Warning! Untrustworthy Sales Manager! Remember, you have options when it comes to purchasing a vehicle--AVOID Hanania Audi of Jacksonville. My experience with their sales manager was incredibly disappointing. On Saturday, I requested a link to make a down payment on a vehicle, but I was told not to worry about it and to come in on Monday instead. I spoke with David, the General Sales Manager, on Saturday to confirm the price and mentioned that I would be surprising my daughter and would use Uber to get to the dealership. I followed up with a text to David, asking if I could complete some preliminary paperwork, put a down payment on the vehicle and if he could send the car for detailing to save time, as I work on Sundays and had limited availability. Unfortunately, David never responded. This morning, when I called to arrange a time to visit, David informed me that he had sold the car the previous night. He claimed he hadn't checked his phone all day, which is hard to believe. He also mentioned that he had called me three times from the landline but didn't leave a message because, as he put it, "I typically don't leave messages when I call people." I suspect that I was quoted one price that included an additional $2,995 for an Armor All sealer product, but when I checked online, that charge wasn't reflected. After discussing this with David and sending him a screenshot of the out-the-door price without the extra fee, it seems he may have found another buyer who was unaware of the additional charge, allowing him to sell the car for $3,000 more. This is clearly shady business practice. Owners Jack and his son should be ashamed of this behavior. They own multiple dealerships in the community, and actions like this only serve to tarnish their reputation!

Report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC.Gov) and BBB. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THE SCAM, UNETHICAL, and DANGEROUS DEALERSHIP Audi of Jacksonville on Atlantic. I was told the diagnosis was $300 and it would go towards fixing the vehicle. However, my vehicle was not fixed properly with them charging me $300 separate from the repair. My total came to $855, they are a scam. Alex told me over the phone that the $300 would apply to the balance. This is extremely deceptive and I feel they should be investigated. I'm still out of a vehicle with no safe way to get around. As soon as I left the dealership the check engine light was back on. It began to steer, and stop turning. Audi know the diagnosis will not solve the real issue. They also included a part on the repair list that was part of a known recall. The National Highway of Safety has flagged Audi Q3 for coolant leaks and issues. They quoted $657 for a part that would have been covered under a recall. I have a service bulletin. The real issue is listed as a turbo charge replacement which is $3,300. That will not fix my vehicle's issue and they know it. It's extremely predatory, after further investigation and research Audi doesn't have a remedy for the stop start malfunction. Which cause engine failure and a dangerous driving hazard. Audi Of America knows the service will not fix the main problem of the stop/start malfunction. Even after $6,500 worth of repairs its false claims and most importantly a waste of money.

I don't recommend getting your car serviced or have any mechanical issues fixed here. They will absolutely overcharge you. They wanted to charge me $500 just to look at it and tell me what's wrong with my 2019 Audi a3 S line. So I took it to auto zone for them to tell me why my check engine light was on for free. Apparently it was my o2 sensor. I called back the next week and told them I need my o2 sensor replaced and they stated that it would be 900$ so I told them I would call back to check prices. I called back the next day and they then quoted me at 3000$ instead, for an o2 sensor replacement. I ended up going to Tonys European auto service! He charged me $300 to replace and it only took 30mins. Never had an issue with my car ever since then.

I felt the whole process was probably the most transparent auto purchase I've ever had. I was able to check out several different cars and never felt pressured at all. It took me several visits and some browsing on the Carmax website. I found the car that checked all my boxes and it was close enough to Jax that shipping was free!! Once it arrived I test drove it, and again there was no pressure to buy. Robert was very knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions! I decided to purchase the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and ended up trading in my 2016 Kia Sorrento (wasn't planning on that but they gave me a fair value) There are no hidden fees, or any "bait & switch" like most dealers do! There is a dealer fee, but it's not a huge mark-up, considered the car meets their stringent standards and they are a business, so profit is not unreasonable. Overall the process was streamlined and straightforward. I didn't have any issues with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I think their customer service is very good! Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful! I've had my car since February and I absolutely Love it! Thank you CarMax!

You need to reply to that coming on yelp doesn't matter. If you don't record the name of the person who gave you poor Service, nothing is going to change. So if you're gonna complain, do it the right way and with a specific person. Also, you need to build a relationship with one service rider and stick with them. Anytime you come into the shop. This is how you deal with car service ladies if you do not understand relationship building with the service team to ensure that they know you and they understand your needs and what you want then you're never gonna make progress and getting the service that you think you need. I have been here multiple times for many different things. I've established a relationship with a service writer named Alvin. He bends over backwards to do whatever it takes to keep you happy/we have two Teslas. Have we had some unfortunate events for sure, but when they were addressed, they were immediately taken care of to our satisfaction. The two stars for the shop is ridiculous. They used to have only one or two service riders in the past, but when I went in this month suddenly they had five. They're constantly improving as they grow. I was told that they're going to be building a Tesla service only Center in St Augustine and another Tesla dealership is going on the west side. There are more Teslas in Jacksonville and in St Augustine than they had the capacity to deal with right now. That is not in their control. Daytona is brand new and they're not busy at all for service. If you're not happy, then go there. Right now for example you'll be waiting two weeks out to get an appointment at Tesla, but you can get it within 2 to 3 days in Daytona. However, Alvin has told me plenty of times if you're not happy with your service just come in don't bother with an appointment. That's what happened to me this past Monday he told me to come in Monday at 8 AM after we talked Friday afternoon. My situation got taken care of and they've been provided a service tech who was really good at noise detection to ride with me before and after to make sure everything is great.

Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I am also quite impressed with the responsiveness and exceptional follow through provided after the sale was complete. If your experience puts you in contact with either of them, you're in good hands. ---------- I am highly disappointed with my first experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise Car Sales.

From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car.
