactively communicating those delays would have bought much goodwill from me, as would have an acknowledgement and apology that they made a mistake with the mechanical repair. I received neither.

Since I was going through with insurance, once the claim was filed and the quote was submitted, I scheduled a time to drop off my vehicle.
