My service advisor, Steven, was extremely difficult to reach and provided very little communication throughout the entire process. When I arrived, check-in went smoothly, and Steven told me he would arrange an Uber ride home while my vehicle was being serviced. After waiting approximately 30 minutes without receiving any confirmation, I returned to his desk to follow up. Despite multiple pages over the intercom, Steven never returned, and another service advisor ultimately had to assist me and arrange the Uber. Even after that, I never heard from Steven. Throughout the day, I attempted to call and was transferred to his phone, but no one answered and my calls were never returned. I received no updates on the status of my vehicle and only learned that the service was complete when I received the automated notification. I dropped my vehicle off around 9:30 a.m. during the week and did not get notified that the service was complete until approximately 3:00-4:00 p.m. The work being performed was routine scheduled maintenance, yet I received no communication regarding delays, progress, or completion. No one checked to make sure my transportation needs had been handled after the initial issue, and I felt like I had no way to reach my service advisor for information. I will say that some aspects of the process were convenient, such as the ability to pay online and handle certain steps digitally. However, communication is a major part of customer service, and that was severely lacking during my visit. I have had much better experiences at other Toyota dealerships where updates were provided and service advisors were responsive. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated.

They had a corolla se for $21k . Not bad since I have only owned Toyotas. Came in test drove liked it, but just a tad cramped in leg room for me I stand at 5'11. To my surprise they had just gotten two Toyota Camrys '22 with 60k miles in a white and a black. What an answer to prayer my ultimate goal was to find a low mileage camry white in color that was not an LE I am more of an SE type of gal. There it was a '22 White Camry SE 60k miles. I explained I am a unique case low credit but have a down payment ready. Process was smooth, the bonus was I did not feel pressured at all. I even test drove without them just me and my daughter. It was nice, plesant, beats out any other delearship with the shark tack tic of having to make a sale. I felt at ease, from the start because of all the great reviews, then Nick that was such a kind soul super easy going as was everyone else in the dealership. Offered water, hot chocolate to my daughter, coffee for me. Felt like friends we had known forever. I left the lot same day with my new car, registration and all handled right there. Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I am also quite impressed with the responsiveness and exceptional follow through provided after the sale was complete. If your experience puts you in contact with either of them, you're in good hands. ---------- I am highly disappointed with my first experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise Car Sales.

    This was an amazing process from start to finish, and I never thought I'd say that about buying a…read morecar. This was my first car I've ever purchased myself so I was very nervous. Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!
